CoordenaÃÃo de AperfeiÃoamento de NÃvel Superior / EspaÃos da experiÃncia como espaÃos da memÃria: narrativas e imagens entre os canoeiros do rio Acaraà à fruto de uma investigaÃÃo social que versa sobre as experiÃncias de memÃria de um grupo que mantÃm vivo um ofÃcio secular em meio Ãs adversidades da modernizaÃÃo sÃcio-econÃmica. Por meio das trajetÃrias de vida dos canoeiros procuro compreender a construÃÃo de narrativas amparadas na memÃria e sua relaÃÃo com a cidade de Sobral/CE, principalmente no que diz respeito ao saber da canoagem no rio Acaraà e as transformaÃÃes urbanÃsticas ocorridas no trecho do rio que passa pela cidade. / Areas of experience as spaces of memory: narratives and images among the boatmen of the river Acaraà is the result of a social research that focuses on the experiences of memory from a group that keeps alive a secular profession in the adversities of the socio-economic modernization. Through the life trajectories of the boatmen, I seek to understand the construction of narratives backed in memory and its relationship with the city of Sobral/CE, mainly with regard to the knowledge of canoeing on the river Acaraà and the urban transformations that have occurred in the stretch of river that runs through the city.

nÃo hà / O estranhamento com o espaÃo da cidade e a atuaÃÃo profissional na Ãrea da arte foram os estÃmulos primordiais para a realizaÃÃo desta pesquisa. Os entrelaÃamentos envolvidos nestes dois momentos de vida foram mediados pela maneira de enxergar nas aÃÃes artÃsticas modos potentes de discussÃo, para alÃm do embelezamento, naturalizaÃÃo e espetacularizaÃÃo da AmazÃnia. Assim, encontrei na interlocuÃÃo com onze artistas visuais, residentes da cidade de MacapÃ/AP, o campo empÃrico da investigaÃÃo; o desejo de compreender como as produÃÃes artÃsticas impactam e como expressam a trajetÃria vivida pelos sujeitos, quando interagem, integram e se comunicam com o seu espaÃo sÃcio cultural, como narrativas de experiÃncias no contexto amazÃnico. De cunho qualitativo, a pesquisa, tem em perspectiva perceber e analisar os momentos vividos pelos sujeitos no espaÃo da AmazÃnia e a produÃÃo de sentidos elaborada e expressa na produÃÃo artÃstica. A Ãnfase na antropologia dos sentidos, vinculada a poÃtica social, que se apresentam no cotidiano e nas subjetividades dos interlocutores e do pesquisador, sÃo percepÃÃes ampliadas sobre a noÃÃo de cidade e a produÃÃo estÃtica. Portadores de mundos colaborativos, os sujeitos organizam, sentem e fazem a cidade por meio da sua produÃÃo artÃstica. SÃo agenciamentos coletivos e individuais que revelam visibilidades e a âtomada de vozâ, singularizados pela experiÃncia dos indivÃduos. De intenÃÃo etnogrÃfica, vinculo substancial dos pesquisadores que observam as aÃÃes dos sujeitos e o sentido da vida social, a pesquisa tomou a captura de imagens para alÃm do registro e da ilustraÃÃo do campo no texto escrito. A investida foi recorrer à dimensÃo sensorial no sentido de participar efetivamente nas maneiras de saber, fazer e tornar-se pesquisadora. Assim, atravÃs do olhar curioso e da captura de imagens, da escuta sensÃvel e do acompanhamento de quatros aÃÃes artÃsticas a escrita expressa o vivido. Nesta direÃÃo, concluo que a experiÃncia vivida pode materializar-se nas produÃÃes estÃticas, apresentando-se tambÃm como narrativas que nos contam a existÃncia individual na AmazÃnia, em suas particularidades simbÃlicas e perceptivas, e por meio delas expressam os respectivos contextos polÃticos, econÃmicos, sociais e culturais vividos pelos sujeitos / Strangeness with the city space and professional activity in the area of the visual arts, were the primordial trigger for the realization of this research. The interlacing involved in these two moments of life were mediated by seeing in the artistic actions, potent modes of discussion beyond the embellishment, naturalization and the turning into a spectacle of the AmazÃnia. Therefore, it was found in the dialogue with eleven visual artists, residents of MacapÃ/AP city, the empirical field of research, the desire to understand: How artistic productions impact and how its express the experience in the lived trajectory, especially when they interact, integrate and communicate with the sociological-cultural space of the subjects similar to the narratives in the Amazonian context. From a qualitative mark, the research has the perspective to perceive and analyze the lived moments with the Amazonian space and its production of the elaborated senses expressed in the artistic production. The emphasis on anthropology of senses, bounded to the social poetics that present themselves in the daily life and in the subjectivity of the interlocutors and the researcher, are expanded about the city notion and the aesthetic production. Respectively polyphonic and bearers of collaborative worlds, the subjects organize, feel and make the city with artistic production. They are collective and individual agency that reveals visibility and voice taking singled by the individuals experience. Of ethnographic intention, the researchers substantial bond that observe the subjects actions and the social life sense, the research allied the capture of images beyond the record and the illustration of the field in the written text. The advance was to resort to the sensorial dimension in order to participate effectively in the ways of knowing, doing and becoming a researcher. Thus, the curious look and the capture of images, the sensitive listening and the accompaniment of four artistic actions, the writing expresses the lived. In this way, I conclude that the lived experience can be materialized in the aesthetic productions as narratives that tell us the existence of life in the AmazÃnia in its symbolic and perceptual particularities, and through the narratives they express its respectives politics, economics, social and cultural contexts lived by the subjects

