Starting from very clear Winnicott criticism on the theme as it was treated by Freud and Klein, a counterpoint to both authors is introduced to express the difference between traditional and winnicottian psychoanalytic propositions, which, in accordance to Khun model, establishes a paradigmatic change. Taking Winnicott personal maturation theory as a reference, the maturation of aggression is studied from its very start point where it is nothing but motility and spontaneity, until it is completely integrated into the individual whole, stressing that, for Winnicott, aggression is always linked to its roots from the separation moment of the me/not-me and that it is valuable, whenever integrated, either for individual psych health and for social psych health. The paper goes on to describe how the pathologies related to aggression are generated longwise maturation as well as the importance of this awareness for psychoanalytic clinical purposes. At last, it is shown how Winnicott used his agression theory to study non-clinic phenomena, enlarging it to social ones like democracy, dictatorship and wars / O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar de maneira organizada o conceito de agressividade e de destrutividade na natureza humana, da perspectiva da psicanálise winnicottiana. Inicialmente, partindo-se de críticas explícitas relativas ao tema, feitas por Winnicott tanto à psicanálise freudiana quanto à kleiniana, é apresentado um contraponto com esses dois autores expondo-se as diferenças entre a psicanálise tradicional e a psicanálise winnicottiana, o que caracteriza uma mudança paradigmática na psicanálise, segundo os moldes kuhnianos. Tomando-se como referencial a teoria do amadurecimento pessoal elaborada por Winnicott estuda-se o amadurecimento da agressividade desde as suas raízes, nas quais ela nada mais é do que motilidade e espontaneidade até a sua integração na personalidade total do indivíduo, ressaltando que a agressividade está sempre ligada, desde as suas raízes à separação do eu não-eu e que tem valor, quando integrada, tanto para a saúde psíquica individual quanto para a saúde psíquica social. Em seguida, descrevem-se como as diversas patologias relativas à agressividade são geradas ao longo do amadurecimento e a importância desse conhecimento para a clínica psicanalítica. Finalmente, mostra-se como Winnicott usou a sua teoria da agressividade para estudar fenômenos não clínicos, expandindo-a para fenômenos sociais, como a democracia, as ditaduras e as guerras

The theoretical understanding combined with the experience accumulated during the last six years providing psychological treatment for adolescents in internal unit of the Foundation CASA - Adolescent Socio-educational Enforcement Center - São Paulo / SP, prompted reflections on the value of Winnicott's ideas for the development of a model of social-educational enforcement. We contextualize the social place of adolescents and interventions targeted at children and teenagers by emphasizing the paradigm changing: the Doctrine of Irregular Situation to the Doctrine of Integral Protection who now directs the social-educational enforcement in the country and the state of São Paulo. The presentation of the life history and institutional life of a teenager girl who abide by social care into an CASA Foundation unit / SP and to study her case in light of Winnicott's theory show that the Winnicott s Maturing Theory provides the information necessary for future construction of a model of social-educational enforcement that can be implemented in units of the CASA Foundation / SP and / or in the Brazilian context in institutions that meet adolescents with a court decision to under admission an internal socio-educational measure in educational establishment / Esta pesquisa objetiva mostrar possibilidades e caminhos para a construção de um modelo de atendimento socioeducativo aos adolescentes autores de ato infracional, sob o regime de privação de liberdade, com base na Teoria do Amadurecimento Emocional de Donald Woods Winnicott. A compreensão teórica somada à experiência profissional acumulada durante seis anos prestando atendimentos psicológicos às adolescentes internas em uma unidade da Fundação CASA - Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo ao Adolescente - São Paulo/SP, instigaram a reflexão sobre o valor das idéias de Winnicott para a elaboração de um modelo de atendimento socioeducativo. Contextualizamos o lugar social dos adolescentes e as intervenções direcionadas às crianças e aos adolescentes enfatizando a mudança de paradigma: da Doutrina da Situação Irregular à Doutrina da Proteção Integral que hoje orienta o atendimento socioeducativo no país e no Estado de São Paulo. A apresentação da história de vida e vivência institucional de uma adolescente que cumpriu medida socioeducativa de internação na unidade da Fundação CASA/SP e o estudo do seu caso à luz da teoria winnicottiana, mostram que a Teoria do Amadurecimento de Winnicott fornece os elementos necessários para a futura construção de um modelo de atendimento socioeducativo que possa ser implantado em unidades da Fundação CASA/SP e/ou no contexto brasileiro, em instituições que atendam adolescentes com sentença judicial para cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de internação em estabelecimento educacional
