The current thesis aims to analyze the approaches to the definition of emergency zones in Russia and the Czech Republic. The main goal is to conduct a literature search on this issue and describe different approaches to emergency zones. The practical part includes an assessment of the definition of emergency zones in the case of hazardous chemicals leakage, which is most often the cause of industrial accidents.

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of causes of events in civil aviation operation in the Czech Republic during the period 2003 - 2010. Based on the analysis of final reports about flight incidents, there were described causes of these events. In conclusion the obtained results are compared with historical development of civil aviation incidents in the Czech Republic

The main content of the diploma thesis is the implementation and evaluation of the safety audit in selected company using the manual Self-Audit Handbook for SMEs. The identification of security risks in the company is also performed by statistical analysis of accidents at work in the company and evaluating the most common causes of accidents. Based on the detected weaknesses are proposed measures to eliminate them.

This master thesis analyzes the bottlenecks on the terrestrial communications in the area Vyškovsko. The aim is to suggest organizational and engineering measures which lead to increase traffic safety in selected road sections of terrestrial communications.

Diploma work named Selected measurements of motion of bicycles starts with history and development of bicycle. There are components of bicycles described and analysis accidents with cyclist. There is a goal organise and realize measurement of ride in the curve and tranverse movement. The outputs are going to be use by experts in sphere of transport accident analysis. There will be exists data analysis then starts maeasurement. After then compile sources from measurement – break testing, ride in the curve testing and tranverse movement on the most frequently road surfaces with part of enaugh cyclist and bycicles. The end of work is already existing data with hold of measurement data comparison.

This thesis deals with the estimate of damage of an automobile caused during a car accident with no injuries involved. A significant part of my work consist of a sociological research, a proceeding during a car crash a fleet analysis and protocols from a programme called Audatex. The outcome is a brochure - "How to manage a car accident - with detailed description how to estimate the damage caused by the crash"

This thesis analyzes the specific critical accident points in the district Blansko. The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the organizational, constructional and technical measures needed to reduce the possibility of accidents, thus increasing road safety in these locations.

Diploma thesis named Analysis of the lateral displacement time of motorcycles captures formation and development of motorcycles, description of construction and proper techniques for riding a motorcycle. The main aim of this work is to organise and perform the measurement of the lateral displacement and deceleration of the motorcycles. These values will serve for forensic experts. Before the measurement was proposed methodology for the measurement of the lateral displacement by used two cameras and long chalk line. Follow measurement and evalution measurement of the lateral displacement and deceleration. Outputs from this thesis are values of the lateral acceleration necessary for calculation of the shortest lateral displacement time of the motorcycle and 96 videos with course and result of measurements.

The aim of the thesis is to research the methodological approaches used for reducing traffic accidents. One part of the methods is focused on methods of evaluating traffic accident rate on roads in terms of macro-analysis. Another group of methods for the prediction of traffic accidents. Subsequently, in the practical part the methodology is applied on two selected sections of roads and the resulting values are then compared with the actual dates that can explanatory power of these methods. Another part relates to the economic evaluation of road accidents on selected sections of roads and applications of integral indicators.
