Využívání dataloggerů ve výuce fyziky (se zaměřením na systém Vernier) / Using dataloggers in physics teaching (focused on Vernier experimental system)

Kácovský, Petr January 2012 (has links)
Title: Using dataloggers in physics teaching (focused on Vernier experimental system) Author: Petr Kácovský Department: Department of Physics Education Supervisor: Mgr. Pavel Böhm Supervisor's e-mail address: pavel.bohm@mff.cuni.cz Abstract: Modernizing equipment enables schools to involve advanced computer- aided systems in physics teaching. This work especially focuses on systems capable of recording and storing measured data for later evaluation - the dataloggers. The introduction of this work is devoted to a survey among physics teachers that should investigate what form of instructions they prefer; then a brief search of existing ma- terials follows. The main part of the work consists of newly created instructions for experiments with dataloggers of the Vernier experimental system, primarily designed to serve tea- chers to implement physics experiments in their teaching. The instructions always include a description how to prepare and undertake the measurement, how to process the measured data and what questions and tasks for students can be connected with this part of physics. Experiments described in this work mainly focus on secondary school thermodynamics (or more precisely on molecular physics and thermals) and their thematic intersection is energy, its forms, transmission and conservation.

Kriminalita a její percepce v městském prostředí / Crime and its perception in urban environment

Jíchová, Jana January 2013 (has links)
Jana Jíchová: Crime and its Perception in Urban Environment ABSTRACT Crime is an important social phenomenon that affects many aspects of the functioning of society and the life of every person. It also represents an important interdisciplinary topic that deals with a number of disciplines, including geography. Logically, there is a thematic and methodological overlap; each of the sciences emphasize on different aspects of crime, using various methods and research approaches, interpretations, and therefore contributes to the knowledge of crime differently. The importance of geography is particularly in the enrichment of the crime research on spatial dimension and contributes to its cognition through analysis of the distribution of crime and studies of perception of crime. Although this type of studies is well established in Western crime research, in the Czech geography is paid to them only little attention. This doctoral thesis introduces geography of crime in the Czech context, discusses its theoretical and methodological developments and its applicability and application in our cities.. More emphasis is put on the concept of fear of crime, which constitutes an essential component of feeling of safety affecting daily life, the use of urban space and spatial mobility of individuals. Better understanding of...

Využití tuhých elektrod na bázi uhlíku k elektrochemické oxidaci acikloviru / Utilization of carbon-based solid electrodes to electrochemical oxidation of acyclovir

Vaněčková, Eva January 2014 (has links)
Electrochemical oxidation of acyclovir at glassy-carbone electrode and boron-doped diamond electrode gives one pH-dependent oxidation signal; the corresponding electrode reaction is controlled by diffusion. It is followed by a second indistinctive signal in the pH range 2,0 - 9,0. Further, optimization of conditions was carried out for determination of acyclovir using DC and DP voltammetry. The calibration dependence on GC electrode in B−R buffer (pH = 6,0) is linear only in the concentration range from 2 to 10 μmol∙l−1 for DCV with limit of detection 0,38 μmol∙l−1; for DPV it is not linear. BDD electrode has to be activated to prevent its passivation. Anodic activation at +2,4 V for 15 s with simultaneous stirring of solution results in relative standard deviation of 0,9% for acyclovir concentration of 1∙10−4 mol∙l−1. Using DCV and DPV methods linear concentration dependences were obtained in 0,1 mol∙l-1 nitric acid and in pH 6,0 B−R buffer. The lowest limit of detection and limit of quantification (LOD = 0,47 μmol∙l−1 a LOQ = 1,55 μmol∙l−1) and linear range from 0,6 to 100 μmol∙l−1 was reached in pH 6,0 B−R buffer. Further, standard addition method was used to quantify acyclovir in Zovirax tablets. Satisfactory recoveries of 101,1 ± 2,3 % using DCV and 98,8 ± 2,2 % using DPV at BDD (compared with the...

