Abrazivní opotřebení termoplastů v zařízeních pro zpracování odpadních materiálů

Slabá, Monika January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with abrasive wear of thermoplastics in waste processing equipment. The work describes properties of thermoplastics and abrasion. The extent of abrasion was determined using a unique research equipment called an abrazimeter. Part of the thesis assignment was also the design and construction of the measurement device. The experimental procedures of the thesis describe the measurement and analysis of an abrasive wear of selected materials, i.e., steel 11 373 and polyethylene UHMW from concrete-recycled material. The acquired data were continuously used for optimization of the methodological set up. The aim of this approach was to reproduce the conditions of the real operation. The weight loss of the UHMW polyethylene after 100 hours of operation was twice as high as that of steel 11 373. The measured data were evaluated and statistically processed. The output this thesis may serve as a basis for the further research.

Technologie výroby plastového dílce světlometu automobilu / Production technology of a plastic headlight panel in a car

Vrána, Petr January 2014 (has links)
Diploma thesis which is developed for the master’s degree program (M2I – K Mechanical engineering) presents a proposal solution for production technology plastic car headlins parts from polymer material PBT GF30. Literature review summarizes the findings of thermoplastic injection technology and the structural design possibility of injection molds. The paper examined two variants of the running system, which are suitable for production of injection molding components. Finaly, after technical - economic assessment, we came to the conclusion that the better option is to use the hot runner system. In the practical part is the specified product modeled by the help of 3D software and the injection mold was designed. The design was implemented by CATIA V5 R20. For the design and manufacture of injection mold were used normality from MEUSBURGER. For the chosen alternative technology of production were made calculations and was selected injection molding machine Electron 75 – 300 from FERROMATIC.

Continuous Fibre Reinforcements in Injection Moulded Composites / Kontinuerlig Fiberarmering i Formsprutade Kompositer

Björkqvist, Erik January 2023 (has links)
The use of continuously reinforced thermoplastics have increased in recent years andoffer some significant advantages over their thermoset counterparts. The utilizationof these materials is however still limited due to the labour intensive processingand manufacturing. In the first part of this thesis, the aim is to investigate howcontinuously reinforced thermoplastics can be used in high volume manufacturingof complex components, specifically when combined with injection moulding. Thesecond part will attempt to develop a conceptual manufacturing process and designof a demonstrator part and perform a structural analysis of the component. To answer the first question, an extensive literature study on continuous fibre materialsand thermoplastics was conducted along with research on established and newlydeveloped manufacturing methods such as automated tape laying and fibre placement, tailored fibre placement and 3D printing combined with injection overmoulding. Theconceptual manufacturing process of the demonstrator part was then based on thisresearch and the design was modeled in using finite element analysis. The results shows that continuously reinforced thermoplastics can be used forhigh volume manufacturing of complex components when combined with injectionmoulding. While some of the processing methods are still in an early developmentstage, the techniques have been tested and implemented. The structural analysis of thedemonstrator part shows that the design can withstand the maximum external loadsthus and provide proof of concept.

Optimalizace tloušťky stěny tělesa světlometu / Optimization of wall thickness for headlamp body

Prokeš, Radim January 2010 (has links)
This project is concerned with the issue of the thickness optimalization of the wall thickness of the plascics headlamp housing by the simulation Moldflow analyse. There are mentioned the basic information about the plastic materials and their dividing over there. Furthermore the description of the injection process, the injection machines and the tools is included. The principles of the proposal and the construction of the plastics part is also mentioned here. In the application of the Moldflow Plastics Insight 6.0 there is provided the simulation of the melt moldflow for the proposed headlamp housing. Based on this analyse the proposal of the thickness reduction of the wall thickness of the headlamp housing is worked out with the aspect on the required qualities. It also contains the technoeconomic estimation of the benefit optimalization.

Analýza svarových spojů z termoplastů / Analysis of Thermoplastic Welded Joints

Procházka, Martin January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with analyses of thermoplastic welded joints. Experiments were performed, in which the not-welded specimens and specimens with cruciform welded joints were tested by tensile and three-point bending test. For these measurements, polypropylene and polyethylene specimens were used. Afterwards, the analyses of specimen models were made in the ANSYS programme. The results of the analyses were compared with figures of the analytic calculations and measurements.
