The subject of this diploma thesis is proposal of measures that will lead to a real increase in the competitiveness of ZETOR TRACTORS a.s., the producer of tractors, engines and components of trademark Zetor. Based on internal and external analysis of the company are proposed measures, which should be subsequently applied to the development of company and thereby strengthening of its competitiveness on the global market.

Constitutional development in England - from the outset to the 17th century The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the constitutional development in England from the fifth century to the beginning of the seventeenth century and it attempts to give a comprehensible and thorough summary of this period. The thesis is composed of ten chapters and its subchapters. The first chapter deals with the anglo-saxon period, which started in the fifth century with the arrival of german tribes to England and it is divided into three subchapters. The first subchapter analyzes not only the general historical development, but also some of the earliest laws of anglo- saxon kings. Second subchapter is concerned with the composition of the main authorities of anglo-saxon state, power of its rulers, officers of the king's court and with the role of the Christian Church, which was very important. The last subchapter focuses on the reign of Edward the Confessor and the enclosure of anglo-saxon period. Next chapter is concerned with the Norman period and it is composed of seven subchapters. Comparative advertisement - development of its regulation in Czech law In my diploma thesis I deal with comparative advertising in the Czech legal system. Its main goal is to monitor the development of legal regulation of this phenomenon in historical periods, with an emphasis on private law and its changes after harmonization amendment no. 370/2000 Coll. The work is divided into the introduction, seven chapters, which are further divided into subsections, and the conclusion. Following the introduction, there are three chapters, which are dealing with general topics that are connected with main theme of my thesis. The first chapter briefly allude to regulation of competition, including system of unfair competition with accentuation of the general clause. Next chapter is focused on the general term of advertising with the mention of its self-regulation, which serves as an alternative to legislation. In the third chapter is specification of theoretical frame of comparative advertising, including the list of different types of comparative advertising, which is followed by summary of different legal approaches to advertising comparison. This thesis focuses on the recent development of international commercial arbitration in international and national sphere. The aim is analysis and description of new trends in this field taking into account their implementation in legal system of the particular states and in the sources of international law. The structure of this thesis is composed by six chapters. The introductory chapter concentrates on the concept of international commercial arbitration, on its historical and theoretical bases. The advantages and disadvantages of the international commercial arbitration as the extrajudicial solution of the conflict are also covered in this chapter. Consequential chapter defines sources of law which apply to this juridical institute. It is divided into three sections according to its origin and also its function of these sources. This chapter closely describes eventual recent modification in the mentioned sources of law. The third chapter covers fundamental principles of the arbitration and its reflections. The explanation is focused on recent expressions of these principles. Second part of the thesis analyses the process of realization of international commercial arbitration. Title: Decathlon performance development Objectives: The aim of this thesis was the evaluation of the performance development in combined events during the period of 2009-2016 based on the results of world competitions and variability of the point structure of the individual decathlon. For these purposes were used data from world competitions that were afterwards compared in the way of winning performances and other atheletes. Methods: In this thesis was used the method of comparison and analysis of the best performances with the averages of the performance values of the first five best decathletes. Results: The results of this work concluded that the development of performance in the monitored period did not change significantly. As in previous years, athletes with outstanding sprinter-jumping results dominate in combined events, without obvious point losses in throwing disciplines. The development of performance was significantly influenced by Ashton Eaton and Trey Hardee, whose performance exceeded 8700 points. From the individual performance development of American decathlon athletes, Ashton Eaton confirmed the high efficiency of his best performance progress during the followed period.
