Druskininkų turizmo paslaugų kokybės vertinimas / Quality Assessment of Tourism Services in Druskininkai

Darbo objektas: turizmo paslaugų kokybė. Darbo tikslas - įvertinti Druskininkuose teikiamų turizmo paslaugų kokybę, remiantis vartotojų nuomone. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti paslaugų sampratą ir savybes; 2. Pateikti turizmo paslaugų klasifikaciją; 3. Išanalizuoti paslaugų kokybės esmę ir vertinimo modelius; 4. Nustatyti Druskininkų turizmo paslaugų kokybę ir pateikti išvadas. Pagrindiniai rezultatai, išvados ir pasiūlymai. Turizmo paslauga, kaip ir bet kuri kita paslauga pasižymi šiomis savybėmis kaip heterogeniškumas, neapčiuopiamumas, neatsiejamumas, trumpalaikiškumas. Turizmo paslaugos yra klasifikuojamos į pagrindines, palengvinančias paslaugas ir palaikančias paslaugas. Išskiriamos tokios paslaugų rūšys: kelionių organizavimo paslaugos, turistų informavimo paslaugos, apgyvendinimo paslaugos, sveikatinimo ir sveikatingumo paslaugos, vežimo, maitinimo, pramogų, konferencijų organizavimo, vandens ir kitos turizmo paslaugos. Turizmo paslaugų įmonės konkuruoja aukšta teikiamų paslaugų kokybe, todėl svarbiausia, kad vartotojas gautų tokias, kokių tikisi ar aukštesnės kokybės turizmo paslaugas. Kokybės vertinimo metodų gausoje palankiausiai vertinama SERVQUAL metodika, kuri parodo vartotojų lauktą ir patirtą paslaugų kokybę. Remiantis lauktos kokybės vertinimo rezultatais galima teigti, kad Druskininkuose teikiamos turizmo paslaugos patrauklios ir kokybiškos vartotojų požiūriu, nes tikimasi gauti aukštos kokybės paslaugas. Aim of the paper – to assess quality of tourism services provided in Druskininkai, based on consumer opinion. Objectives of the paper: 1. To define the concept of services and its characteristics; 2. To introduce the classification of tourism services; 3. To analyse the nature of tourism quality and its evaluation models; 4. To determine the quality of tourism services in Druskininkai and to list the results. General results, conclusions and suggestions. Tourism service, just as any other service, can be characterised by such features as heterogeneity, impalpability, inseparability and transiency. Tourism services can be classified into basic, assistant services and support services. The following types of services can be distinguished: travel organising services, tourist information services, tourist accommodation services, health and wellness services, transportation, catering, entertainment, conference organising, water and other tourism services. Tourism service companies compete by providing high quality services, therefore, it is imperative to deliver such services, which would meet or exceed consumer expectations. The thema of this diploma work is {\clqq}A policy market of the travel movementservices at the regional level``. The selected region, which I chaose, is region "Lipensko" - the part of Šumava. The work is separate to five main chapters. The first theretical part explains primary questions of tourism. In next chapter I direct to first inform with this region. Follows a part, in which I describe this region from tourism point of view. I deal with prezent requirements for tourism in this region. I analyse the duality and reach of tourism services, mainly accommodation services, commissaryman services, transport services and additional services. I executed questionnaire inquiry for intent this chapter. There is developed analysis SWOT too. In the end of this chapter I plane solutions, which could get better situacion for tourism services and so hold standard on relatively high attendance this region. Marketing policy in chapter synthesis concentrate on the improvement services especially in the housing and commissaryman arrangements. Further were suggested recommendation and possibilities of the new forms tourism services. This ideological suggestions constitute expansion of services of provincial travel movement, services of religious travel movement, congressional services, sociality {--} cultural services, animation services, educational services, security services, wellnes and communal services.

The work deals with tourism in the territory of Telčsko Micro-Region and aims to analyze the supply of tourism services to propose appropriate recommendations for further development of the region in the light of local potential. At the beginning of work are defined basic concepts and describes the importance and specifics of the market of tourism. Here is a chapter that deals with the services of tourism, and are given a theoretical basis for the analysis of these services. In the practical part of work is an analysis of primary and secondary offer of tourism in the Telč Micro-Region. Following them is carried out SWOT analysis of Micro-Region and determined appropriate strategy for further development. In conclusion, recommendations are given.

The main topic of the Master Paper is to describe and analyze tourist services offered in the selected region of Vysočina and to find out suitable forms of tourism in given region. The first part contains the essential definitions of tourism, characteristic features of the demand and offer in tourist services. The chapter also introduces the terms "sustainable development" and "environment friendly" forms of tourism. The second part briefly introduces the region of Vysočina. Next part contains an analysis of tourist service offer distributed into primary and secondary offer. This part introduces the opportunities for hiking, cycling and golf. Next chapter deals with the analysis of visitors to the region. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the previous chapters, giving an evaluation of the tourist services in the region in general.

The main aim of this work was comparing the supply side of tourism in selected cities (Trebon, Vodnany). After studying the literature was conducted situational analysis that led to the finding of supply of tourism in these cities. The next section was carried out field research in Trebon, who was elected as a city with a diverse range of tourism. In the evaluation of the field investigation and found the results were provided suggestions to improve the current situation in the city and has also designed a product package. The aim of this package is primarily the extension of the current range of supply of destination, increasing its attractiveness and extend visitors' stay in this destination. The package also offers reduced fees for students.

Magistro darbe yra nagrinėjama turizmo paslaugų vartotojų elgsenos ypatumai, o taipogi viešbučių paslaugų vartotojų elgseną įtakojantys veiksniai. Darbui atlikti buvo remiamasi įvairios mokslinės literatūros šiuos konkrečiu, nagrinėjamu klausimu analize, bei atlikto Šiaulių miesto viešbučių, turizmo paslaugų vartotojų elgsenos tyrimo duomenimis. Pirmoje darbo dalyje apibūdinama vartotojų elgsena, konkrečioje, turizmo paslaugų sferoje, bei šios elgsenos ypatumai. Turizmo paslaugų vartotojų elgsena, kaip ir bet kuri kita vartotojų elgsenos mokslo sritis apima protinius sprendimus bei fizinius veiksmus, kylančius iš šių sprendimų. Vartotojo elgsenos svarbiausia ašis – vartotojas, kuris kaip asmenybė yra sudėtingas subjektas, o jo elgesį nelengva prognozuoti. Antroje darbo dalyje yra pateikiama Šiaulių miesto viešbučių turizmo paslaugų vartotojų tyrimo apibendrinimai bei išskiriamos pagrindinės tendencijos apsprendžiančios Šiaulių miesto viešbučių paslaugų vartotojų elgsenos ypatumus. Šis turizmo paslaugų vartotoj����� elgsenos tyrimas buvo atliekamas siekiant išsiaiškinti, kaip Šiaulių miesto viešbučių klientai vertina šių viešbučių teikiamas apgyvendinimo bei kitas papildomas paslaugas. This investigation was exploring in the Šiauliai city hotels and it was having a purpose – to find out about clients characteristics of hotels services in Šiauliai and to emphasize the main consistent of Services of the hotels in Šiauliai. The project consists of: summary, 2 chapters, one of them is about theoretical aspects of customers’ behavior and other one is about research of customers’ behavior choosing one of Šiauliai city hotels. There were 200 different age respondents, the clients of Šiauliai city hotels. Concurrence in the market of services provided by hotels in Šiauliai city was established in this master’s final work. Conception and structure of concurrence is presented and peculiarities of competitive environment are revealed in this work. Conclusions and recommendations are proposed in the final part of master’s final work.
