The thesis will include financial analysis of the specific processing company, evaluation of financial analysis, comparing with relevant standards.

My diploma thesis deals with financial analysis of the brewing company Plzeňský Prazdroj,a.s. in the time period of 2004-2007. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretic part, I explain what does financial analysis mean, whom is it useful for and the necessary information sources. I also mention the most frequently used methods of financial analysis. The practical part provides basic information about the company, describes its products and analyses the environment in which the company is operating. Furthermore I perform financial analysis of the company. Techniques of horizontal and vertical analysis are used and I calculate the financial indicators such as profitability ratios. At the end I calculate the Economic Value Added and build the Spider graph.

The main object of this thesis is to review financial situation of the company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o. by using financial analysis method. The first part gives the outline of information resources and fundamental methods of financial analysis. In the second part the acquired theoretical knowledge from the area of financial analysis is used to assess financial health of company I. Kamenická stavební a obchodní firma, s.r.o. The evaluation of this company goes entirely out of the results gained by elaboration of publicly available data. The final values are compared with regional competing company Hora, s.r.o. and with averages in branch, in which the selected company is working.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company Philip Morris ČR. The evaluation is done for years 2004 to 2010. The theoretical part describes methods and principles which are used in practical part. The practical part is composed from financial analysis and analysis of efficiency. The financial analysis contains horizontal and vertical analysis of the balance sheet and the statement of income, the ration indicators, Du Pont analysis, EVA and MVA analysis, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and inter -- company comparisons. The analysis of efficiency contains analysis of performance and productivity and then analysis of complex economic activity. The summary concludes the results of the analyses along with the recommendations.

Comparision of the primary accounting with the present status in Kunststoff-Frohlich Czech Plast Company is the target of the graduation theses. Evaluation of actual situation in controlling with a view to financial and cost controlling is the next target. Eventual changes within the meaning of expansion or completion of the controlling activities in order to increases of company efficiency will be proposed on the basis of effected evaluation.

This graduate thesis summarizes and comments the development of AAA AUTO Group during the period 2007 -- 2011. This was achieved by application of financial indicators, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, profitability, liquidity and activity indices, economic value added indicator and others. These were described in the introductory part and afterwards applied on the financial data of the Group in the second part. With their help this thesis evaluated the total economic health of the AAA AUTO Group.

This thesis economically analyses the company Výtahy, s.r.o. First there are some pages about the company itself, what it produces, few words about its history and crucial moments and the situation on the market. In the theoretical part the chosen methods of economic analysis are depicted. Practical part focuses on the company Výtahy, s.r.o. The horizontal and vertical analysis of the assets, liabilities and profit and loss account is shown. There is a calcuation of net working capital and its demand. The effectiveness of the company is measured also by a system of logical inequations. Important part is devoted to ratio indexes -- rates of profit, return on sales or assets, solidity of the firm, equity ratio or turnaround period of assets or inventories. The economic value added is counted by two methods -- with the model from Department of industry and trade and with the net operating profit after tax model. I applied several of financial health models to predict and analyse, if the company is doing good or bad. I compared the competing companies among themselves through the last five years based on four criteria. And I used three methods for the final order of the companies. The last comparison is done thru Spider analysis and it shows the economical situation of three Czech elevator companies in last two years.

Main aim of this work is to evaluace the financial situation of STUDENT AGENCY s.r.o. from 2006 to 2010 with the help of financial analysis. Another goal of this thesis is to find main indicators, which has the ability to influence key results of the company. Last goal is to find restrictions, which can limit this key results and find shortcomings, where should company focus on.

The main object of this thesis is to review financial situation of the company Grammer CZ by using financial analysis method. The thesis contains theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical module includes determination of the theoretic-methodological data, which serve as basis of processing financial analysIs of selected company. The practical module includes horizontal and vertical analysis of financial reports, analysis of basic ratio indicators and analysis of economic value added (EVA) of the company. The final values are compared with averages in branch, in which the selected company is working.

The diploma paper dissert on external financial analysis, that is proccessed on the basis of data of statement of balances. First it is focused on the description of informations included in financial statements and second on financial analysis (above all on techniques of horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis of ratios indicators). The result of this paper is practical application on the company VODNÍ DÍLA - TBD a.s.
