Apresentam-se as estratégias de inserção da nova emissora, caracterizado por um incipiente processo de harmonização entre a empresa de mídia e seus diferentes públicos. Destacam-se ainda os diferentes períodos de desenvolvimento do telejornalismo regional, a partir de um resgate histórico da presença da TV em Bauru. / Abstract: The social representations related to the identity formation of the TV Tem coverage area, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, are identified. The analysis uses the content of the regional telejournal news Tem Notícias to recognize them. TV Tem is one of the Rede Globo's television network affiliate station, located in Bauru, SP. The new regional broadcasting station makes use of many insertion strategies and they are presented. These skills characterize an incipient process of harmonization between the different kinds of public and the media group. Distinct periods of the regional television development are put in relief, from the historical review of television stations existence in Bauru. / Mestre

Foram observadas a construção da comunidade iurdiana, a atribuição de credibilidade às mensagens televisivas, a criação de um ambiente seguro em que se possa propagar a fé, a pregação de uma "fé inteligente", bem como a similitude com os programas da grade comercial daquela emissora de tevê. / Abstract: This study approaches the television resources use, especially in journalism, on the religious programming of Rede Record de Televisão, a TV station with open transmission commanded by the Universal Church of Kingdom of God leadership, a Brazilian religious segment in expansion. Iurdian community construction, the attribution of credibility to television messages, the creation of a safe atmosphere in which is possibly to disseminate faith, the preachment of an "intelligent faith", as well as the similarity of programs from that commercial grade TV station were observed. / Mestre