nÃo hà / Este estudo trata da avaliaÃÃo da polÃtica de CooperaÃÃo Sul-Sul da Universidade da IntegraÃÃo Internacional da Lusofonia Afro-Brasileira, sob a perspectiva da avaliaÃÃo em profundidade (GUSSI, 2008; RODRIGUES, 2008). Avalia a integraÃÃo proposta como missÃo institucional a partir da percepÃÃo dos discentes estrangeiros que fazem parte da universidade. O objetivo à avaliar a CooperaÃÃo Sul-Sul na prÃtica, dentro do contexto institucional-acadÃmico. A abordagem metodolÃgica à qualitativa e adotam-se como procedimentos: a anÃlise bibliogrÃfica, observaÃÃo participante e entrevistas. Discute-se sobre os contextos da PolÃtica Externa Brasileira que propiciou a construÃÃo da cooperaÃÃo educacional internacional, vinculando-se tais contextos à anÃlise da criaÃÃo da UNILAB, ou seja, a base conceitual que lhe proporciona sustentaÃÃo teÃrico-ideolÃgica. A UNILAB nasce a partir da polÃtica de expansÃo do ensino superior proposta no Governo Lula (2003-2010), em um contexto de interiorizaÃÃo e internacionalizaÃÃo, com foco na formaÃÃo de recursos humanos que contribuam com a integraÃÃo do Brasil e os paÃses (as naÃÃes) que compÃem a Comunidade dos PaÃses de LÃngua Portuguesa. A partir da fala dos sujeitos inseridos na polÃtica, identificam-se dimensÃes avaliativas que permitiram observar a integraÃÃo, a partir de algumas dimensÃes que se apresentaram na pesquisa avaliativa: da sobrevivÃncia à guerra ao ensino superior no Timor; a lÃngua portuguesa (in)comum; o (des)conhecimento acerca da UNILAB, a cidade de RedenÃÃo, a formaÃÃo pessoal e o passado; o sentimento de gratidÃo; o estar em uma universidade no Brasil e, por fim, as percepÃÃes sobre a integraÃÃo. Percebi, finalizando, que a cooperaÃÃo educacional proposta pela Unilab com base na CooperaÃÃo Sul-Sul representa quebra da ideologia hegemÃnica Norte-Sul, uma vez que embora inÃmeras adversidades se apresentem entre as relaÃÃes de alunos e comunidade local, o fim de qualificar recursos humanos para contribuÃrem nos seus paÃses de origem à atingido. AlÃm disso, dentro da acepÃÃo de integraÃÃo percorrem experiÃncias que formam e complementam histÃrias de vida que fazem parte da formaÃÃo do desenho contÃnuo da trajetÃria institucional unilabiana e acabam externalizando, na prÃtica, como acontece a integraÃÃo na cooperaÃÃo. / This work we evaluate the South-South Cooperation policy of the University of International Integration of Afro-Brazilian Lusophony (UNILAB), from an in-depth perspective (GUSSI, 2008; RODRIGUES, 2008). The assessment is based on the perception of foreign students, who are members of UNILAB. Our main goal is to analyze the South-South Cooperation in practice, within the institutional-academic context. As a methodological and qualitative approach we employ: bibliographic analysis, participant observation and interviews. We discuss the circumstances of the Foreign Brazilian Policy that launched the international educational cooperation, which is linked to such contexts of the foundation of UNILAB. They are the conceptual basis that provide the theoretical-ideological support. UNILAB is born out of the policy of expansion of higher education proposed in the Lula Government (2003-2010) within internalization and internationalization policy. Its main activities focus on the training of human resources that contribute to the integration of Brazil and the nations that make up the Community of Portuguese-speaking countries. From the speech of the individuals inserted in politics, we consider evaluative dimensions that allow us to observe the integration: the trajectory from survival to civil war to higher education; the (un)common Portuguese language; the (dis)knowledge about UNILAB, the city of RedenÃÃo, the personal formation and the past; the feeling of gratitude;being in a Brazilian university and, finally, the perceptions about an integration. I realized that, in conclusion, the educational cooperation proposed by Unilab based on South-South Cooperation represents a break of the North-South hegemonic ideology because, even though many adversities arise in the relationships between the students and the local community, the goal of qualify human resources to contribute in their countries of origin is achieved. Moreover, within the context of integration, there are experiences that form and complement life histories which compose the continuous construction of the unilabian institutional trajectory and they end up externalizing, in practice, how the integration in the cooperation happens.
