No que se refere ? parte te?rica, utilizamos como referencial, principalmente, obras de autores dos estudos cr?ticos de g?nero e sexualidade e estudos referentes ? quest?o da viol?ncia; quanto ao nosso campo emp?rico, temos a cidade de Natal/RN como l?cus de pesquisa onde realizamos entrevistas estruturadas com gays e l?sbicas. Para atingir os objetivos propostos percorremos os seguintes caminhos: primeiro tratamos de contextualizar o conceito de homofobia considerando a sua g?nese e as ressignifica??es ocorridas, nesse momento, propomos tamb?m a defini??o com que iremos trabalhar. Segundo, abordamos a tem?tica da produ??o social dos g?neros e das sexualidades, uma vez que essa quest?o est? na base constitutiva do fen?meno da homofobia, na sequ?ncia, trabalhamos a tem?tica da viol?ncia no plano geral e tamb?m a partir do recorte de g?nero, apresentando, inclusive, os seus diferentes modos de express?o e as maneiras como as viol?ncias s?o expressas e vivenciadas a partir dos g?neros. Finalmente, em terceiro lugar, apresentamos e analisamos os resultados das entrevistas e propomos a partir do que foi levantado em campo, associado ao nosso referencial te?rico, a apresenta??o das nuances e grada??es das viol?ncias que mais incidem sobre gays e l?sbicas, al?m disso, tecemos an?lises explicativas referentes ?s causas que resultam nessas particularidades que singularizam os tipos de viol?ncia que mais incidem sobre cada um desses dois grupos. / This work consists of a theoretical-empirical study about the homophobia expressions forms and its central objective is to analyze the distinctions and nuances between the violence types which are most practiced against gays and lesbians. Regarding the theoretical part, we use as reference, mainly, books of authors of the critical studies of gender and sexuality and studies on the issue of violence; about to our empirical field, we have the city of Natal/RN as the research's locus where we conduct structured interviews with gays and lesbians. In order to reach the proposed objectives we go through the following steps: At first we try to contextualize the concept of homophobia considering its genesis and the resignifications that happened, at this point, we also propose the definition which we will work with. Second, we address the social production theme of gender and sexuality, since this question is the constitutional basis of the homophobia phenomenon; in the sequence we work the theme of violence in the general plan and also from the gender snip, presenting, including, its different expression modes and the ways in which the violences are expressed and experienced starting the genders. Finally, in third place, we present and analyze the interview results and we propose, from what was raised in the field, associated with our theoretical reference, the presentation of the violence's nuances and gradations which more affect gays and lesbians, moreover, we write explanatory analyzes referring to the causes which result in these particularities which singularize the violence types that most affect each of these two groups.

Viol?ncia nas escolas: Um novo olhar ante as rela??es sociais

It makes think about procedures to be taken before the growth and new outbreaks of such phenomenon. The violences manifestations in schools reveal themselves as a reflection of what happens in the scope of social violence. Its dynamics originates in society and reflects itself in scholl, that is, the violences in schools combine internal and external elements to school enviroment of many fields and spheres of which the individuals participate. To reflect about the violences in the schools requires, over all, to make a bridge with the categories: youth and violence. Violences in schools: A new look to the social relations, is a Ms. Sc. Dissertation that has as main objective: to analyze the main existing forms of violence in the school space. For its achievement, it was made a bibliographical survey, questionnaires application (annexed) and observation. Thus, this research articulated the two approaches: qualitative and quantitative. The questionnaires application happened in a state school of the Natal city and amongst yhe criteria for this choice there was the fact of the school had more than 500 pupils, to be located on a strategical place of the city, providing a subjects heterogeneity to be researched, deyond the limitations of available resources financial and material and the available time for the research accomplishment. The scool congregates objective conditions, specifically in what concerns the criteria previously defined: age range, socioenomical level and number of pupils. Amongst the main results obtained, it can be detached that the violence is a phenomenon seen, for the great majority of the research subjects, as a phenomenon connected to the most visible violence forms: the agressions. And a question always present in the public education institutions: infrastructures precariousness, high scool evasion ?ndex and vulnerability among the pupils that makes possible to the pupil to see school as an home extension. Such dissertation concludes that the phenomenon of the violence in scools demands and requires of the most varied subjects involved in the processes na understanding of its determinants so that thus, one can intervene in such phenomenon that does not restrains itself to the physical acts of aggression, but that it is, over all, on a non respecting the different / As mais variadas formas de manifesta??o do fen?meno da viol?ncia na sociedade contempor?nea encontram-se, cada vez mais, nos espa?os da m?dia e entre as discuss?es da sociedade. Faz pensar-se em medidas a serem tomadas ante o crescimento e recrudescimento de tal fen?meno. As manifesta??es de viol?ncias nas escolas mostram-se como um reflexo do que acontece no ?mbito da viol?ncia social. Sua din?mica origina-se na sociedade e se reflete na escola, ou seja, as viol?ncias nas escolas combinam elementos internos e externos ao ambiente escolar de v?rios campos e esferas das quais os indiv?duos participam. Refletir acerca das viol?ncias nas escolas requer, sobretudo, fazer uma ponte com as categorias: juventude e viol?ncia. Viol?ncias nas escolas: Um novo olhar ante as rela??es sociais ? uma disserta??o de mestrado que tem como principal objetivo: Analisar as principais formas de viol?ncia existentes no espa?o escolar. Para a consecu??o do mesmo, foi feito um levantamento bibliogr?fico, aplica??o de question?rios (em anexo) e observa??o. Assim sendo, esta pesquisa articulou as duas abordagens: qualitativa e quantitativa. A aplica??o dos question?rios se deu numa escola estadual do munic?pio de Natal-RN e, dentre os condicionantes para essa escolha esteve no fato da escola ter mais de 500 alunos, est? localizada em local estrat?gico da cidade,proporcionando uma heterogeneidade de sujeitos a serem pesquisados; al?m das limita??es de recursos dispon?veis meios financeiros e materiais e o tempo dispon?vel para a realiza??o da pesquisa. A escola re?ne condi??es objetivas, designamente no que se refere aos crit?rios previamente definidos: faixa et?ria, n?vel socioecon?mico e n?mero de alunos. Dentre os principais resultados obtidos podese destacar que a viol?ncia ? um fen?meno visto, pela grande maioria dos sujeitos da pesquisa, como ligado ?s formas mais vis?veis de viol?ncia: as agress?es. Uma quest?o sempre presente nas institui??es p?blicas de ensino: a falta de infraestruturas, alto ?ndice de evas?o escolar e vulnerabilidade entre os alunos que possibilite ao aluno enxergar a escola como uma extens?o do lar. Tal disserta??o conclui que o fen?meno da viol?ncia nas escolas exige e requer, dos mais variados sujeitos envolvidos nos processos, um entendimento dos seus determinantes, para que, assim, possa-se intervir em tal fen?meno, que n?o se resume a atos de agress?o f?sica, mas que aparece, sobretudo, no n?o respeito ao diferente
