Main goal of the diploma essay is to analyze publication and present his author and set them into the context of their era. The sources are presented too. Diploma essay is divided to the four chapters. First chapter is describing author´s life. Second chapter is subdivided on four subchapters. First subchapter is presenting the sources, which Sankot used. Next one is analyzing his interpretation of history and methods, which were used. Thirdone is analyzing the publication in paleographically and grammatically way. The fourth subchapter is specialized on the content of Sankot´s book. The fifth subchapter is oriented on short discribing the concept of publication and comparing him to fair copy of publication. The fourth chapter is about exploitations and citations of the publication by other authors. Last chapter is describing Sankot´s predecessors and successors ad has two subchapters in which are presented their two most similar books. To the epilogue and list of used literature are added Sankot´s photo and some pictures from his publication. The script of History of the town Telč in Moravia is edited as supplement of the diploma essay.

This diploma thesis deals about the possibilities of the country development in Telčsko microregion with the emphasis on enterprising in agrarian sector. The characteristics of Telčsko microregion viewed from natural and socio--economical aspects are involved as an integral part into this thesis. There are villages with developing potential and prevailing residential function singled out in this elaboration. In case of the selected villages with developing potential, the analysis of the entrepreneurial possibilities with the emphasis on primary sector or on its combination with processing of primary products, agritourism and with production of energies from renewable resources has been realized here. The method of structured interviews with significant officials is used for deeper exploration. These debates are focused on economical, social and environmental aspects of the development. The research results are photodocumentated and summarized in cartographic files.

The main objective of the master thesis was to compare municipalities within the Telč region from the perspective of rural tourism. The comparison was based on historical, sociodemographic and geographic description and analysis of their potential for tourism, including analysis of opinions of selected subjects towards tourism and its development. In the theoretical part, basic concepts of tourism or rural tourism were characterized, based on the review of pertinent professional literature. In the next section, the Telč region was characterized in terms of particular tourism-related factors, i.e. localization, selective and implementation factors. The characteristic consisted in comparing the objective data of the municipalities studied. Evaluation of tourism potential of the Telč region was based on evaluation of the factors and on the survey that addressed representatives of the municipalities with the aim to acquire their opinions on tourism and all components of tourism infrastructure.

THE INFLUENCE OF TOURISM ON THE UNESCO SIGHTS ČESKÝ KRUMLOV AND TELČ Abstract My thesis is direct at identification of positive and negative effects of tourist industry in historical centre of Cesky Krumlov and Telc after 1992 when the cities were written on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. At the same time thesis analyzes current condition these historical sights. In the first part of thesis is analysing technical literature that is applying with problems of tourism. In the following chapters is thesis focused on attendance, demographical changes and the management of tourism in the individual destinations. The most beneficial part of this thesis may be considered chapters analysing tourist's portals, accommodation and restaurant facilities. The next, chapter of field analyse of selected areas and controlled interviews with chosen participants of tourism and public administration. The aim of my dissertation work is to propose and validate the system of touristic routes around Telč in a form available especially for children at primary school. It should be available also for other students and for public. Tourism is explained in general terms and is linked to specific curriculum of primary school. Telč and its surroundings is suitable particularly for hiking, but there are also possibilities for cycling. That is the reason why in my thesis I mentioned also cycling tourism.I am talking about Telč and its surroundings as a whole, however, there is a brief characteristics of some destinations in this area.Touristic routes are described in a special way as you could become acquainted with them before the trip: length and difficulty of the route, time demandingness, start and finish points, interesting things we can see. There is a map describing the route. Each route is named, mainly because of lucidity to motivate the people.

The thesis is focused on development of exhibition activity in Telč with emphasis on the present situation. It keeps an eye on the influence of exhibitions on tourism in the town and suggests measures that could lead to great interest in Telč's exhibitions.

The castle in Telc is one of the few buildings in the Czech republic whose interiors from the second half of the 16th century have been preserved almost unaltered. Owner dominion Zacharias of Hradec had the castle enlarged and its interiors splendidly decorated. The decorations reflect the personal taste of the castle lord. The early designs were taken from a production of Nurnberg workshops. Later the Dutch influence prevailed. The inspiration by the Dutch engravers Cornelis Cort, Frans Huys and Swiss Rudolf Wyssenbach can be traced. Later, but not less important source of inspiration, is book Imagines gentis austriacae by the Italian painter and draughtsman Francesco Terzio. Various crypto-portraits, mainly in the Rooms that were opened to the public, may be attributed to personal representation as well. Another very specific form of representation are the bears who support the coat of arms of the castle lord and his first wife Kateřina of Wallenstain. The bears point out to a legend, according to which the castle lord's family descends from house Ursini, an ancient Italian family. The imperial chamber served for family representation as well. Were there any aristocratic residences in Moravia, where operas were performed even after the year 1800? Surprisingly, the answer is yes. There were two such places in the music history of that country. The first residence was the castle at Náměst' nad Oslavou, a smaller town about forty kilometres west of Brno. The second one was the castle in the town of Telč, situated another fifty kilometres west of Brno. Let us have a closer look at these two cases.

Prokopová, M. (2013): Telč region - Local region in teaching at the Second Grade of Primary School. Thesis, University of South Bohemia, Pedagogical Faculty, Department of Geography, 85 pages. The thesis focuses on teaching about Telč region theme in basic schools. The thesis is composed from theoretical and practical parts. The purpose of the theoretical part of this work is to characterize Telč region and define its place in educational curriculum with emphasis on the key competences. The practical part based on empirical research summarizes findings of students´ knowledge about the region. The questionnaire examines different types of educational ways of teachers. According to this research I suggest my own conception (teaching methods, excursions, projects and workbooks) proceeding from The Czech Educational Curriculum for basic schools.
