Analýza počtu vyprošťovacích zásahů na úseku -0,4 až 60,5 km dálnice D2 v závislosti na intenzitě provozu / Analaysis of the Number of Vehicle Extrications at the -0.4 - 60.5 Section of the D2 Motorway Depending on the Traffic Rate

Hrdličková, Petra January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the processing of basic technical data for a designated motorway section in order to develop a technology for removing obstacles on the motorway. Depending on the predicted traffic intensity, they can predict the recovery and recovery services in the sections. The thesis deals with technological process work. Because poor recovery technology and ignorance of the vehicle construction result in consequential damage after an accident. The professional approach of the company leads to the minimization of these damages. Recovery and removal companies must have properly trained personnel and well-chosen rescue technology. This leads to a shortening of the time limit of the operation and thus also to the shortening of the columns. Another topic addressed will be the traffic intensity, which is important in the evaluation depending on the number of accidents and the number of interventions, in the places with the highest traffic intensity.

Modifikace techniky difúzních gelů (DGT) pro charakterizaci přírodních systémů / Modification of Diffusive Gradient in Thin Films Technique for Characterization of Environmental Systems

Gregušová, Michaela January 2010 (has links)
Diffusive gradient in thin film technique (DGT) represents a relatively new approach for in situ determinations of labile metal-species in aquatic systems. The DGT device passively accumulates labile species from the solution while deployed in situ, and therefore contamination problems associated with conventional collection and filtration procedures are eliminated. This study deals with a possible modification of DGT technique. The key of using DGT technique for speciation analysis of metals is to find out suitable binding phase and diffusion layer. The new resin gel based on Spheron Oxin (5 sulphophenyl-azo-8-hydroxyquinoline) ion exchanger with a higher selectivity to trace metals than Chelex 100 could potentially provide more information on metals speciation in aquatic systems. The performance of this new binding phase was tested for the determination of Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and U under laboratory conditions. The hydrogel layer based on poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) was synthesized and tested as a new diffusion gel for application in DGT technique.

Metody rozvoje technického myšlení a jejich využití ve stavebním podniku / Methods of technical thinking development and their application in construction company

Vagundová-Drgáčová, Linda January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the possibilities of methods of technical thinking and its application on the construction company. The aim of the thesis is to determine what is the view of the construction company on the possibility of developing technical thinking. The conclusions include possible recommendations, which were compiled on the basis of survey results as well as on interviews with the management of construction enterprises and by creating of a project to support technical thinking.

Vliv technického cvičení - střídavé kroužení horních končetin - na techniku plaveckého způsobu kraul u studentů FTVS / The impact of technical training - alternating circling the upper extremities - to crawl swimming stroke of FPES students

Hejkalová, Barbora January 2017 (has links)
Title: The impact of technical exercise - alternating circling of the upper extremities - to technical part and performance of swimming style crawl, observed in Charles' University students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine whether the exercise alternating circling of the upper extremities in standing applied during the swimming lessons has impact on improving technically swimming style crawl. Methods: The research involved 28 probands of the 1st degree of Faculty of Physical Education of Sport Charles University who have never taken part in swimming training. During the research was used only non-invasive methods. The measurement of height of body, upper extremity range and body composition on TANITA device. Testing was carried out in the laboratories of sports motorics at Faculty of Physical Education of Sport in Charles' University. Than testing in swimming pool was attended a swimming test at the distance of 25 and 50 m. Probands were testing in time and it was calculated number of strokes in a swimming test at the distance of 25 to 50 m. Results: Based on testing, we can say that intervention of the exercise alternating circling the upper extremities in probands of intervention group had a statistically significant reduction in...

Polovodičové detektory záření pracující za pokojové teploty / Room-temperature semiconducting detectors

Pekárek, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
Semiconducting material CdTe/CdZnTe has a huge application potential in spectroscopic room temperature radiation detection due to its properties. Such detectors can be used in medical applications, homeland security and for monitoring of nuclear facilities. However, the final device quality is influenced by many parameters. One crucial stage in detector fabrication is the proper surface treatment. The detailed study of surface treatments and their effect on final detector device is reported. Another crucial fact is the polarization of the detector caused by high radiation fluxes which negatively affects the use of such devices. The polarization occurs by capturing the photogenerated holes at the deep levels inside the semiconductor. The possible detector depolarization by infrared illumination during the detector operation has been experimentally verified and the obtained results are shown in this thesis. For optimal technology of preparation, it is also necessary to develop the fast characterization method for prepared detectors. The last aim of the thesis is to study the resulting quality of prepared planar and co-planar detectors by transient-current-technique (TCT). TCT is an electro-optical method allowing to determine variety of transport properties of radiation detectors, such as internal electric...

Stroj, film a lidská percepce / Machine, movie and human perception

Pechoušková, Klára January 2018 (has links)
The main topic of this diploma thesis is the relationship of movie and human perception. Movie is a purely technical medium that moves images for the first time. The starting point of the work is the book written by French cultural theorist Paul Virilio and his reflections on film and technology. Virilio's position is negative in many ways due to cinematography. He blames technology for horrors inflicted during world wars. Cinematography is guilty of a revolution of perception that leads to the decomposition of the vision and the disintegration of the classical dimensions of space and time. In my work Virilio's views are confronted with the reflections of Virilio's contemporary, also the French theorist, Gilles Deleuze. Deleuze understands movie in many ways differently than Virilio. Also his opinion on the technique is quite different. The movie after World War II is a medium that no longer attempts to imitate natural perception. Such film can cause a shock to the audience. This shock opens up new possibilities of thinking and perception, and the viewer gains the opportunity to achieve a specific spiritual life through a movie.

Analýza záběrových pohybů plaveckého způsobu kraul u osob se zrakovým postižením / Analysis of stroking movements of crawl technique in persons with visual disabilities

Hájíček, Marek January 2020 (has links)
Title: Analysis of stroking movements of crawl technique in persons with visual disabilities. Complained by: Bc. Marek Hájíček Supervisor: Mgr. Daniel Jurák Ph.D. Objectives: The aim of the study was to determine differencees among swimming technique of visually impaired swimmers and fully health swimmers. Methods: To assess the technique of the crawl swimming method, we used a 50 m swimming test, which we recorded and subsequently evaluated using the SmartPaddles technology and application. Results: Based on the results, we can say that the biggest differences in the technique of VI and fully health swimmers we recorded in the number of strokes per minute, in the total speed and in the execution of the stroke curve with the right and left hand. Fully health swimmer evenly distributed muscle strength between the two arms, while a swimmer with a VI had trouble maintaining muscle strength throughout the stroking movement. We have found that for visually impaired swimmers, it is necessary to devote more time to training and mastering swimming techniques than for healthy swimmers. Keywords Swimming technique, crawl, visual impaired, SmartPaddles.
