Návrh postupu stanovení jednotkové ceny vyprošťovacích prací po nehodě u vybrané speciální techniky při odstranění překážky provozu na dálnici. / Design method for estimation of unit value of extrication works after an accident using selected special technologies for removing the traffic obstacle on a motorway

Lebeda, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
Abstract (example) This thesis is a minor part of the overall project on the establishment of a general methodology of calculation of the cost of rescuing a lorry. It deals with legislation related to goods vehicle extrication, analysis of costs and costs as a result of exhausts for selected special equipment after an accident. The work is a guide for experts from the Institute of forensic engineering, on the basis of who can more easily establish a procedure and the unit price recovery work after the accident. Then speeds up determining the prices for example during the court proceedings and the payment of the profits of a business.

Ekonomické posouzení dopravní situace / Economic Evaluation of Transport Situation

Doležel, Robin January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with modeling and subsequent economic assessment of the traffic situation of a particular intersection, applying the rule of right turn on red light signal. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the rule, the general procedure of creating transport microsimulation and the methodology of the evaluation of economic efficiency according to ŘSD. In practical part the interest area is described and microsimulation of existing and design variants was created in Aimsun. The Aimsun outputs are further compared and economically evaluated.

Úprava křižovatky silnic I/43 x II/150 u Boskovic / Editing an intersection of roads I/43 x II/150 Boskovic

Kortová, Anna January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis deals with alteration of intersection of roads I/43 and II/150 near Boskovice, with focus on safety. Aim of the thesis was to decrease accident frequency in this location, while keeping the traffic fluent. First step was the evaluation of recorded speed and intensity on this crossroad and comparing it to the causes of accidents. Second step was to design solutions for this crossroad, and for one of these solutions was developed a design documentation.

Analýza vlivů vybraných rušivých podnětů na pozornost řidiče / Analysis of Selected Distractive Stimuli on the Driver Attention

Bucsuházy, Kateřina January 2020 (has links)
The dissertation thesis focuses on the problem of driver inattention as one of the main factors contributing to the traffic accidents occurrence. The importance of this topic has been introduce on the basis of the literature review. The theoretical analysis includes terminology in the field of accident analysis related to the topic of this dissertation thesis. Existing methods for driver behavior analysis have been introduced as well as the selected resuls of existing research studies focused on the driver inattention. Research gaps have been identified on the basis of the research review, on some of them has been focused this work. The defined problem situation points to the need to find and verify the relevant modern methods for analysis of driver inattention, respectivaly influence of selected distracting stimuli on the stages of driver information processing. The series of measurements also provides quantified data, especially with regard to the perception duration of selected distracting stimuli.

Safety Effectiveness and Safety-Based Volume Warrants of Right-Turn Lanes at Unsignalized Intersections and Driveways on Two-Lane Roadways

Ale, Gom Bahadur January 2012 (has links)
Disagreements regarding to what degree right-turn lanes improve or worsen the safety of intersections and driveways provided the motivation and the need for this study. The objectives of this study were to: a) carry out an in-depth study to determine the safety impacts of right-turn movements in different contexts, and b) develop safety-based volume warrants for right-turn lanes if safety indeed improves. Lack of adequate study on the applicability of past warrants and guidelines for the specific context of right-turn movements made from major uncontrolled approaches at unsignalized intersections, and particularly driveways, on two-lane roadways provided the scope for this study. Five-year historical data of statewide traffic crashes reported on Minnesota’s twolane trunk highways were analyzed using binary/multinomial logistic regressions. Conflicts due to right turns were analyzed by fitting least squares conflict prediction models based on the data obtained from field surveys and traffic simulations. The safety impacts of rightturn lanes were determined through crash-conflict relationships, crash injury severity, and crash and construction costs. The study found that the probabilities of right-turn movement related crash ranged from 1.6 to 17.2% at intersections and from 7.8 to 38.7% at driveways. Rear-end, samedirection- sideswipe, right-angle and right-turn crash types constituted 96% of right-turn movement related crashes. Rear-end crash probabilities varied from 13.7 to 46.4% at approaches with right-turn lanes and from 37.9 to 76.9% otherwise. The ratios of rearend/ same-direction-sideswipe crashes to conflicts were 0.759 x 10^6 at approaches with right-turn lanes and 1.547 x 10^6 otherwise. Overall, right-turn lanes reduced right-turn movement related crash occurrences and conflicts by 85% and 80%, respectively. Right-turn lanes also reduced crash injury severity, hence, reducing the economic cost by 26%. Safety benefits, in dollars, realized with the use of right-turn lanes at driveways were 29% and 7% higher compared to those at intersections at low and high speed conditions respectively for similar traffic conditions. Depending on roadway conditions, interest rate and construction costs, the safety-based volume thresholds ranged from 3 to 200 right turns per hour during the design hour at intersection approaches, and from 2 to 175 right turns at driveway approaches.

Prevence závažných havárií a podlimitní zdroje rizika s amoniakem / Prevention of Major Accidents and Underlimited Risk Sorces with Ammonia

Labaj, David January 2008 (has links)
In few picked sources where ammonia occurs in an under-limited amount ,according to valid legislation, there will its outflow be modeled in various atmospheric conditions and its toxicity will be compared with other mostly used toxic substances. The danger for people living in the surroundings of under-limited sources will be evaluated from the results and the way for better safeness will be suggested.

Automatický hlásič dopravní nehody vozidel / Automatic detector of vehicle road accicents

Žurek, Jan January 2010 (has links)
This master‘s thesis treat of car safety. It includes an introduction into already existing active and passive safety systems and briefly describes their basic principles. It also includes a description of basic principles of car electronic systems. It will acquaint us also with elementary calculations in the area of car crashing into a solid obstacle. On base of this information was developed and consequently realized development module of an automatic car accident alarm that transfers information using SMS messages to a cell phone. The message contains date, time and GPS coordinates of the accident and acceleration sensor readings in three axes.

Vlček, Zdeněk January 2010 (has links)
This thesis deals with the assessment of safety of an industrial complex. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with basic information referring to an industrial complex and dangerous chemicals substances. The second chapter is devoted to the description of selective methods of CPR 18E. The third chapter is to identify risk sources of a serious accident in the industrial complex. The fourth chapter contains a general description of the HAZOP method. The last part represents a detailed analysis of risk sources of the serious accident by means of the HAZOP method and proposals for preventive measures.
