Esse é um estudo transversal no campo da saúde coletiva e tem como tema a avaliação de serviços da Atenção Básica à Saúde, vinculados ou não ao ensino, em dois municípios do interior paulista. O objetivo geral foi avaliar e comparar o desempenho do processo de trabalho em equipe, segundo padrões de qualidade da Estratégia de Saúde da Família, baseando-se na Proposta AMQ-MS, em Unidades de Saúde da Família nos municípios de Ribeirão Preto e São José do Rio Pardo, e como específicos: descrever as características gerais das Unidades de Saúde da Família incluídas no estudo em Ribeirão Preto e São José do Rio Pardo; verificar os estágios de desenvolvimento alcançados pelos municípios considerando o componente de trabalho das equipes; descrever e analisar pontos fortes e fracos ao desenvolvimento da qualidade e avaliar comparativamente os resultados obtidos entre as equipes das unidades de Ribeirão Preto, onde há atividades de ensino de e São José do Rio Pardo, onde tais atividades não existem. No período de abril a junho de 2011, foram aplicados os instrumentos 04 e 05 do AMQ, ambos relacionados à Unidade de Análise: a Equipe. Foi realizada análise de concordância para fins comparativos, enquanto que para verificar associação, foi empregada a razão de prevalência (RP) e seu intervalo de confiança a 95% (IC 95%) como estimadora de magnitude entre variáveis. Para comparação de proporções foi empregado o teste de Z. Em todas as análises considerou-se um nível de significância de 5%. A concordância entre os resultados foi feita por meio da estatística Kappa. A pesquisa revelou que as USF pesquisadas em Ribeirão Preto não foram privilegiadas em qualidade quando comparadas as USF pesquisadas em São José do Rio Pardo, onde referente à Consolidação ao Modelo o município de Ribeirão Preto encontrou-se no estágio considerado satisfatório e São José do Rio Pardo no estágio considerado regular. Em relação à Atenção a Saúde e no Componente: Equipes, envolvendo os dois instrumentos, os dois municípios se enquadram no estágio satisfatório. O pior desempenho por subdimensão foi apresentado na Participação Comunitária e Controle Social considerado fraco. Observou-se não linearidade entre a complexidade de implementação dos processos de trabalho e a autoavaliacão das equipes de saúde da família dos municípios estudados. / This is a cross-sectional study in the public health field and has as its theme the service evaluation of Primary Health in two municipalities of São Paulo. This is a cross-sectional observational evaluative research with quantitative approach. The primary data are part of the External Review from the Program of Improving Access and Quality of Primary Care (PMAQ) in 2012. 190 women were interviewed. The inclusion criteria was the presence in the clinic at the time of the survey, have attended the service in the last 12 months and be a mother or companion of a child up to two years old. A research protocol was developed in the dimensions of Growth and Development, Breastfeeding and nutrition, and health problems and its variables. The results revealed that mothers / companions who responded to the questionnaire 71% were aged between 18 and 35 years, 92.1% were literate, 96.3% had a monthly income and 62.6% received financial assistance from the government. As for the children, 39.4% were aged between 13 to 24 months. In promotion and prevention actions for children, 64.2% had consultation up to the 7th day of life, 91.1% underwent the screening test, 95.3% had a health handbook, 98.9% had a vaccine, 17.9% breastfed or breastfeed from 6 to 24 months. As for link and continuity of care, 86.8% of the children were accompanied by the same professional staff and 59.5% left with next consultation scheduled. In acute situations 42.4% of the children went to the health unit and 64% of these were attended. It is concluded that the actions involving prevention and health promotion of children in RN, are evaluated positively by the service users and meet the requirements of MS, as well as link and continuity of care. The weakness in access and reception of users is evident, indicating the need to adapt the service to the demand of health and planning actions to welcome all who seeks basic health unit-UBS / O estudo tem por objetivo avaliar a qualidade dos processos de trabalho das equipes da Estrat?gia de Sa?de da Fam?lia referentes ? aten??o integral ? sa?de da crian?a na vis?o dos usu?rios no Estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Odrůdová kvalita sladovnického ječmene / Varietal quality of malting barley

