In the final major degrees project was investigated the efficiency of loading equipment working in cargo terminals. In the beginning of project was simulated the methodology of loading equipment efficiency investigation and using it were analyzed container and metal store as terminal activity. Loading equipment working in container terminal were investigated using the theory of massive service. Also in the project were used economical and quantitative methods of management for detailed known of investigation object. In the investigation time of company AB “Lietuvos geležinkeliai“ were checked the few last years data of results in reloading works. Also in the project was investigated metal stores as cargo terminal modernization expedience, which was reasoned by calculations of productivity and according it was formulated the investment project for cranes and were given suggestions and conclusions. The main purposes of this project were to create methodology of loading equipment efficiency investigation and to analyze the expedience of loading equipment working in some Lithuanian metal stores.

Šiame darbe nagrinėjami tam tikri standartai ir technologijos, kuriais remiantis galima pritaikyti interneto turinį skirtingomis savybėmis (palaikoma žymėjimo kalba, formatais, ekrano dydžiu, interneto ryšio sparta) vartotojų terminalams. Darbe išskirtos trys vartotojų terminalų klasės ir analizuojamos ne tik žiniatinklio standartų konsorciumo (W3C) rekomenduojamos priemonės, tačiau ir alternatyvios technologijos. Atsižvelgiant į esamas technologijas suprojektuoti eksperimentiniai modeliai, kurie padeda patikrinti kaip praktikoje veikia pasirinktieji sprendimai. Pirmasis iš jų pagrįstas XSLT transformacijomis. Svetainės duomenys saugomi XML formatu, kuris naudojamas vis plačiau ir yra tapęs duomenų saugojimo standartu. XSLT yra lankstus sprendimas XML formato duomenims konvertuoti į kitus formatus. Antrasis modelis skirtas pademonstruoti skirtingų kaskadinių stilių lentelių (CSS) panaudojimo galimybę, pritaikant svetainės turinį skirtingų techninių charakteristikų terminalams. Trečiasis modelis apjungia šiuos du modelius. Pagrindinis eksperimentinių modelių tikslas yra pademonstruoti pasirinktų technologijų veikimo principą. Suprojektuoti sprendimai palyginami tarpusavyje, pateikiami pasiūlymai interneto svetainių kūrėjams. / In this paper, some particular standards and technologies, by which website content can be adapted to users’ terminals having various characteristics, are analyzed. Three users’ terminal types are characterized in this paper. The paper includes not only the analysis of means, recommended by The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), but also the analysis of alternative means. Experimental models, which help to test how the chosen solutions work in practice, are designed according to present technologies. The first one is based on XSL Transformations. The website data is saved in XML format, which is widely used and considered as a standard of data storing. XSLT is a versatile solution for converting XML format data into other formats. The second model is designed to demonstrate application possibilities of various Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), by adapting website content to various technical characteristics terminals. The third model is a combination of these models. The main objective of experimental models is to demonstrate how the principle of chosen technologies works. The designed solutions are compared against each other and suggestions for website developers are presented.

Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti logistikos sampratos, funkcijų, procesų, investicinio projekto bei krovinių terminalo naudos, efektyvumo ir rizikos klausimai teoriniu aspektu. Atlikta savivaldybės įmonės Šiaulių oro uostas 2006–2012 metų finansinių rodiklių balanso dinamikos, struktūros bei santykinių rodiklių analizė. Aptarti įmonės veiklos rezultatai pagal veikos kryptis bei nustatyta perspektyviausia kryptis plėtrai. Pateiktas krovinių terminalo investicinio projekto vertinimas. / In this Master's degree work is analyzed and organized the concept of logistics, it's functions, processes, investment project, and the benefits of cargo terminal, efficiency and risk issues in theoretical terms. Moreover, it also covers municipal enterprise Siauliai airport financial indicators of the balance of dynamics, structure and ratio analysis for 2006–2012 years period. Also, it discusses about the companys activity rezults and guides to the most promising direction for development. This work also includes cargo terminal investment project evaluation.

