As transformações tecnológicas, culturais e de relações interpessoais ocorridas no século XX mudaram as empresas de comunicação, a relação da sociedade com a informação e os métodos e processos de trabalho dos profissionais de comunicação. Partindo da hipótese de que um novo perfil foi configurado a partir dessas transformações, esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de conhecer o jornalista que trabalha hoje no Estado de São Paulo. O binômio comunicação e trabalho, a partir da abordagem ergológica, ou seja, de atividade humana, foi o referencial teórico utilizado, em que o sujeito revela-se como foco principal para este estudo. Como metodologia, foi adotada uma combinação de métodos quantitativos e qualitativos aplicados junto a três grupos de amostras: com jornalistas jovens, convocados a partir de redes sociais; com associados do Sindicato dos Jornalistas do Estado de São Paulo; e com jornalistas da Editora Abril. A amostra foi organizada no sentido de mapear a diversidade de jornalistas atuando hoje no mercado de trabalho em São Paulo, Estado que mantém aproximadamente 31% dos jornalistas brasileiros. Para obtenção de dados optou-se pelo uso de questionário eletrônico via internet e pela utilização de um roteiro de perguntas abertas para entrevistas em profundidade. A pesquisa observou que os jornalistas são jovens e individualistas; que estão trabalhando em condições precárias, como freelancers, PJs e autônomos. Além disso, a maior parte dos profissionais não está trabalhando nas redações: está atuando em diversas outras empresas, exercendo a função de assessor de comunicação. / The technological, cultural and interpersonal transformations occurred in the twentieth century have changed the communication companies, the relationship of society with information, and the methods and work processes of communication professionals. Assuming that a new profile was set from these transformations, this research aims to know the journalist who now works in São Paulo. The binomial communication and work, from the ergologic approach, in other words, of human activity, was the theoretical framework in which the subject is revealed as the main focus for this study. As a methodology, was used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods applied with three groups of samples: with young journalists, called from social networks; with members of the Syndicate of Journalists of the State of São Paulo; and with journalists from Editora Abril. The sample was organized in order to map the diversity of journalists working today in the labor market of São Paulo, state which stands approximately 31% of Brazilian journalists. To obtain the research data we opted to use both: electronic questionnaire via Internet and a script of general questions in order to do in-depth interviews. The research noted that the journalists are young and individualists and work in precarious way conditions as freelancers, juristic person, and self-employed. Moreover, most professionals are not working in newsrooms: is working on several other companies, functioning as communications adviser.

Retirement is a step that can represent some sort of rupture to a few people or even the loss of life’s meaning to others. This research proposes an investigation about the meaning of the work activity to retired professors of the higher education, from the following question: Could the meaning of the work activity to the professor be the propelling reason to his continuity even when retired? We reviewed the literature on Higher Education, on Work Activity, on Retirement and on Aging, having as core theoretical references Saviani (2010); Antunes (1999; 2009); Borges and Yamamoto (2004); Codo (1999); Tardiff (2002); Pimenta (1999); Debert (1997; 1999); and Neri (1991). To develop our field research we conducted interviews with 06 retired professors that currently teach on private Higher Education Institutions. The methodology chosen to the development of the study was based on life history, using narrative as a method and granting support on authors as Josso (2004); Souza (2005; 2006) and Passeggi (2006). The data analysis is based on the Content Analysis Methodology proposed by Demartini (2001). Three themes were built through content analysis of the acquired stories: work path, purpose and meaning of work and feelings towards retirement and its connections to aging. The results obtained by this study point that the purpose of the work is the propeller reason to the continuity of the work activity to the majority of the investigated professors, it is possible to infer from the analysis that the interviewers remain at work because they feel at full productivity capacity, it was observed that even though the incoming plays an important role to the survival of any working individual, it was not considered relevant in this case. / Vivemos em uma sociedade complexa na qual o indivíduo, muitas vezes, sente-se reconhecido como pessoa por intermédio da sua produtividade. A aposentadoria é uma etapa que, para algumas pessoas, pode representar a ruptura com o mundo do trabalho e, para outras, a perda do sentido da vida. A presente pesquisa propõe uma investigação sobre o sentido do trabalho para professores aposentados do ensino superior, a partir da seguinte questão: Seria o sentido do trabalho para o professor, o motivo propulsor de sua continuidade mesmo quando aposentado? Realizamos uma revisão da literatura sobre o Ensino Superior, Trabalho, Aposentadoria e Envelhecimento, tendo como referenciais teóricos principais: Saviani (2010); Antunes (1999; 2009); Borges e Yamamoto (2004); Codo (1999); Tardiff (2002); Pimenta (1999); Debert (1997; 1999); e Neri (1991). Para a pesquisa de campo, realizamos entrevista com 06 professores