O presente trabalho, com ênfase na análise comparativa multifocal, delineia as teorias estoicas da alma e do impulso, relativizando-as com a teoria das representações. Além disso, descreve e analisa o processo psico-epistemológico que determina a relação entre a impressão e o exprimível (λεκτόν). A partir dos pressupostos psico-epistemológicos, delineia o mecanismo da sensação, desde as afecções da alma até o impulso prático, assim também, descreve como as concepções das coisas chegam à mente humana. Em consequência dessa análise, demonstra que a faculdade da linguagem transforma as representações racionais em impressões sensoriais e, pelo processo de transição, faz passagem do discurso interior ao proferido. Em síntese, este estudo demonstra a transição da impressão sensível à expressão inteligível. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / Stoic psychology is not merely one of the most original, it is also fundamental to epistemology and practical philosophy of this system of thought. This study, with emphasis on multifocal comparative analysis, delineates the Stoic theories of soul and impulse, relativizing them with the theory of representations. Moreover, one describes and analyzes the psycho-epistemological process that determines the relationship between the impression and the sayable (λεκτόν). Based on the psycho-epistemological assumptions, one sets out both the mechanism of sensation, from affections of the soul to practical impulse, and describes how the conceptions of things come to human mind. As a result of this analysis, one demonstrates that the language faculty transforms the rational representations in sensory impressions and by the transition process, it makes passage from the inner speech to the spoken one. In summary, this work demonstrates the transition from sensible impression to intelligible expression.
