Having as a starting point the questions regarding philosophical conditions and perspectives inherent to this book, unveiling paradoxes subordinate to the formation, this research is structured in three interrelated chapters. The first chapter explores the basis upon which the analysis contained in said Adornian thought publication are established, object of the present reflection, and using this retrospective outlook point out the contradictions faced up by it, dilemmas that have been majorly responsible for the return of philosophy, which, diminished to a “particular science”, according to the thoughts of Adorno (2009), consequently caused the split between particular and universal, or at its extreme between subject and object, theory and praxis. The second chapter looks at the sociohistorical aspects relative to the productive process under the Industrial-Cultural empire, and its essential interferences in educational work and, consequently, formational. The third chapter deals with the knowledge of the contributions provided by the Critical Theory of Society, with respect to “Negative Dialectics”, towards the development of a self-reflective perspective, aiming to achieve an axial revolution that may enable building a formative process that allows exercising autonomy and emancipation. It is understood that “Negative Dialectics”, as a critical-reflexive method and through the lenses of the Knowledge Theory, configures itself as an axis of criticism to the, mainly, educational system, therefore resisting to any shape of pseudo-formation and, that why, barbarity. / Esta investigação de cunho bibliográfico fundamenta-se no arcabouço teórico de Theodor Adorno, objetivando, essencialmente, compreender as problemáticas subjacentes ao processo formativo à luz da obra ensaística “Dialética Negativa” (2009). Assim, tendo como ponto de partida o questionamento sobre as condições e perspectivas filosóficas inerentes a esta obra de desvelar os paradoxos subordinados à formação, esta pesquisa desenvolve-se em três capítulos inter-relacionados. O primeiro procura conhecer as bases nas quais estão assentadas as análises contidas na obra de pensamento adorniana, a qual é objeto da presente reflexão, conforme acima aludida, para, a partir desta visão retrospectiva, apontar as contradições por ela confrontadas, dilemas estes que se tornaram responsáveis em grande monta pelo retorno da filosofia, que, reduzindo-se a uma “ciência particular”, segundo a concepção de Adorno (2009), consequentemente, causou a cisão entre particular e universal, ou, no extremo, entre sujeito e objeto, teoria e práxis. O segundo trata dos aspectos sócio-históricos respeitantes ao processo produtivo, sob o império da Industrial Cultural, e suas interferências essenciais no trabalho educativo e, por conseguinte, formativo. O terceiro versa sobre o conhecimento das contribuições propiciadas pela Teoria Crítica da Sociedade, a partir da “Dialética Negativa”, para o desenvolvimento de uma perspectiva autorreflexiva, com vistas a uma revolução axial que possibilite a construção de um processo formativo para o exercício da autonomia e emancipação. Entende-se que a “Dialética Negativa”, enquanto método crítico-reflexivo, por meio do embate com a Teoria do Conhecimento, configura-se no eixo de crítica ao sistema, principalmente, educativo, resistindo, dessa maneira, a toda espécie de pseudo-formação, por isso, de barbárie.