By purchasing malting barley the quality is evaluated according to standards, techniques, laboratory methods and qualitative indicators, which are set by norm. Evaluation of quality of barleycorn as a material for producing malt is used for setting the price, observing changes of the quality during storing etc. There were evaluated qualitative indicators of 13 sorts of malting barley, which were bought by company ZZN Pelhřimov between 2010-2014 from farmers, agricaltural cooperatives and companies and also self-employed farmers from the region Vysočina. These sorts were represented by different number of samples in connection with bought-up amount and number of supplies of each sort. Weighted averages were counted from results. Average figures of results of analysis were compared with the national average. Research institute of brewer´s and orchardist a.s. in Brno deals with monitoring of quality of malting barley in the Czech Republic and it evaluates annually ca. 500 harvest samples which were received by producers from all regions in the Czech Republic. The quality of malting barley showed a big variability in all parameters across all types and also in particular years. Malting quality is influenced by many factors especially by course of weather in each particular year. Limiting parameter of quality by purchasing malting barley was N- substances content in barleycorn. Germination capacity seems to be the most stable from all parameters. Lower figures of germination capacity were found only by winter types in connection with longer period of ripening after harvest.

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis of legislation of evaluation criteria with its main focus on quality criteria taking account of decision practice of the Office for the Protection of Competition, case law of administrative courts and foreign and also domestic practice of awarding of the public contract. The diploma thesis is divided in five chapters, with each chapter being split in subchapters. The first chapter presents a brief overview of the public procurement legislation and intends to describe its basic aims and purposes. The second chapter focuses on legislation of quality criteria. The subject of the third chapter is the act of contracting authority prior to the launching of the procurement procedure and with it relating preliminary market consultation and award criteria. The fourth chapter deals with individual evaluation criteria including unnamed criteria and proposes the outline of the foreign practice of evaluation with the Best Value Procurement method. The search for education quality has emerged so growing in recent years. It has noticed a major concern before the current educational picture by the society, government, professors and students. This study searched to evaluate the satisfaction of the students of the Department of Statistics of the Federal University of Santa Maria about the professors perfomance, the infrastructure offered to the discipline of Statistics, it is also evalvate the degree of importance assigned by the student to these aspects. The development of the work is based on literature research and field, with qualitative approach. The data collection was conducted through a closed questionnaire, based on the Likert scale, with responses ranging into five levels of satisfaction/importance. For the data analysis, was used the tools of multivariate analysis, including cluster analysis (which has summarized the information in profiles of some groups formed by courses that had a similar behavior) and factor analysis (which enabled the validation of a research tool). It was used even the descriptive statistics for characterization of the courses and analysis of variance that allowed verify the difference among the answers to the questions by each group of courses. During the evaluation about the satisfaction with the work of the professor, the infrastructure and the discipline, could be observed that the issues presented the group 4, with Zootechnics, Archivist and Electrical Engineering courses, with a higher level of satisfaction. In the opposite, it has been the group 2, formed by Psychology and Odontology with the lowest levels of satisfaction. In some variables, the group 3, formed by Economics, Social Sciences, Geography, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Medicine, Administration and Veterinary Medicine, showed up statistically equal to the group 4. For the other issues, the group 1, formed by Forestry Engineering, Civil Engineering, Physical Education and Computer Science and group 3 had an intermediary degree of satisfaction. In evaluating the importance of variables, could be noticed a good degree of importance gave to these variables by all groups of courses. The validation of the questionnaire of satisfaction suggested the elimination of two variables that had little relevance. The twenty-one other variables in the instrument were grouped into four distinct groups of variables: didactic-pedagogic capacity of the professor; organization/ responsibility presented by the professor; infrastructure offered, and discipline of Statistics, providing greater uniformity among the variables within each group. / A busca por qualidade na educação tem surgido de forma crescente durante os últimos anos. Percebe-se uma maior preocupação diante do atual quadro educacional por parte da sociedade, governo, professores e alunos. A presente pesquisa buscou avaliar a satisfação dos alunos do Departamento de Estatística da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria quanto à atuação do professor, à infra-estrutura oferecida e à disciplina Estatística. É avaliado também o grau de importância atribuído pelo aluno a estes aspectos. O desenvolvimento do trabalho constitui-se de pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, com abordagem qualiquantitativa. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de um questionário fechado, baseado na escala Likert, com respostas variando em cinco níveis de satisfação/importância. Para análise dos dados, recorreu-se às ferramentas da análise multivariada, entre elas, a análise de agrupamento (que possibilitou resumir a informação em perfis de alguns grupos formados pelos cursos que apresentaram um comportamento similar) e a análise fatorial (que possibilitou a validação do instrumento de pesquisa). Utilizou-se ainda a estatística descritiva para caracterização dos cursos e a análise de variância que possibilitou verificar a diferença entre as respostas atribuídas às questões por cada grupo de cursos. Na etapa de avaliação da satisfação quanto ao trabalho do professor, à infra-estrutura e à disciplina, pôde-se observar que as questões apresentaram o grupo 4, composto pelo cursos de Zootecnia, Arquivologia e Engenharia Elétrica, com um nível mais elevado de satisfação. No oposto, tem-se o grupo 2, formado pelos cursos de Psicologia e Odontologia com os menores graus de satisfação. Em algumas variáveis, o grupo 3, formado pelos cursos de Economia, Ciências Sociais, Geografia, Engenharia Química, Agronomia, Farmácia, Medicina, Administração e Medicina Veterinária, mostrou-se estatisticamente igual ao grupo 4. Para as demais questões, o grupo 1, formado pelos cursos de Engenharia Florestal, Engenharia Civil, Educação Física e Ciência da Computação e o grupo 3 apresentaram-se em um grau intermediário de satisfação. Na avaliação da importância das variáveis, pôde-se notar um bom grau de importância atribuído a tais variáveis por todos os grupos de cursos. A validação do questionário de satisfação sugeriu a eliminação de duas variáveis que apresentaram pouca relevância. As vinte e uma variáveis restantes no instrumento ficaram agrupadas em quatro grupos distintos de variáveis: Capacidade didático-pedagógica do professor; organização/responsabilidade apresentada pelo professor; infraestrutura oferecida; e, disciplina de Estatística, proporcionando maior homogeneidade entre as variáveis dentro de cada grupo.

