Analýza rozdílných přístupů v prodeji a propagaci originálních léků a generických následovníků. Výzkum, který by měl potvrdit, zda originální léky jsou propagovány na základě kvality a nižších vedlejších účinků a generika na základě ceny. Zda na propagaci mají vliv postoje lékařů, pojišťoven a lékárníků? Popis současné situace na českém trhu, zákonná omezení.

Jedná se o návrh marketingové komunikace na trhu s ojetými automibily. Výzkum nejlepší možné komunikace se zákazníky a následné převedení do praxe.

Diplomová práce průřezově popisuje developerské projekty. Definuje základní pojmy, aktuálně se krátce pozdastavuje u nového stavebního zákona, věnuje se klíčovým ekonomickým ukazatelům a cash flow, jako nástroji řízení developerského projektu. Charakterizuje developerskou divizi společnosti Skanska CZ a.s.a zabývá se vybraným realizovaným projektem. V závěru se věnuje českému a slovenskému residenčnímu trhu.

Práce se věnuje zmapování hlavní konkurence působící na leasingovém trhu ve vztahu ke společnosti ČSOB Leasing, a.s. Analyzuje aktuální stav na trhu, příležitosti a ohrožení, které trh představuje a také silné a slabé stránky jednotlivých konkurentů. V posledních částech se pak práce zaměřuje na formulaci doporučení, která mohou pomoci ČSOB Leasing, a.s. ještě posílit konkurenční postavení, a na které oblasti by se společnost mohla zaměřit při dalších analýzách.

Práce poskytuje přehled o problematice RFID technologií. Analyzuje historický vývoj RFID technologií, popisuje základní komponenty RFID systémů, normy spojené s RFID, bezpečnost RFID a trh RFID technologií. Dále se práce věnuje možnostem využití RFID technologií v různých oborech, zařazení RFID systémů do rámce podnikové informatiky a hodnotí efekty, které RFID technologie přináší. Práce také definuje doporučený postup pro zavádění RFID technologií do firmy.

Work "Comparison of business conditions in the Czech Republic and Russian Federation" I focused on the penetration of Czech companies to the Russian market. In the theoretical part I concentrated on three main themes. INCOTERMS 2010, and theirs changes. Furthermore, the forms of penetration on foreign markets. The third part of my theory is focused on promoting of businesses in the penetration by state institutions. Conclusion of The theory I focused on the evaluation of the Russian territory. Application section I have divided into two parts. The first part assesses the survey, I have focused on business conditions in Russia. The second part I have focused on the process of penetrating of company VIADRUS on the Russian market of heating technology. Finally, I summarized the recommendations for penetration on the Russian market.

The purpose of this study was to examine the time course and kinetics of L-type Ca2+ current (ICa,L) from pituitary GH3 cells in response to various action potential (AP) waveforms using the whole-cell configuration of the patch-clamp technique. The major findings in this study are: 1. ICa,L evoked during the AP waveform exhibited an early and a late component. The early component of ICa,L occurred on the rising phase of the AP, whereas the late component coincided with the falling phase. 2. A prolongation of the falling phase of APs led to an increase in Ca2+ charge carried by ICa,L, although the amplitude of the late ICa,L was reduced. 3. When the peak voltage of AP waveforms was prolonged without changing the rising and falling phases, the amplitude of the late components was significantly increased. 4. ICa,L was also found to inactivate during a train of AP waveforms. When Ba2+ ions were used as the charge carriers, current inactivation during a train of APs was decreased. 5. The amplitude of ICa,L evoked by the AP templates with irregular bursting pattern was inactivated. 6. When spontaneous APs with the depolarizing potentials were replayed to GH3 cells, Ca2+ entry was not only spread over the entire AP, but also occurred during the interspike voltage trajectory. 7. The diploma thesis deals with production and economic relations and consequences of business environment modification of agriculture producers in the Czech Republic induced not only by agribusiness development and contemporary globalising agriculture model but also the Czech Republic entry into the European Union and accepting of the Common Agriculture Policy rules. It characterises a development of both environment and status of agriculture in a basic proportion of branches of plant and animal production. It indicates crucial factors from the point of view of enterprise competitiveness. The gained knowledge is verified on a specific agriculture enterprise within the thesis. On the basis of evaluation of a production structure analysis in both production and economic relations shows to which extent the modification of the agriculture model projected itself to the production structure and in which way it manifests itself in functioning and management of the enterprise.

Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2014 Diploma thesis deals with the application and unemployment rate of graduates. The current situation of application of graduates on the labour market in district Přerov is analyzed on the basis of a primary survey. The analysis is based on a comparison of the attitudes, opinions and experiences of secondary schools and universities graduates and employers on the labor market in Přerov. The conclusion includes suggestions of possible changes in the activities and practices of the educational system of the Czech Republic as well as possible changes to the tax system and information system on the labor market which shoud lead to better application of graduates on the labor market.
