Hoy en día, nuestro país se encuentra compuesto por una población de más de 32 millones de personas, las cuales según el Ministerio de Salud el 70% de los peruanos padecen de obesidad y sobrepeso, el alto índice de los diferentes problemas alimenticios no es ajena solo del país sino del mundo. Para poder conocer a mayor detalle como esta compuesto este grupo de personas según el nutricionista del Instituto Nacional de Salud César Domínguez indicó: “Según nuestras fuentes del Centro Nacional (CENAN) del INS en nuestro país: el 69.9% de adultos padece de sobrepeso y obesidad / seguidamente estos males afectan al 42.4% de jóvenes, al 32.3% de escolares, al 33.1% de adultos mayores y finalmente al 23.9% de adolescentes”, Estas cifras resultan ser muy preocupantes ya que gran parte de los consumidores no está tomando conciencia de llevar una alimentación sana, saludable que le permita tener un mejor desempeño. Por tal motivo se ha propuesto la creación de Waffles to go, una empresa enfocada en mejorar la calidad alimenticia del consumidor, proponiendo en el mercado un snack saludable con altos valores nutricionales que logren satisfacer la necesidad del consumidor contribuyendo con una alimentación sana, logrando ser en el mejor de los casos un sustituto a la comida chatarra que ocasiona gran parte de la población del país padezca de sobrepeso u obesidad. Cabe resaltar que, al adquirir nuestro producto, también se busca la disminución del uso de plásticos, por lo que se ideó una presentación práctica para que éste se sostenga con un palito de madera reciclada, y de esta manera la contribuimos con el medio ambiente.

At the moment, waffles are not considered a popular dessert among Salvadorans, but as seen in the results from the survey we conducted, the population is willing to try new and different flavors that might satisfy their palate. To start this business’ operation, an initial investment of $16,806.63 is required. This investment comprises the equipment, inventory, kiosk rent, and other items needed for its establishment. An initial capital investment of $5,000 will be provided by the owner’s family, and the rest will be obtained from a bank loan of $11,806.63. According to a moderate level of sales scenario, net income profit can be perceived from the year on 2020.

Since then, many stories, ranging from the 1960s to 1990s, have been born of these characters’ exploits, despair, and erotic encounters. In a drastic overhaul of prose, Amber has reworked the episodes of these characters lives into one long, linear narrative, a thing some folks might perhaps characterize as a novel.

ANÁLISE NUMÉRICA DE LAJES NERVURADAS POR MEIO DO MÉTODO DOS ELEMENTOS FINITOS / NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF WAFFLES SLABS THROUGH FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

The analysis of waffles slabs has been theme of several researches, seen the difficulty of determination of strength and displacements that this structural system presents, as well as, the discrepancies that the calculation model suggested by NBR 6118:2003 have been demonstrated. The use of exact methods in the calculation of waffles slabs becomes unsuitable for the fact that the geometries of some in the structures of constructions is of extreme complexity. This way, the Finite Element Method has shown a tool for analysis of structures with potential to solve problems with high complexity. Therefore, in this work it is proposed models for design using the Finite Element Method, through the three-dimensional modeling of structures of waffles slabs and ribbing flat slabs. The involved parameters are verified in the calculation of this structure type like, the modulus of elasticity, and the methods for determination of the equivalent section, witch simplify the ribbing section, with the objective of using these parameters in the calculation through the Finite Element Method by finite elements of plane. After the analysis, have been compared the results of the proposed model and each parameter is compared with experimental results in the bibliography. / A análise de lajes nervuradas tem sido tema de várias pesquisas, visto a dificuldade de determinação de solicitações e deslocamentos que este sistema estrutural apresenta, assim como, as discrepâncias que o modelo de cálculo sugerido pela NBR 6118:2003 tem demonstrado. A utilização de métodos exatos no cálculo de lajes nervuradas torna-se inviável pelo fato das geometrias geradas nas estruturas de edificações serem de extrema complexidade. Desta forma, o Método dos Elementos Finitos tem se mostrado uma ferramenta para análise de estruturas com enorme potencial para resolver problemas elevada complexidade. Portanto, neste trabalho são propostos modelos de cálculo utilizando o Método dos Elementos Finitos, por meio da modelagem tridimensional de estruturas de lajes nervuradas e cogumelo nervuradas. São verificados ainda, parâmetros envolvidos no cálculo deste tipo de estrutura, como o módulo de deformação longitudinal, e métodos para a determinação de uma seção equivalente para simplificar a seção nervurada, com objetivo de utilizar tal parâmetro no cálculo de estrutura via Método dos Elementos Finitos, através de elementos finitos planos. Após as análises são comparados os resultados do modelo proposto, e cada parâmetro verificado, com resultados experimentais disponíveis na bibliografia, chegando-se assim, às conclusões deste estudo.

The waffles will be made from natural ingredients and the nutritional value of the original waffles, high in fiber and high in protein for each suggested serving (2 units of waffles) will be 239, 228 and 247 calories respectively. The price of our product will be S/.18.54 for a box of 6 waffles, each package contains 3 servings. In addition to offering healthy and practical food to prepare, we will be concerned about the environment since the packaging will be ecological.
