Podnikatelský plán rozvoje společnosti Golf Hrádek, s.r.o. / Business plan of following development of Golf Hrádek, s.r.o.

Makovský, Petr January 2009 (has links)
The aim of diploma thesis is to evaluate the position of a small company offering services in a golf courses market. Following aims are to show reference both in short run investments and strategic investments. The main tools used in the document are the Porter's five forces, the SWOT analysis, and the analysis of criterions matrix. The output of the diploma statement is that the small company is strongly fixed in the market of golf services. The short term strategic recomendation is to focus on the needs of the target market customers as well as to increase the quality of the services and the golf environment. The main long term strategic recomendation is to rebuilt the old devastated building near by chateau Hrádek u Nechanic into a hotel and restaurant belonging to the golf course. This reconstruction needs to be funded with EU grants at least by 27% of the total cost, therefore by 30.922.000,- CZK.

Hodnocení krajů z pohledu vícekriteriálního rozhodování / Evaluation of territories in view of the multicriteria desicion making

Vařbuchtová, Marie January 2009 (has links)
This diploma thesis as is mentioned on its title, deals with confrontation of the single territories of the Czech Republic. Plentitude of data was gathered together in other to make this camparison. These data were chosen with regard to the real--life decisions. Multicriteria decision making methods were used as an instrument for comparison making.

Optimalizace obnovy vozového parku menší stavební firmy / The optimalization of the renewal of vehicle park for a smaller building company

Pítr, Vítězslav January 2010 (has links)
The main goal of this degree work is the application of methods of multiple criterion assessment of options for the choice of new vehicles. I have used three methods with cardinal information in this degree work. It is possible to classify these methods according to a calculation procedure, which is used for finding a compromise option. I have chosen the method of weighted sum based on the principle of the benefit maximilization, the method TOPSIS based on the distance minimalization from the ideal option, and the method ELECTRE III based on the preferential relation. I have used these methods for determination of the compromise option for the purchase of new vehicles. I have compared vehicle running costs and purchase costs with current costs delivered from a building company and then I have determinated an annual saving of costs. At the end of this degree work I have given renewal models which I have determined through the optimal method in the case of the renewal of worn-out equipment. I have analysed the problem from more views, from the view of the multiple criterion assessment of options, then from the costs view and finally from the view of renewal models.

Vícekriteriální analýza indexu lidského rozvoje / Multicriteria analysis of the Human Development Index

Janů, Jakub January 2014 (has links)
Diploma thesis describes the problem of quantitative expression of the quality of life. For this purpose is used one of the most widespread indicators of quality of life - Human Development Index. This paper describes its basic characteristics, method of calculation, its advantages and drawbacks. One of the objectives of this paper is the elimination of these shortcomings by alternative method of calculation. The methods of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives and data envelopment analysis models are applied for these purposes. One part of this paper is a theoretical description of the tasks of multi-criteria decision making and their classification into the methods for multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives and into the methods of multi-criteria linear programming. In this paper are used methods WSA, TOPSIS and PROMETHEE, based on the definition of the theoretical characteristics of the methods of multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives. These methods are applied on the source data, obtained from a model of the human development index. After calculation, the results obtained are analyzed and written into the conclusion. Another alternative approach to obtain the level of human development is to evaluate the degree of efficiency of countries using data envelopment analysis models in comparison with the human development index. For these purposes is written the theoretical background, which defines the basic types of data envelopment analysis models. These theoretical findings serve as the basis for the practical analysis by the BCC output oriented model and by the corresponding model of super efficiency. The results of these calculations are analyzed and subsequently written into the final conclusion.

Využití metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant ke komparaci podnikatelských úvěrů

DVOŘÁK, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
Many entrepreneurs and companies use loans to cover their business needs. Usually it is difficult to choose the best offer. The possible solution is the utilization of methods of multiple-criteria decision-making, which make the decision process easier. The goal of this thesis is to describe these methods and use them practically to choose the best loan offer. It was found out that most of the companies do not use these methods. The results are usually significantly affected by the criterion which was the most preferred. For the most of the companies the offer made by MONETA Money Bank, a.s. was the most favourable.

Modeling the complex ejecta on 2017 September 6-9 with WSA-ENLIL+Cone and EUHFORIA

Werner, Anita Linnéa Elisabeth January 2018 (has links)
Three CMEs which erupted on 2017 Sep 4 and 6 underwent mutual interaction before reaching Earth on Sep 6-9, where it gave rise to a complex and unexpectedly geoeffective structure as detected by WIND at L1. The spacecraft first observed an interplanetary (IP) shock on Sep 6 followed by a turbulent sheath. The leg of the CME flux rope is detected on Sep 7, in which clear signatures of a shock-in-a-cloud can be distinguished, coming from the third CME which propagated into the preceding flux rope. We model the source of this complex ejecta with WSA-ENLIL+Cone and EUHFORIA to assess and compare the overall performance for interacting CMEs as opposed to single CME events. We find that following the conventional algorithm for determination of input parameters give large deviation in the event prediction at L1. The overestimated density of the IP shock 1 is due to the way of implementation of the magnetogram in WSA model. Excluding the slow CME from the input leads to even larger deviation. The prediction of IP shock 1 drastically improves by introducing of a customized density enhancement factor (dcld) based on coronagraph image observations. This novel approach, is simple and accessible, and could be applied to improve the forecast for fast, undisturbed CMEs. The deviation in the prediction of IP shock 2 comes from its interaction with the low proton temperature environment of the preceding magnetic cloud, giving rise to an expansion of the shock front. Additionally, the properties of the background solar wind plasma have been preconditioned by passage of the previous IP shock. This was confirmed from the kilometric type II radio burst emission following the eruption of the third CME. The propagation profile of this CME implies an almost non-existent deceleration in the interplanetary medium, in contrast to the expected CME deceleration due to interaction with the background plasma. In summary, this study presents clear indications that magnetic interaction must be taken into account to reliably forecast multiple CME events. Preconditioning of previous CMEs must also be considered in more depth, and ultimately requires a realistic, time-dependent model of the ambient solar wind which responds well to propagating shock waves. Models in space physics presents us with the perfect tools for understanding not only the physical processes that the simplified models can predict, but perhaps more importantly, help us begin to understand what the models fail to predict.

Aplikace metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant při výběru zaměstnanců / Aplication of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives in recruitment process

Doležel, Tomáš January 2007 (has links)
The thesis describes the application of several methods of multicriterial evaluation of alternatives (MEoA) in various phases of the recruitment process for the position Corporate Account Manager in Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. In the first round, the group of all enrolled candidates is reduced using aspiration levels. In the second round, this narrowed down group goes through the Assessment Centre. Using other methods of MEoA, the most suitable candidate for the position is chosen.
