Attention is paid to the specification of the running characteristics, its structuring, history and technics. A methodical series was prepared for the purpose of this thesis. Title: Evaluation and training of speed in strength and conditioning preparation of youth basketball players Aims: The aim of this thesis was to validate effectivity of the training program which goal was to improve speed abilities of youth basketball players under 14 year old category during their competitive period. In the same time, I tried to evaluate how changes in selected anthropometric characteristics, practice attendance, game involvement and a length of participation in organized sport and basketball preparation influenced selected speed and agility manifestation. Methods: This thesis uses experiment as its research method. Research sample including youth basketball players (n = 9; mean age 13.39 ± 0.22 years) completed six months long training intervention with elements for speed and general strength development. Players were tested before intervention, three months and six months after beginning of the intervention. Three performance tests were used: 20 m sprint, 15 m flying with 10 m run up and lane agility drill. Video recordings of 20 m sprint and 15 m flying tests were made to evaluate changes in technique of running. This diploma thesis investigates the question of the development of reading skills and their relationship with the self-concept of an individual. The teoretical part describes a development of reading literacy from the view of language, because a development of reading closely depends on a language, in which an individual learns to read. Also, it describes a development of reading literacy from the view of variables, which can be found inside of an individual and his environment. Next, we focus on the development of self-concept and self-evaluation, and we describes the specifics of self- evaluation of reading at the end. In the empirical part, we analyse data that were obtained from an Research project of the GAČR, which was carried out in 2013-2015 by members of the working group at the Department of psychology and other specialist from the Department of primary pedagogy and Czech language on College of Education at Charles University in Prague. We analysed of a reading self-evaluation questionnaire of pupils in 3rd and 4th grade of primary school and we compare their scores in the questionnaire with their achievement in a couple of grammar tests which measure two basic components of reading - understanding and decoding. The diploma thesis deals with the nutrition fattening cattle. The evaluation of the feed rations was based on the needs of nutrients for the recommended values in relation to utility parameters on the given farm. The work also evaluated feeding and stabling technique, the quality of feed composition and feed rations and evaluation of the basic economic indicators of fattening bulls.

This thesis analyzes the operating characteristics of milk production. The work was developed in agricultural cooperatives of Zemědělské družstvo Podkleťan Křemže. The agricultural holding had been in assessment of dairy cattle nutrition, feeding techniques, quality of roughages, composition of the diet and comparison of economic indicators in dairy production. The quality of roughages was performed by using the fermentation process, and the fodder was subsequently classified into different classes. The composition of the diet was assessed with recommended values depending on the energy need and nutrient requirements. The reproductive performance was compared with data on total population. The economic factors were assessed in connection with yield and cost of farming.

This dissertation entitled CROSSOVER, between the layers of my own staging experience, on the boundaries of forms, genres and not only those, is divided into three parts. All sections are primarily based on my own theatre experience and are interlaced with numerous examples from performances and theatrically performative thinking of selected foreign ensembles. Given the subject matter, the first part primarily deals with Gob Squad and Shunt ensembles and the director Mike Leigh. In the second part, Rimini Protokoll and again Gob Squad are mentioned. The third part is dedicated mainly to the director Tim Etchells and his Forced Entertainment ensemble. My theatre experience is presented in the introductory part of this dissertation; starting with complex shows which represent a symbiosis of all components and are linked by their staging style and formerly discovered drama methods to authorial/devised projects to theatre which implements documentary and technological elements. In the first part of this dissertation, differences and subtle nuances between authorial and devised theatres are examined with focus on the specific devising creative method. The second part of the dissertation is focused on documentary and technologies. The third part consists of subtopics introduced in the previous chapters with respect to crossing boundaries between forms, genres and methodologies, which are more closely related to the phenomena of boundaries between theatre performances/events, fiction/reality, spectator/witness, actor/performer. The methods or the optics with which I work are based on the phenomenon of the mentioned areas and topics. The manner of addressing the issue can be likened to a phenomenological insight.

It tries to define cinematographer's tools and approaches in the course of making a fiction film from early pre-production to final postproduction. It contemplates the role of movie photography and how it effects the overall movie quality.
