Identifikace a evaluace internetových stránek v oblasti intervencí harm reduction zaměřených na uživatele nelegálních drog v České republice / Identification and evaluation of websites of harm reduction interventions targeting illicit drug users in the Czech Republic

Habarta, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
The thesis describes the course and results of the research into the field of Harm Reduction (HR) through the internet websites in the Czech language. Nowadays the internet forms an inseparable part of most people's lives from all social classes. This fact is reflected in the interests of both service providers for drug users and laymen interested in drug issues. Unfortunately, according to current research we do not know much about what information and in which quality and range can people find about drug Harm reduction on the internet. Therefore, the aim of this thesis was to identify and evaluate internet websites in the field of harm reduction intervention focused on the users of illegal drugs in the Czech Republic. Internet websites were evaluated not only with respect to the contents and range of the information provided but also with respect to topicality, functionality and objectivity. What was found were 13 Czech complex websites, 7 professional HR organisations and also 6 non-professional HR websites. The websites of professional organisations in most cases fulfilled the essential criteria of authority, objectivity and topicality. Among non-professional websites there were high-quality ones containing a wide range of information and correct approach to drug issues but there were also two...

Kvalita potravinářské pšenice v jižních Čechách / The quality of food wheat in South Bohemia

MACHOVCOVÁ, Dana January 2013 (has links)
The quality of food wheat is annually evaluated with all deliveries of agricultural primary production in the chosen farming enterprise. During the years 2008 - 2012 particular characteristics with files of 42 - 222 samples were determined, except for the year of 2009 when only one supply was technologically incorporated to food wheat. Countrywide observation of the quality of food wheat is executed in Agricultural research institute Kroměříž, Ltd and in Agrotest fyto, Ltd. It is co-financed by Ministry of Agriculture within a functional task which follows the project of Ministry of Agriculture number QG50041 Factors of quality and safety with food grains (2005-2010). Harvest samples, obtained from producers in time span 2008-2012, were represented by files of 500-1035 samples. Characteristics which influence the quality of the grains as well as criteria and methods of the evaluation of food wheat were described. Their applications in Agrotest fyto, Ltd and under operating conditions in ZZN Pelhřimov a.s. were given. Average values of observed parameters were calculated from the results of each testing in the laboratory of the detached post Záhoří and consequently compared with countrywide norm and the norm of South Bohemia. The quality of food wheat grains in years 2008-2012 showed a large-scale variability in particular parameters both at countrywide level and in South Bohemia as well as in chosen farming enterprise. Final quality was considerably influenced by course of weather annually.

Serviços de terapia renal substitutiva em Volta Redonda: estrutura e adequação às normas de funcionamento / Renal replacement therapy services in Volta Redonda: structure and compliance with operating

Alanê Fialho de Carvalho Pereira 15 June 2012 (has links)
The number of patients with chronic kidney disease is increasing worldwide at an alarming rate. As a result has also been increasing the amount of individuals dependent on the quality and access dialysis treatment to ensure survival and quality of life. This caution, however, still presents significant problems in many parts of the country. Although an appropriate structure is necessary, although insufficient for quality care, one can assume that it increases the likelihood that the assistance be of better quality and potential to promote more positive health outcomes. This study, descriptive and normative, aimed to map the dialysis services in the city of Volta Redonda providing procedures for the NHS and examine their compliance with the minimum standards found in various resolutions and other laws on the subject, focusing on aspects of structure and process. To this end, we used three complementary strategies: (a) search for secondary data found in national databases and local (b) interviews with the technicians responsible for the two units in the municipality, with the head of the Superintendency of Control, Assessment and Audit of SMS / VR and the State Sanitary Surveillance, and (c) take copies of inspection reports carried out in health services in the years 2010 and 2011. The results are presented in six categories: (1) knowledge about the admissions process and preparation of patients for entry into Renal Replacement Therapy, (2) compliance of dialysis services in Volta Redonda existing legal requirements, unfolding in physical structure, park equipment, dialysis modalities offered, control and quality of water used in dialysis, infection control activities and health protection of workers, (3) flow of referral of patients on dialysis for transplantation, (4) monitoring of indicators periodic evaluation of dialysis services, (5) Production of health care services and, finally, (6) actions to control and evaluate the units developed with Renal Replacement Therapy. The study identified that in many ways, dialysis services in Volta Redonda are out of compliance with legal requirements expressed in the various ordinances and resolutions dealing with the structure and operating conditions of service of renal replacement therapy. This is serious and can be meaning that patients who use these services may in some way, be receiving care far from perfect. It was also shown the difficulty of the Service Control, Audit and Oversight of SMS / VR work together in setting up monitoring in fulfilling the demands made by the national surveillance state, which may contribute to improve the quality of care received by patients with chronic renal failure in Volta Redonda.

