The master's thesis is the development of the methodology for the formation of the financial result of the transport and logistics company, based on the specifics of the company's activities. Objectives of this work, which have already done was explored the features of the formation of financial results of transport and logistics companies, considered the economic activities of the transport and logistics company, suggested measures to increase the competitiveness of the transport and logistics company, considered the impact of changes in the cost structure of the transport logistics company on financial results, developed a methodology for the formation and reflection of the results of the activities of a transport and logistics company in a specialized program. The provisions of the scientific novelty of this study the factors promoting increase of competitiveness in the market of transport-logistical services and expansion of client base, in particular, due to participation in tenders are determined the influence of creation of large transport and logistics complexes on the cost structure of companies in the sphere of small business was revealed, the methodology for accounting and forming an internal report on financial results in a specialized program of transport and logistics companies was developed, which makes it possible to increase the information content of reporting for the adoption of managerial decisions. / Главной целью магистерской диссертации является разработка методологии формирования финансового результата транспортно-логистической компании на основе специфики деятельности компании. В данной работе были изучены особенности формирования финансовых результатов транспортных и логистических компаний, рассмотрена экономическая деятельность транспортно-логистической компании, предложены меры по повышению конкурентоспособности транспортно-логистической компании, рассмотрено влияние изменений в структуре затрат транспортной логистической компании на финансовые результаты, разработана методология формирования и отражения результатов деятельности транспортно-логистической компании в специализированной программе. Положения научной новинки этого исследования являются факторами, способствующими повышению конкурентоспособности на рынке транспортно-логистических услуг и расширением клиентской базы, в частности, за счет участия в тендерах, определяются влияние создания крупных транспортных и логистических комплексов на структуру затрат компаний в сфере малого бизнеса, разработана методология учета и формирования внутреннего отчета о финансовых результатах в специализированной программе транспортно-логистических компаний, что позволяет увеличить информативность отчетности для принятия управленческих решений.

Optimering av varutransport med Mixed integer Linear Programming : En effektivisering av körsträckor när två tidigare separata transporter med olika produker kombineras.Nordling, Felix, Sandberg, Simon January 2022 (has links)
The purpose of this paper is to increase the routing efficiency of two previously separate commodity transports. By combining them in a common, multi-commodity network flow (MCNF). A Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model is used to minimize the mileage that is needed to fulfill demand in the different destinations of the transport network. Input needed for the model was mileage between destinations, which was obtained from open data. And the demand of respective commodity was received from documents and an estimation. To solve the stated problem approximations and simplifications was needed because it showed a NP-complete problem. The aim is to produce a result that shows a lower mileage than a reference measure from the present situation with separate transports. The result showed an optimized solution of 1939 km. Which was a difference of 1941 km from the reference measures, that summarized to 3880 km. Despite this the result from the model shows an effective optimization. Which makes the use of MILP for minimizing mileage inside a MCNF problem, a useful approach for solving the stated problem. / Syftet med arbetet var att effektivisera körsträckor för två tidigare separata transporter av olika produkter. Genom att kombinera dem till en gemensam transport i ett multi-commodity network flow (MCNF). Med en Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) modell minimeras de körsträckor som krävs för att fylla efterfrågan i transportnätverkets adresser. In-data som krävdes för att en modell skulle kunna utföras var körsträckor mellan olika adresser, vilket hämtades från öppen data. Samt efterfrågan på produkter som erhölls från dokument och estimering. Då problemet som skulle lösas visade på hög beräkningskomplexitet behövde ett antal approximationer och förenklingar verkställas. Målet var att visa på ett resultat där körsträckor hade förminskats relativt till ett referensmått från nuläget. Där resultatet visade på en optimerad lösning på 1939 km. Vilket var en differens på 1941 km från de referensmåttet som summerades till 3880 km. Modellens resultat visar trots det en effektiv optimering. Vilket gör att användningen av MILP för att minimera körsträckor inom MCNF problem, är ett effektivt tillvägagångssätt att lösa det motiverade problemet.

An analysis of a transport operator´s job description My degree work is centred on the problems of a transport operator´s job in a forwarding agency. The introduction provides an explanation of a term of "dispatch service" and explains why logistics is so important in transport. Then there is a description of the transport development after 1990 and the changes transport had to undergo in the time of globalization. The main part of the work deals with the operator´s working procedure from an offer to a demand, an order and other actions to the final realization. A model example is given to represent an actual transporting process. The work also states conditions under which transport is executed, for example payment terms and terms of delivery. Next chapters outline the way of calculation, give a detailed description of collecting service (which is implemented within the bounds of CS Expres system) and of storing problems including the introduction of bar codes in stores and possibilities of logistic service extension. The conclusion is focused on the firm developing strategy.