Cílem diplomové práce je zmapování současného stavu problematiky řízení vysokých školách z odborné literatury světových i domácích autorů a zejména z šetření provedeného okých školách. Práce je zaměřena na zjištění současného stavu evaluace kvality vzdělávacího procesu. Práce přináší přehled doporučovaného obsahu, kterému by měla být věnována pozornost při zpracování plánu na řízení evaluace kvality vzdělávacího procesu a měla by tak pomoci manažerům škol a sloužit jako praktický návod při vlastním zpracování části literární rešerše jsou teoreticky shrnuty požadavky, které jsou potřebné vybranému tématu. Výsledkem vlastní práce je analýza dokumentů týkajících se řízení kvality na vybraných vysokých školách a analýza vlastního šetření.

Autoevaluace na ZŠ a její využití v praxi / Self- Evaluation in the Elementary Schools and its Use in Practice

(in English): The topic of my dissertation was to create and verify the self-evaluation tool according to the real request of the concrete elementary school. The tool had to assess the satisfaction of the parents of the pupils, which attend the first school. The analysis showed that the existing self-evaluation tools are very complicated, time-consuming and use inadequate software solutions. Moreover they do not reflect the recent change of the criteria that are now used for school evaluation by the Czech School Inspectorate (the Quality School Model). As a result I tried to create the new self-evaluation tool that would fulfil the above mentioned requirements. First of all I designed the online questionnaire with the questions linked to the criteria of the Czech School Inspectorate. The close attention was paid on the data processing to validate whether the questionnaire serves as an self-evaluation tool. In addition the possibilities for improvement of questionnaire design were searched during the data processing. Furthermore I proposed the framework measures for each criterion of Quality School Model and developed simple method of using them for school improvements. A model of integrated healthcare governance

