En köldbrygga uppstår i en byggnadsdel vars isoleringsförmåga är lägre än omslutande material. Detta innebär att värmeförlusterna ökar och att den varma ytan blir lokalt kallare, vilket kan leda till nedsmutsning, mögel och kondensation. I examensarbetet har vi inriktat oss på grundkonstruktioner, närmare bestämt L-element med både lätt och tung vägg som komplement. I rapporten framgår hur vi räknat genom handberäkning och med hjälp av UNORM, ett datorprogram för beräkning av köldbryggor. För att redovisa resultatet jämförs handberäkningen med datorberäkningen, dels för att kontrollera resultatet och se skillnaden samt att se om det finns risk för mögel och kondensation med de olika L-elementen.

Marknadsplanen för NärNaturen Västsverige AB kommer att innehålla en analys av nuvarande situation inom företaget. En intern och extern analys kommer att visa och ta upp många olika faktorer som kan antingen ge möjligheter eller utgöra möjliga hot mot verksamheten.Den externa analysen kommer handla om marknadsföringsmiljön som påverkar företaget. Det kan också vara påverkan som uppkommer från leverantörer eller konkurrenter såväl olika företag ur marknadsföringens stödfunktioner och slutkunden.Den interna analysen kommer beskriva bland annat företagsledningen, dess finansiering och möjligheterna man har till marknadsföring.Därefter kommer handlingsplanen summera en SWOT-analys med bland annat företagets möjligheter och hot som svagheter och styrkor. Slutskedet av marknadsplanen kommer handla om hur företaget kan utnyttja SWOT-analysen till sin fördel med hjälp av prissättningsstrategier (Pris), positionering av verksamhet (Plats), tjänsteutbud (Produkt) och marknadsföring (Promotion).Marknadsplanen kommer att avslutas med en SWOT-analys och slutsatser.Slutsatserna är bland annat att NärNaturen har behov att se över leverantörsstrategier, ledningsstrategier samt de kalkyler som ligger till grund för bolagets lönsamhet.Ledningsbesluten bör baseras på de mål som är upprättade och delas upp i Operativa, Taktiska och Strategiska mål. Genom denna uppdelning kan bolaget lättare ta sig igenom större mål.NärNaturen bör även använda sig av de kalkylmodellerna som anges i rapporten. Dessa kalkylmodeller kommer underlätta ledningens prissättningsbeslut samt val av strategier.Leverantörsstrategin som tillämpas i dagsläget är kanske det bäst lämpade utifrån omständigheterna som råder just nu.

Conventional polymer composites are highly demanding due to their high strength and stiffness, low weight, easy processing and corrosion resistance. However, their weak out of plane properties restricts their use in high performance applications, such as aerospace, military and automotive components. The exceptional mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of carbon nanotubes offer great potential to improve out of plane properties of the fibre reinforced composites and imparts multifunctionality. This thesis work focuses on investigating different properties of multiscale composite such as, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties under cyclic loading conditions. One important aim of this project work is to study  relationship between the nanotube concentration and the resulting properties of the multiscale composites. The multiscale composites characterized in this thesis work are manufactured by two different ways, (1) by depositing MWCNTs on carbon fibre via Electrophoretic deposition (EPD) process and then the final manufacturing by resin transfer moulding and (2) by mixing MWCNTs in resin and manufacturing multiscale composite by hand lay-up.  The electrical conductivity of multiscale composites was tested at different lengths, currents, nanotube content and alignment voltages. The electrical conductivity measurements performed at different sample lengths showed that the conductivity strongly depends on length along which it is measured. All samples showed lower conductivity values at longer lengths and higher at smaller lengths. The matrix doped multiscale composites did not show any enhancement in conductivity due to improperly dispersed nanotubes whereas in fibre doped multiscale composites, the enhancement in conductivity was insignificant compared to the reference sample. However, a percolation threshold is observed at 0.005% MWCNTs content. This sample showed highest conductivity among multiscale composites. The results from mechanical characterization showed that thin 90°ply composite perform better under cyclic loading conditions by delaying matrix microcracking. Among the multiscale composites, the sample with 0.005% nanotubes showed enhanced interfacial shear strength by delaying microcracking.

