Dissertação (mestrado)—Universidade de Brasília, Centro de Excelência em Turismo, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Turismo, 2018. / O presente estudo buscou compreender como as representações do professor do Ensino Médio da Rede Pública do Distrito Federal se constituem diante do currículo escolar, especialmente com relação ao potencial que o turismo tem de servir de estímulo para o aluno, por meio da aplicabilidade e na verificação dos conceitos trabalhados em sala. Nessa perspectiva a dissertação compõe-se de três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo é apresentada uma discussão teórica acerca do Turismo, e também da Educação. Os temas da cultura e da identidade também são tratados com profundidade, tendo em vista estarem presentes na compreensão mais ampla da relação entre Turismo e Educação. Nesse capítulo, também são mencionadas transversalidades possíveis no currículo escolar. O segundo capítulo trata da teoria da representação social que, na pesquisa, reside principalmente na compreensão da formação e consolidação de conceitos construídos e veiculados pelos seus protagonistas, os professores. Por meio de um caminho metodológico, as categorias utilizadas para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa são analisadas. A fala dos educadores entrevistados com o uso da metodologia da História Oral é exposta e analisada no terceiro capítulo, onde também são mencionados aspectos sobre o Turismo como prática educativa. As experiências de docência relatadas permitiram elencar as conquistas e dificuldades presentes no ensino dos conteúdos que são possíveis de ser acessados pelas práticas turísticas, que, por sua vez destacam-se pela interdisciplinaridade em construção. Assim, com a formação conectada a outros saberes, é possível que Turismo e Educação contribuam com a construção de uma cidadania. / The present study sought to understand which are the representations about Tourism of the high school teacher of the Public Network of the Federal District, and how they constitute the pedagogical practices of the school curriculum. Given that teachers have fundamental importance in the mediation of knowledge and in the construction of new methodologies, it is necessary that they seek in their reflections what tourism teaches, within this interdisciplinary relationship between tourism and education. This leads us to question whether Tourism can present itself as a new alternative so that, in learning, there is a link between theory and curricular practice. In view of the above, this research has as a guiding question: does tourism allow the applicability and verification of the concepts worked in the classroom, since the components of the learning environment are the ones that give rise to stimulation for the student? In order to understand how the teacher constructs his representations about tourism, it is necessary to investigate how this one places itself and acts in the space of the classroom. In the search for a methodological path, the theory of social representations according to Moscovici (1984) was the base. In the methodological course of the research, the need to understand the representations put in the teachers' discourses led us to opt for oral history. The Oral History can be understood as a research method (historical, anthropological, sociological, among others), that privileges the accomplishment of interviews with people who participated or witnessed events, conjunctures, visions of the world. The teaching experiences reported allowed us to highlight the achievements and difficulties present in the teaching of contents that are possible to be accessed by the tourist practices, which, in turn, stand out by the interdisciplinarity in construction. Thus, with the formation connected to other knowledge, it is possible that Tourism and Education contribute to the construction of a citizenship.

For the study left is a literature on hospitality and host school democratic management and family-school relations, with the object of study one school unit Childhood Education located in the north of São Paulo. Thus, the question posed is to understand how the host can be considered a factor that allows the participation of parents in school democratic management. The study is characterized as exploratory and descriptive qualitative, based on documentary and field research, using semi-structured interviews from the focus group technique, carried out with parents, teachers and school managers, in order to understand the perception of parents and managers of dynamic proposals with a view to democratic school management. As a result, there was a greater community participation, concluding that the actions proposed represent a differential in the relationship between school and community from the social interaction, which provides creation of linkages in participatory and democratic management. / O objetivo do presente trabalho é entender as relações de acolhimento e hospitalidade nas dinâmicas realizadas numa Unidade Escolar como fator de mudança nas relações entre o grupo de pais de alunos e a própria escola, na gestão democrática escolar. Para o estudo partiu-se de um levantamento bibliográfico sobre hospitalidade e acolhimento, gestão democrática escolar e relação família-escola, tendo como objeto de estudo as dinâmicas propostas pela Unidade Escolar de Educação Infantil Professora Edalzir Sampaio Liporoni (SP) que visam proporcionar o acolhimento dos pais e avaliar as atividades dos responsáveis na gestão escolar. Assim, a questão proposta é entender como o acolhimento pode ser considerado um fator que possibilita a participação dos pais na gestão democrática escolar. O estudo caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa exploratório-descritiva de caráter qualitativo, realizou-se pesquisa documental e de campo utilizando-se de entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas com pais, professores e gestores da escola; a partir das respostas das entrevistas, da pesquisa documental sobre eventos envolvendo a comunidade e do estudo sobre hospitalidade, foram analisados aspectos que envolvem a hospitalidade e a participação dos pais para o exercício da gestão democrática escolar. Como resultados, observa-se nas atividades propostas pela Unidade Educacional e entrevistas realizadas, um diferencial nas relações entre escola e comunidade a partir da interação social, que proporciona criação de vínculos na gestão participativa e democrática.
