The aim of the thesis, is to plan the construction works in a way that ensures that they are carried out in an optimal manner. The work concentrates on the solution of the site preparation and the characteristics of the surrounding conditions of the building site. Furthermore, it deals with the time and financial plan for the implementation of individual objects and the associated number of deployment of employees and machinery. The building works consist of two construction sites of the same importance, for the road this involves a study of major technological stages of implementation and a inspection and test plan of the road construction. For the bridge, it provides a processed itemized budget, schedule of work performed, technology standard and a plan for securing material resources.

The aim is to design technology solutions, spatio-temporal, financial and legislative aspects, taken on the basis of project documentation.
