The aim of the diploma thesis is to make up costs and products analysis and to arrange costing. These issues were described by vertical and horizontal analysis and were performed costing for particular products with using absorbing costing and variable costing methods. In conclusion were both methods compared and the break even point was analyzed. Theoretical part describes costs classification, methods and sort of costing and break even point analysis as well.

The diploma paper dissert on financial analysis, that is processed on the basis of data of annual report and statement of balances. First part is focused on the charakterization methods of financial analysis and typical indicators for insurance company. The second part of this paper is practical application on the insurance company Česká pojišťovna,a.s.

This master thesis deals with the assessment of the financial health of travel agent Hungariatour s.r.o. The next objective is to define the specifics of the financial management of travel agencies. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and analytical. In the first part is the financial analysis generally characterized. This chapter contain the resources, users and methods of financial analysis. These methods are used to assess the financial situation of the travel agent Hungariatour s.r.o. in the analytical part.

The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the financial position of the chosen company using the standard methods and techniques. The thesis is divided into two parts - in the first the detailed description of the methods and tests used is presented. Used methods include horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of funds, liquidity analysis, debt and financial stability analysis, profitability analysis, activity analysis and predictive models.

The main topic of diploma thesis is evaluation of the financial situation of company NICOTRANS, Inc. in years 2006 až 2009 from the viewpoint of external evaluator with the aim to analyzing financial health of the company and point out possibly problematic areas within the financial management of organization. The author formulates detailed analysis according to the methods of financial analyses for every part of the company.The last chapter of the practical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to calculation of the indicator Economic Value Added (EVA) as the indicator for evaluating the efficiency of company, revealing if the company is generating any added value to its owners or not. For the calculation, will be applied the methodology of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.
