In 2008, a financial crisis struck the world economy, causing a risk of a potential system-crash. In order to stabilize the financial system within Europe, European Banking Authority (EBA) presented new guidelines (GL44) as a way, among others, to increase the transparency among financial institutions. As a result of GL44, Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) implemented new regulations, with minor adjustments and amendments. At present, the guidelines are weeks from being completely implemented, thus meaning that the financial industry is able to start seeing the changes from the regulations.The authors have chosen to conduct a study regarding how the banks have been affected from the external authority demands during the previous recession.The focus of the study has been on three of Sweden’s four large banks, which are considered systematically important, as well as one niche bank.The study showed that the work in board and top-management was affected by external demands from authorities. The attention on business development was disturbed during the recession since more focus was put on controlling factors such as compliance, risk management and internal audit as well as on board composition and board competence.

O setor tem como uma de suas funções a de ser o interlocutor entre a escola e os responsáveis dos alunos, sendo importante, portanto, que sejam diagnosticados aspectos que venham a contribuir com o aprimoramento desse atendimento. A pesquisa foi realizada em um dos 14 Campi da instituição localizada em um bairro da Zona Sul de uma das principais capitais brasileiras. Para alcance dos objetivos foi realizado a aplicação de um questionário com perguntas fechadas e uma pesquisa documental no Campus e na Reitoria da Instituição. O questionário foi aplicado em uma amostra constituída por responsáveis de alunos do 5º ano/2016 do Ensino Fundamental. Como principais resultados positivos apontados estão a Comunicação, a Cortesia e a Presteza no atendimento. Como pontos negativos foram indicados a Facilidade de Acesso e a Interferência de Sons Externos no local de atendimento. Com este trabalho pretende-se aperfeiçoar a avaliação dos setores da organização escolar assim como os estudos acerca da relação dos stakeholders com a instituição educacional. / This research aims to propose an evaluation model for the Sector Supervision and Teaching Orientation of a public institution of the Federal Network of Elementary Education, with the contribution of families. The sector has as one of its functions to be the interlocutor between the school and the legally responsible for the students, it is important therefore to diagnosed aspects that will contribute to the improvement of this service. The survey was conducted in one of the 14 campus of the institution located in a neighborhood of the South Zone one of the main Brazilian capitals. To achieve the objectives was conducted applying a questionnaire with closed questions and documentary research on Campus and Dean of the institution. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of students in charge of the 5th grade / 2016 Elementary School. The main positive evaluation results presented are the communication, the courtesy and promptness in attendance. The negatively evaluated points were the Ease of Access and Interference of External Sound on-site service. This work is intended to improve the evaluation of the sectors of school organization as well as studies of the relationship of stakeholders with the educational institution.

Foi abordada a Teoria dos Stakeholders e destacadas algumas propostas de classificação de partes interessadas. Foi eleita a proposta de classificação desenvolvida por Mainardes, Alves, et al. em trabalho apresentado no V Encontro de Estudos em Estratégia/3Es, realizado pela Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Administração (ANPAD), na cidade de Porto Alegre/RS, em maio de 2013, com o intuito de executar o teste empírico recomendado pelos autores da nova proposta de classificação. Os stakeholders foram identificados como resultado de entrevista coletiva a grupo focal composto por seis peritos oficiais criminais. Para fins de aplicação do teste empírico do modelo da proposta de classificação de stakeholders de Mainardes, Alves, et al. foi considerado um contexto empírico onde a organização, para fins da Teoria dos Stakeholders e deste trabalho, é a perícia oficial criminal e sua respectiva autonomia. Como resultado desse teste empírico, os stakeholders identificados e entrevistados foram classificados em dependente, passivo, parceiro, controlador ou regulador. Aqueles não abrangidos pela classificação são tidos como não stakeholders. Por fim, foi sugerido por esses stakeholders entrevistados um conjunto de ações aos peritos oficiais criminais como forma de exercerem algum grau de influência no processo de autonomia da perícia oficial de natureza criminal.