Automatische Sacherschließung an der ZBW: Status quo & Ausblick

Groß, Thomas 06 January 2012 (has links)

Rozdíly v hodnocení kvality tlumočení / Differences in evaluation of the quality of interpretation

Pospíšilová, Lenka January 2015 (has links)
Our theoretical-empirical thesis is dedicated to differences in the evaluation of the quality of interpreting. In the theoretical part of our thesis we describe representative studies in aforementioned field and their conclusions. We use them as a basis for the hypothesis of our own research in which we suppose that the formal aspect of an intepreter's delivery will influence the overall evaluation of the quality of his rendering and will be perceived by the respondents as a more important criterion than the logical cohesion of the speech. In the empirical part of our thesis we describe the design and development of our experiment. In this experiment different groups of respondents evaluated nine videos of an interpreter's rendering conducted under specific parameters defined beforehand. Subsequently we evaluate conclusions of our basic and test research. We conclude our work with a partial confirmation of our initial hypothesis.

Structure Oriented Evaluation Model for E-Learning

Tudevdagva, Uranchimeg 21 July 2014 (has links)
Volume 14 of publication series EINGEBETTETE, SELBSTORGANISIERENDE SYSTEME is devoted to the structure oriented evaluation of e-learning. For future knowledge society, beside creation of intelligent technologies, adapted methods of knowledge transfer are required. In this context e-learning becomes a key technology for development of any education system. E-learning is a complex process into which many different groups with specific tasks and roles are included. The dynamics of an e-learning process requires adjusted quality management. For that corresponding evaluation methods are needed. In the present work, Dr.Tudevdagva develops a new evaluation approach for e-learning. The advantage of her method is that in contrast to linear evaluation methods no weight factors are needed and the logical goal structure of an elearning process can be involved into evaluation. Based on general measure theory structure oriented score calculation rules are derived. The so obtained score function satisfies the same calculation rules as they are known from normalised measures. In statistical generalisation, these rules allow the structure oriented calculation of empirical evaluation scores based on checklist data. By these scores the quality can be described by which an e-learning has reached its total goal. Moreover, a consistent evaluation of embedded partial processes of an e-learning becomes possibly. The presented score calculation rules are part of a eight step evaluation model which is illustrated by pilot samples. U. Tudevdagva’s structure oriented evaluation model (SURE model) is by its embedding into the general measure theory quite universal applicable. In similar manner, an evaluation of efficiency of administration or organisation processes becomes possible.

A formative evaluation of a technology-mediated alternative to traditional study abroad

Howard, Wendy 01 January 2015 (has links)
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine if a proposed technology-mediated intervention is a viable alternative to traditional study abroad for those who are unable to travel. While technology cannot reproduce the same experience of traveling abroad, the primary objective of this study was to determine if there is value in using Web conferencing technology to provide students with access to the same opportunity to interact with international experts in the field as their counterparts who were able to travel. This formative evaluation is the first in a series of iterative studies aimed at developing a viable, sustainable, technology-based solution through design-based research (Reeves, 2006). Methodology/Design: Two guiding questions drove the focus of this formative evaluation: Did the program accomplish what was intended and was it implemented effectively? These generated a set of evaluation questions using the Online Learning Consortium (OLC) Quality Framework, which were used to evaluate the quality of a joint study abroad program in Brazil with students and instructors from the University of Central Florida and the University of Scranton. While studying global health management in Brazil, the group in the field broadcasted their site visits live to online participants back in the United States. Web conferencing tools allowed the online attendees to see and hear the group in Brazil and interact in real time through the audio or text chat. Evaluation data was compiled from multiple sources including an anonymous student survey, instructor interviews, session recordings, financial budgets, and online facilitator observations in order to triangulate and evaluate the effectiveness of this Web-based intervention. Findings: Web conferencing technology appears to be a viable alternative that is not necessarily as immersive as traveling abroad, but it does provide its own set of benefits to higher education students. This formative evaluation revealed clear areas for improvement, including technical and procedural elements, but instructors and online participants did find value in the experience. Was it perfect? No. Was it successful? Yes. Was it encouraging? Definitely. Exploration of the evaluation questions under each of the five pillars of the OLC Quality Framework revealed both success factors and areas for improvement in each of the following categories: learning effectiveness, scale (commitment & cost), access, faculty satisfaction, and student satisfaction. Implications: Overall, this was a successful proof of concept that justifies future improvements and subsequent further evaluation in an iterative design-based research program. In addition to repeating this study with the joint global health management course in Brazil, this intervention could also be implemented and evaluated in other contexts, disciplines, and countries around the world. This formative evaluation produced a set of recommendations for the next study based on the success factors as well as the areas for improvement identified in this initial implementation in addition to a list of suggestions for future research.