The history of psychiatry is littered with serious failures of governance, to the detriment of mentally disordered people, especially those resident in psychiatric hospitals. Current mental health providers, increasingly focussed on community care, have also struggled to develop effective internal governance systems. Nine peer-reviewed research papers, published by the author (mostly with others) and the wider literature, reveal deficits in mental health governance at a jurisdictional, professional, and corporate level. In this thesis new governance solutions are developed against this background, built on contemporary principles in mental health and healthcare management. A new model of mental health governance is presented, based on the key demands of the strategic and regulatory environment, articulated as rights, risks and recovery. This integrated healthcare governance approach, covering provider policy, staff training and service audit, can monitor and ensure the protection of patients’ rights, as well as those of others; it also promotes the management of clinical risks, and of patients’ recovery outcomes. Rights-based risk-reduction training is the core interventional element of the model, whilst the monitoring element can be formalised as part of a Balanced Scorecard reporting system. This thesis makes a contribution to research methodology, theory and practice in mental health, human rights, healthcare management and governance. The model generates specific propositions for testing in mental health governance, with the potential for application in wider settings of service provision.

Investigating the adoption of banking services delivered over remote channels : the case of Chinese Internet banking customers

Customers adoption of Internet banking has become a widely-researched topic, although it is fair to state that some research gaps still exist. This research aims to fill some of the research gaps by examining the factors that determine the relevant behaviour of three different categories of Internet banking customers in China (i.e. current users, non-users, and discontinued users), and by developing two conceptual models that are derived from different, but complementary, theoretical approaches. The Decision Making Model and the Service and Relationship Evaluation Model are developed in this research. The Decision Making Model is grounded in the technology acceptance model (TAM) and it incorporates an additional construct of perceived value of using Internet banking. Additionally, the Service and Relationship Evaluation Model is derived from the service quality evaluation and relationship quality evaluation literature. Unlike in most other Internet banking adoption studies, these two conceptual models are used complementarily to deliver a comprehensive understanding of customers Internet banking adoption in China. The models are tested using a sample of 614 Chinese Internet banking customers collected via mall-intercept personal interviews based on questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) path modelling and mediation analysis are applied to test the hypotheses advanced in the two models. The key findings of this research show that perceived value is a major factor for explaining customers Internet banking adoption, thus indicating to the banks that they should reduce costs associated with using Internet banking while providing more (perceived) benefits to customers; the importance of incorporating perceived value in Internet banking adoption model(s) is also demonstrated. The findings also confirm that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are important factors that determine the adoption of Internet banking by all categories of customers. Current users and non-users perceptions of their behavioural control over using Internet banking contribute to their adoption of Internet banking, and such control perceptions are shaped by self-efficacy, perceived government support and technological support. Additionally, it is demonstrated that both current users and discontinued users perceived value and perceived service quality of Internet banking have positive associations with their satisfaction with Internet banking, which lead to their Internet banking adoption. Moreover, the findings reveal that current users are more likely to continue with Internet banking if they are affectively committed to their banks; they are less likely to continue with Internet banking if they are calculatively committed to their banks due to the costs associated with leaving the banks. These therefore indicate the importance of establishing high-quality customer-bank relationships and placing less strict switching cost barriers that impose less pressure on their existing customers. This research contributes to the Internet banking adoption literature by (i) identifying the important category of Internet banking discontinued users, apart from current users and non-users; and (ii) using two complementary conceptual models, which are grounded in different theoretical streams, to investigate the relevant adoption behaviour of all three categories of Internet banking customers. It hence delivers a comprehensive understanding of personal customers adoption of Internet banking in China.