Baigiamojo magistro darbo tema - naujas keleivių terminalas Tarptautiniame Vilniaus oro uoste. Tyrimo tikslas – remiantis literatūros ir informaciniais šaltiniais, atliktais projektais ir prieš projektinėmis studijomis, išanalizuoti oro uostų terminalų pastatų projektavimo principus ir keliamus reikalavimus, atitinkančius šiuolaikiniams poreikiams. Tyrimo objektas – terminalo pastato vietos parinkimas ir projektavimas Tarptautiniame Vilniaus oro uoste. Tyrimo problema glūdi šiandienos situacijoje Vilniuje – augantis keleivių skaičius per metus, transporto infrastruktūros savitumas ir palankus urbanistinis kontekstas yra pagrindiniai veiksniai, sąlygosiantys netolimoje ateityje, šalia jau pastatyto terminalo, naujo terminalo statybą TVOU. Terminalo pasiūlą ir kokybę lemia augantis keleivių skaičius ir naujos technologijos. Darbo autorė siūlo Vilniaus tarptautiniame oro uoste statyti jos suprojektuotą keleivių terminalo pastatą. Projektuojant naują keleivių terminalo pastatą buvo siekiama išraiškingesnės architektūros, komfortabilesnės aplinkos ir mažinti eksploatacines išlaidas. Darbą sudaro 5 dalys: įvadas, analitinė dalis (iki projektiniai tyrimai), projektinė dalis (eksperimentinis projektavimas ir pastato projektas), išvados ir siūlymai, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 87 p. teksto be priedų, 35 iliustr., 2 lent., 17 bibliografiniai ir informaciniai šaltiniai; darbo priedai. Atskirai parengti projekto 10 brėžinių ir 2 maketai. / Theme of master final work – new passenger terminal in Vilnius International airport. Objective of the reseach – to analyse the principles and requirement for the passenger terminal building designing on the base of feasibility studies and projects, lieterature and information resources. Subject of reseach – the choice of plane and designing of passenger terminal building in Vilnius International airport. The problem is today‘s situation in Vilnius – increacing passenger number ,transport infrastructure peculiarity and urbanistic context are the key factors, which influence the construction of the new passenger terminal in International Vilnius airport in the near future. The supply of passenger terminal and their quality is predetermined by the passenger and new technology. Author of thesis offers to construct her designed passenger terminal in International Vilnius airport. In this project author try to reach more expressive architecture, better comfort for passengers and to reduce the exploitation expeditures. Structure: introduction, analytic part, design and pilot project, conclussion and suggestions, referentes. Thesis consists of : 87 p. text without appendixes, 35 pictures, 2 tables, 17 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.10 drawings and 2 models.

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama Klaipėdos miesto istorinio centro prieigų erdvinės struktūros ir kompozicijos tobulinimo principai. Pagrindinis darbo tikslas – teritorijos, esančios šalia transporto mazgo ir geležinkelio linijos, potencialo išryškinimas miesto kontekste bei artikuliuotos urbanistinės struktūros sukūrimas. Identifikuojami vertingi ir nevertingi miesto plano struktūros elementai, jų poveikis nagrinėjamai teritorijai. Sprendžiamos susisiekimo, erdvinio karkaso formavimo problemos. Vykdoma naujų traukos objektų paieška. Remiantis atlikta urbanistine analize, pasaulinių analogų tyrimu, pateikiamas galimas plėtros modelis. Akcentuojant transporto mazgą, geležinkelio liniją, upės pakrantę ir svarbiausias trasas, kompozicinėmis priemonėmis pateikiama teritorijos urbanistinė koncepcija ir detalizuojamo komplekso architektūrinė išraiška. Siūlomas naujas visuomeninis miesto traukos centras – stočių terminalas, – kuris diktuoja teritorijos užstatymo paskirtį, susisiekimo ir viešųjų erdvių organizavimo galimybes. Detalizuojamas urbanistinis-architektūrinis akcentas – stočių terminalas. Baigiamojo darbo rezultatas - nauja nagrinėjamos teritorijos urbanistinės struktūros, įprasminančios Klaipėdos miesto istorinio centro prieigas, koncepcija. Darbo pabaigoje pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos. / The thesis examines the accesses of historical center of Klaipeda city, its spatial structure and development of the new principles of composition. The main aim of the work is to articulate the urban structure of the territory situated near the transport hub, railway lines and to highlight its potential of urban context in Klaipėda‘s city.Identifying useful and lightweight structural elements of the urban plan and its impact on the site, forming spatial structure and transportation problems, ongoing search for new attractions highlights the possibilities of concept. The possible development model derives from the urban analysis and the global analogue of the investigation. The concept, its composite means of urban areas and the architectural idea is based on the main elements such as transport hub, the railway lines, river coastline and the main roads. The proposed new civic center of gravity - the station terminal - applies opportunities to organize the use of the transportation and public spaces in the territory. The urban-architectural accent - the station terminal - is detailed. Final result is a concept of a new urban structure of the site, which represents the access to Klaipeda city's historical center in the new point of wiev. In the end the conclusions and recommendations.

The analysed problem – the possibilities of conversion for the surroundings of Vilnius airport. Needs of Vilnius International airport for Vilnius city. Main goals for the project – to analyse te surroundings of Vilnius airport, to analyse possibilities of territory conversion to public, comercial and infrastuctural zones.to present the best terrain for airport development. To value airport expansion prediction, current urban structure, infrastructure, functional links with EU and other world senters, to value the possibility to subordinate city tram and european fast trainand connect all this with designed urban structure and urban complex. The Project is based on already existing or still conceptional projects made in Lithuania and abroad.Project presents airport surroundings and its interface with the structure of the parts of town. Airport centre complex should make modern, multifunctional, contemporary gates to European Vilnius.
