This work has started with the motivation to understand the sound and psychic condition of the voice In the constitution of the subject, as well as the pathological failure of this structure in autism. We started with the understanding that the subject is the effect of the encounter between the meaningless sense of the real and the meaning of the symbolic/imaginary. The mother figure, by the means of the sound mirror, welcomes what happens in the child s body and assigns corresponding language significants. This mediation is loaded with musical ingredients. The mother seeks to facilitate and promote the invocation by the \"baby talk\". The failure in the circuit of invocation in autistic children was also approached, preventing the constitution of the psychic function of the voice. Thinking the sound-musical context as an operator phenomenon, essencial to subjectivity, made it possible to consider the mediator potencial of music included in treatment. This field research involved to children with constitucional deadlocks, and their motores, in clinical care, whose therapeutic setting made use of sound and musical resources. We intended an approximation of the way the voice, as a lost object, and the word, associate. Furthermore, the possibility of causing a modification of the place of the subject in the circuit of invocation, became a matter from the musical intervention. It is possível to understand that the positioning of the subject is stated in tis musicality: what in it stands says of its way of functioning and of its work of appeasement of the suffering and the trauma of insertion in the field of language. Music nostalgically rescues the origins of the subject in the real and, at the same time, proposes a go further, towards the word. The impact of the loss of juissance, eased through music, shows it as a facilitator of lashing between real and symbolic. The subject modulaton refers to the modulation of the subject in its estruture and in tis position from the intervention with the musical. The modulation of the invocatory drive in the process of structuring of the subject was possible when we took the music as an essential tool of clinical work. / O presente trabalho iniciou-se pela motivação em compreender a condição sonora e psíquica da voz na constituição do sujeito, bem como a falha patológica desta estruturação no autismo. Partiu-se do entendimento de que o sujeito é efeito do encontro entre o sem sentido do real e o sentido do simbólico/imaginário. A figura materna, pelo espelho sonoro, acolhe o que se passa no corpo da criança e atribui correspondentes significantes da linguagem. Essa mediação é carregada de ingredientes musicais. A mãe busca facilitar e promover a invocação pelo manhês. Abordou-se, ainda, a falha no circuito da invocação nas crianças autistas, impossibilitando a constituição da função psíquica da voz. Pensar o contexto sonoro-musical como fenômeno operador, essencial à subjetivação, fez possível considerar o potencial mediador da música incluída em tratamento. Esta pesquisa de campo envolveu duas crianças, com impasses constitucionais, e suas respectivas mães em atendimento clínico, cujo setting terapêutico disponibilizou-se de recursos sonoro-musicais. Pretendeu-se uma aproximação do modo como a voz, enquanto objeto perdido, e a palavra se associam. Ainda, a possibilidade de provocar uma modificação do lugar do sujeito no circuito da invocação tornou-se questão a partir da intervenção musical. Pode-se entender que o posicionamento do sujeito se declara na sua musicalidade: o que nela se sobressai diz sobre o seu modo de funcionamento e sobre o seu trabalho de aplacamento do sofrimento e do trauma da inserção no campo da linguagem. A música resgata nostalgicamente as origens do sujeito no real e, ao mesmo tempo, propõe um ir além, rumo à palavra. O impacto da perda do gozo, amenizado por meio da música, revela-a como facilitadora da amarração entre real e simbólico. A modulação subjetiva refere-se à mobilização do sujeito em sua estrutura e em sua posição a partir da intervenção junto ao musical. Foi possível a modulação da pulsão invocante no processo de estruturação do sujeito ao tomar a música como ferramenta essencial de trabalho clínico. / Mestre em Psicologia Aplicada
