Balanserat styrkort inom hälso- och sjukvården : Bidrar det till ett gemensamt språk och en helhetsbild?

Demir, Merjem, Wallerstig, Hanna January 2015 (has links)

Hodnocení efektivnosti vyprojektovaných a realizovaných pozemkových úprav / Evaluation of effectiveness of designed and implemented land consolidation

VRBKA, Jaromír January 2011 (has links)
The thesis deals with the state of the territory in the Českokrumlovsko-region before the land consolidation and the design and implementation state. As model land consolidation, the comprehensive land consolidation of Přídolí was chosen with a detailed examination of the plan of the common facilities. Individual measures in the plan of the common facilities were studied in the design, evaluated in the terrain and possibly supplemented by further proposals. The reconnaissance showed that the elements suggested in the selected land consolidation do not correspond with the real state. The acquired results were generalized for the projection of the comprehensive land consolidation. The problem turned out to be a fact, that the most suggested measures remain unimplemented.

Trust laws of Jersey and Malta : a civilian interpretation

Galea, Patrick Joseph January 2016 (has links)
This thesis attempts to identify the philosophy, key questions and priorities behind the trust laws of Jersey and Malta. By wide accord, the Jersey law has served as a model in many ways to its later Maltese counterpart. This affinity is placed against the similar background of either jurisdiction, which embraced, to varying degrees, both the Civil Law tradition and Common Law influence. The analysis is advanced through the different moments of the trust, from its creation to termination. Nevertheless, the underpinning focus and thrust is on the civilian identity of either trust. It considers whether, and how far, the fundamental Civil Law concepts and language play a defining role in their civilian configuration. The question is asked whether the creation of the trust and the duties of a trustee can possibly be classified as obligational or contractual, or maybe something else. The nature and character of the beneficiary’s rights are also reviewed. The overarching role of good faith and civil responsibility, along with their extent of interaction with traditional Equity fiduciary duties, are weighed, an assessment naturally following from the civilian flavour attributed to the trusts. The conceptual overlapping between the Roman-Civil law fiducia, and related figures such as the mandat prêt-nom, with the Equity fiduciary duties, is assessed. The role, even if subsidiary, of civilian unjustified enrichment, remains an ever-present relevant factor. Sham trusts and simulatio, the Pauline fraud and legitim are considered in the context of the civilian identity of these trusts. The discussion then engages with the other strand of the thesis, being the role of the governing law, as the ‘mind’ behind the trust legislations assessed. The discussion engages with the question whether the trusts fall on the side of respect for the ‘autonomie de la volonté des parties’ or on other policy determinants behind the law.

Vliv půdních podmínek stanoviště na výskyt obecné strupovitosti hlíz brambor / The influece of soil conditions by the occurrence of common scab of potato tubers

PETRŮ, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
The aim of the thesis was focused on assessing the significance of the impact of habitat on the occurrence of the common scab of potatoes. In this context, following factors were evaluated: degree and extent of infestation tubers with common scab, effect of the habitat, impact of the variety, vintage influence, the influence of fertilization with nitrogen and sulfur influence seed treatment, starch content, tuber yield, the proportion of tubers over 40 mm. The review of literature of thesis includes chapters regarding the origin of potato, potato and morphological characteristics of its growth, consumer potatoes and factors that affect the quality and yield. It mentions measures against diseases and pests. The last section is devoted to common scab of potato. The practical part deals with evaluating the impact of habitat on the incidence of common scab of potatoes. The attempt was based on the habitat with the occurrence of common scab and habitats without occurrence of common scab in Vyklantice. The results were processed in program Statistica, version 12.0. (StatSoft) function of multifactor and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). At the habitat with higher pH and KVK higher incidence of common scab was recorded. It confirmed the impact of resistance of variety on the incidence of common scab. It was not confirmed statistically significant dependence on fertilizer nitrogen fertilizer LAV and seed treatment tubers with Trichoderma strains. It confirmed a statistically significant dependence on the incidence of common scab on fertilization with SulfoGranulat.