aposentados que lecionam em IES privada. A opção metodológica para o desenvolvimento do estudo pautou-se na história de vida, utilizando como método a narrativa e apoiando-se em autores como Josso (2004); Souza (2005; 2006) e Passeggi (2006). As análises dos dados, apoiam-se na Metodologia de Análise de Conteúdo proposta por Demartini (2001). Por meio da análise de conteúdo dos relatos obtidos, foram construídos três temas: trajetória laboral, sentido e significado do trabalho e sentimentos quanto à aposentadoria e sua relação com o envelhecimento. Os resultados obtidos por este estudo apontam que, o sentido do trabalho para a grande maioria dos professores pesquisados é o motivo propulsor para continuarem trabalhando, pode-se inferir a partir das análises que os entrevistados se mantém no trabalho por sentirem-se em plena capacidade produtiva, observou-se que, apesar da remuneração ser um aspecto importante para a sobrevivência de qualquer indivíduo trabalhador, não foi considerada como relevante

Situated in one Feminine House Shelter, destined to women who fulfill penalty in half-open regimen, the research had as general objective the creation of a field of experimentation of prison activity through the implementation of technological resources of digital videography used by the agents workers of penitentiary system. Thus, this thesis intend to analyze the device that was applied to provoke an exam of the situations of work in prison, which was intitled Technical-Poetical Analysis of Activity, in order to collate situations from the work in prison through the use of video camera and computers to edit that images. It was explored a few peculiarities from the activity of the production of images concerning the prison work emphasizing the imbrications between seeing, thinking and speaking and aiming at its potentialities to make to appear a process of thinking through images about the activity of work, what it defines a methodological source in the history of this writing. To operate a conceptual tension that would open ways for the construction of possibilities for a Clinic of the Work it was necessary to establish a few theoretical sources, such as the analytical tools from the Philosophy of the Difference, from the Ergology and from the Clinic of the Activity, that emphasizes the affirmation of that that differs in the plan of thinking and in the course of the activities of work. The use of theoretical sources it also intends to bring together at the same time the plans of the professional attribute, the institutional trams and the subjectivation. To this extend this writing makes an attempt to search a species of expansion of the power of seeing that, considering the scenes produced for the agents with the use of the camera and a software of edition, give the certification to a process through which the thinking, on the prison activity, was provoked by the proper image device. 57 Abstract Agreements to Work Outside the Scope of Employment The present thesis deals with the topic of agreements to work outside the scope of employment, an institute of the Czech Labour Law which constitutes, along with the employment agreement, one of the basic labour law relations. The aim of the thesis was to present and describe the institute of the agreements to work outside the scope of employment in order to determine their place within the Czech labour law and whether they are still a useful form of employment. The thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part deals with the general theme of labour law relations, with the relation of labour law to civil law as well as with the public law limitations of contractual freedom in labour law relations. The second part of the thesis concerns the history of the agreements to work outside the scope of employment and the changes the institute went through since its introduction to the Czechoslovak and later Czech law. This part further focuses on the compliance of the agreements to work outside the scope of employment with the European labour law. The Agreements on Work Performed Outside of Employment The aim of my thesis was to summarize the current and former legislation of legal relations established by the Agreements on Work Performed Outside of Employment. I focused my work on private law legislation, especially on the area of labour law and also on the public law legislation, such as social security law and tax law. By using the analytical method of research of the above mentioned, I concluded to what extent is such institute still needed and what possible changes shall the legislator consider to reflect the best the current needs of the society. To examine the legal situation, it was necessary to summarize the relationship between civil and labour law and also to define certain terms closely related to the institute of Agreements on Work Performed Outside of Employment in the first and second part of my thesis. Such terms include especially the notion of dependent labour and dependent activity as well as the notion of employment itself. The agreements on work performed outside of employment This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the agreements on work performed outside of employment, an institute of the Czech Labour Law which constitutes, besides the employment agreement, one of the basic labour law relations. The aim of this work is to summarize the previous and current legislation. The next aim of this work is to present this institute and to define its necessity and purpose within the Czech labour law. The work is divided into seven chapters. At the beginning of this diploma thesis I generally describe labour law then I also focused on the position of labour law in the system of law and its relation with the civil law.
