The existence of dramatic art activity at the secondary school level has been often accepted as expedient and profit- able. The objectives, nature, and operation of such & program are, however, topics for much dispute. An investigation of dramatic activity in our public high schools could drew a clearer picture of current dramatic activities in those schools responding to the study.