Bem comum ambiental e direito ambiental : uma proposta de fundamentação

Rodrigues, Adroaldo Júnior Vidal January 2008 (has links)
A metodologia aplicada é a análise conceitual dialética. / The dissertation is a research of the philosophical foundations for the Environmental Law. Intending, in this first chapter, to nominate the environmental well being as a fundament and its anthropological presuppositions, political and juridical to know, the harmonic anthropocentrism, the cosmopolitism and the theory of the realistic justice as complemented instances. In contrast, we will dialogue with the presupposed rival: the individualistic anthropocentrism, the sovereignty and the normativism. The second chapter will treat of the applicability of the concepts worked previously according with the three global cases: the Protocol of Kyoto, the distribution of water and Coal credits. The applied methodology is the conceptual dialectics analysis.

Optimum® GAT® Concepts: Herbicide Combinations for Foliar and Residual Weed Control in Soybean and Corn

Hustedde, Nicholas Victor 01 May 2011 (has links)
Field and greenhouse research was conducted in 2009 and 2010 on herbicide applications enabled by the integration of Optimum GAT crop traits providing for resistance to glyphosate and certain ALS-inhibiting herbicides. The herbicide concepts were evaluated for control of several winter and summer annual weed species, as well as the effect of the resulting weed control on grain yield of Optimum GAT soybean. The combination of chlorimuron + rimsulfuron did not provide sufficient efficacy on the winter annual grass species little barley and annual bluegrass. Factors contributing the sub-lethal activity include: 1) a relatively low inherent sensitivity of the species to these herbicides, 2) a significant reduction in herbicide efficacy with increases in weed plant height, and 3) a lack of herbicide enhancement with more aggressive foliar adjuvants. The tank-mixture of glyphosate with chlorimuron + rimsulfuron was frequently necessary to achieve a maximum herbicide activity above 90% on annual bluegrass and little barley. Optimum GAT herbicide treatments including chlorimuron + rimsulfuron + flumioxazin in field experiments provided the greatest control of horseweed and common waterhemp in glyphosate-susceptible and -resistant populations. The addition of chlorimuron + rimsulfuron to glyphosate and 2,4-D improved horseweed control above glyphosate and 2,4-D applied alone even as weed height increased with applications made closer to soybean planting. However, removal of competitive vegetation with herbicide combinations including chlorimuron + rimsulfuron selected for emergence of ALS-resistant common waterhemp. Inclusion of flumioxazin with chlorimuron + rimsulfuron was beneficial for control of common waterhemp when applied 7 days before planting. However, chlorimuron + rimsulfuron + flumioxazin provided only 80% control of common waterhemp in a glyphosate-resistant population which demonstrates opportunity for improvement in herbicide concepts enabled by Optimum GAT. Grain yield of Optimum GAT soybean was greatest for herbicide treatments which provided effective weed management throughout the growing season which were the herbicide treatments applied the closest to soybean planting (7 days before planting). Optimum GAT herbicide concepts for corn include chlorimuron + thifensulfruon + tribenuron, chlorimuron + rimsulfuron, and rimsulfuron + tribenuron + mesotrione. These herbicides provided similar to slightly increased control of annual morningglory (Ipomoea spp.) in comparison to glyphosate alone. The addition of atrazine increased the consistency of control of annual morningglory for any herbicide treatment with additional residual activity at 28 days after treatment. Optimum GAT enabled herbicide concepts can improve control of some problematic weed species, including some glyphosate-resistant weed populations, compared to current herbicide tactics that rely primarily on glyphosate for weed control in commercial glyphosate-resistant soybean and corn. However, the integration of postemergence soybean herbicides beyond the ALS chemistry is necessary to provide a broader spectrum of weed control when considering the challenges of managing both glyphosate- and ALS-resistant weed species that are becoming more frequent in commercial fields.