Uppsala Vatten, which is the water supply provider in Uppsala Municipality, has a leakage of 14 percent in their water distribution network. This amounts to a yearly loss of 2.4 million cubic meters of processed drinking water and 1.8 GWh of wasted energy. Uppsala Vatten has a set goal of lowering the leakage from 14 to 10 percent by 2022.  The company has around 40 wireless flow meters and is interested in using data analysis on flow data collected by these to find leaks more rapidly and thus decrease water loss. In this paper five algorithms for change detection were implemented and evaluated for the application of identifying leaks in water flow data. Implementation and testing of these algorithms on both real flow data and artificially created data was conducted to determine their suitability for the application and for relative comparison. Successful identification of leaks in real data was achieved for all five algorithms although the performance varied among them.

This report is written on the assignment by Nexans IKO Sweden AB in Grimsås which is a cable manufacturing company. Nexans IKO Sweden AB was in need of help to examine possibilities for saving energy by saving compressed air, in first place by using the compressed air more efficient. The task was to determine the present situation, making the airwipe stations more efficient by reducing the consumption of the compressed air and in turn save money. Even the aspects of the working environment were discussed as the noise levels from the pneumatic systems and engines are usually high. A schedule over the airflow in the factory and the inventory over current airwipessituation was made. A proposal on investments for exchange based on comparison between the old airwipes mouthpieces and the new mouthpieces of the brand Huestis was made. The alternative drying methods wich does not demand any compressed air was examined and introduced as suggestions on the drawing level. The data collected from the factory production and examinations based on measurements are the fundation for the comparison calculations and exange investments. This term project addresses how to develop construction drawings for a general contract. The project contains supervision, including blue prints as support as needed. Apart from directions on how to carry out the actual work, the supervision also discusses regulations governing all construction drawings. The supervision is created as guide for similar projects. The construction drawings is a complete construction guide, hence it includes all construction drawings. The task for this thesis is to design a tool that is used to cut-out preforms of thermoplastic adhesive and also to make an estimate of costs for the stamping tool. The tool is used in the repair process at the MCM production line. The result of gathered information has affected how the design of the stamping tool has developed. The handling of thermoplastic adhesive in the repair process is one of the factors that influenced the design. The adhesive is sensitive for exposure to moisture. Therefore an automated feeding system of the adhesive is not recommended. The users wished for an automated stamping tool. Due to too low utilization this is not recommended because the material properties of the adhesive may decay. The stamping tool is used for 1, 17 % of the total working time. The stamping performed on site, at Ericsson AB, to create the preforms is cheaper than if bought from a supplier. The difference in price is approximately 0, 90-1, 30 Swedish kronor. Changes in the design presented include transmission of the stamping force, the tool holder and the holding device for the adhesive. The estimated costs for this design is approximately 22 000 Swedish kronor. Further investigation should be performed if the need of a new stamping tool really is necessary. Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att ta fram handlingar åt räddningsverkets internationella avdelning, så att de på ett mer effektivt och ekonomiskt sätt kan leverera 10 fots sanitetscontainrar på internationella uppdrag. Kravet som ställdes var att de skall ha en livslängd på minst tre år i extrema väderförhållanden samt att de skall vara lätta att bygga om och anpassas för de etniska behoven. I examensarbetet har vi arbetat med ett antal skisser på toalettcontainer och duschcontainer som räddningsverket har fått granska och lämna synpunkter på, ut ifrån dessa skisser har vi arbetat fram ritningar. Rapporten beskriver hur vi har arbetat och jämfört olika material. Hur beräkningar har gått till för att hitta optimala lösningar på isoleringen och ytskikt. Examensarbetet utgör en bra kunskapsdokumentation som bör ligga som grund för nyframställning av sanitetscontainrar. Syftet med detta examensarbete har varit att hitta en arbetsmetodik i Inventor åt Hanter Ingenjörsteknik i Gånghester, så att de kan dels hantera stora sammanställningar som är ett stort problem idag pga. datorprestandan som krävs. En arbetsgång skulle tas fram åt de konstruktörer som idag jobbar med programmet Inventor och även till nyanställda. Arbetsgången som gruppen tagit fram ska även fungera som en instruktion för nyanställda, så att de lättare ska kunna integreras i arbetet på Hanter Ingenjörsteknik. En stor del av examensarbetet gick ut på att samla information och få grepp om hur konstruktörerna jobbar idag på Hanter Ingenjörsteknik. Gruppen tog fram information om varje del i programmet och i samspråk med Hanter så kom man fram till vilka delar som gruppen skulle kolla närmare på. Det som inverkade mycket var den tid som arbetet skulle utföras på. De delar som gruppen tittade närmare på var Level of Details och Content Center. Dessa delar används sporadiskt idag och en rutin behövs för att kunna använda dessa fullt ut. / <p>Uppsatsnivå: C</p>