Adversus nationes Arnobia ze Sikky a Octavius Minucia Felixe / Adversus nationes by Arnobius of Sicca and Octavius by Minucius Felix

Říhová, Ladislava January 2016 (has links)
African teacher of rhetoric Arnobius of Sicca, who lived at the turn of the 3rd and 4th century, is one of the less known Christian authors. He is the author of Christian apology written in Latin called Adversus nationes. His statement attracted particular interest of philologists and historians of antiquity, because it contains large amounts of mythological material. The aim of this work is to introduce Arnobius not only as a crucial source of pagan theology, but also as an important Christian witness of the complicated religious - political situation of Christianity in the time before the Milan Edict, particularly at the time of Diocletian's persecution of Christians. Given the need to work with original texts includes this thesis also the first Czech translation of Arnobiusʼ apology.

Odtok ze sněhu při událostech deště na sníh v povodí Ptačího potoka vypočtený pomocí stabilních izotopů ve vodě / Snowmelt runoff during rain-on-snow events in the Ptačí brook basin calculated using stable water isotopes

Valdhansová, Klára January 2020 (has links)
Rain-on-snow events represent one of the basic mechanisms causing floods. Rain falling on the snow cover causes enhanced melting and the resulting runoff often exceeds the runoff caused by rain. During the winter seasons 2018 and 2019, water samples from the stream, snowpack and precipitation were repeatedly taken in the the Ptačí Brook catchment in the Šumava mountains, and the concentrations of 2 H and 18 O were measured in the laboratory. Based on the observed isotope ratios 18 O/16 O and 2 H/1 H in combination with other variables measured in the catchment, the two ROS events from 2019 were reconstructed. The ratio of heavy isotopes increased in the snowpack due to ROS events. Using the end member mixing equation, a hydrograph separation was performed for both investigated events. For the first event, it was not possible to clearly separate groundwater from rainfall, and thus the range of snow in the total runoff was determined by its separation from rainfall and subsequent separation from groundwater. The second event examined was separated directly into three components: rainfall, groundwater and snow. According to the analyses, the total runoff during ROS events in both cases was mostly formed by event water (a combination of rainfall and melt water). The melting water from the snow cover...

Vývoj voltametrických metod pro detekci fytosterolů na elektrodách na bázi uhlíku / Development of voltammetric methods for detection of phytosterols on carbon-based electrodes

Zelenský, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop an electrochemical method for three phytosterols, namely stigmasterol β-sitosterol and ergosterol using voltammetry techniques on glassy carbon electrode and boron doped diamond electrode. The work builds on previous results, where it was shown that the electrochemical oxidation of phytosterols requires perchloric acid in acetonitrile. When this acid is used, a dehydration reaction occurs. Calibration dependences were measured here for all phytosterols in an environment with a water content of 0.43%. The stability of the signal with increasing distilled water content was further investigated. Then the calibration dependences in the increased water content were measured again. If we want to use HPLC-type separation techniques, we must first find out how the phytosterols will behave in this environment, and therefore the signal stability on the buffer content was investigated. The buffers used were phosphate and acetate buffer. Subsequently, the concentration dependence was measured in an environment with a higher content of phosphate buffer. Furthermore, the possibility of detecting two phytosterols at once was investigated. Key words: dehydration, glassy carbon electrode, boron doped diamond electrode, oxidation, phytosterols, voltammetry

Pejcharová, Eliška January 2020 (has links)
Enforcement of the Judgement of the Court by Deduction from Wages or Other Income - Abstract, Keywords Abstract The subject of this thesis is enforcement of the judgement of the court by deduction from wages or other income carried out by court enforcement officials in cooperation with wage payers. This is one of the methods through which a court enforcement official enforces a judgement and which is very often used in practice, therefore it deserves a more detailed analysis. The aim of this thesis is to create a comprehensive description of the process of this type of enforcement focusing on the position of the wage payer, the court enforcement official and the debtor. The thesis also deals with specific situations that may occur in the course of this enforcement and it offers their possible solutions. The beginning of this thesis focuses on the role of court judgement enforcement by deductions from wage and other income in comparison with other methods of enforcement. Further, it deals with sources of legal regulation which are related to the given issue and with basic terminology that is essential for orientation in this topic. This is followed by an explanation of the process of this type of enforcement from start to finish. A considerable part is further dedicated to the issue of the status of the wage...

František Filip ze Šternberka jako císařský vyslanec v Polsku a Sasku v letech 1749 - 1764 / Franz Philip of Sternberg as Imperial Ambassador to Poland and Saxony, 1749 - 1764

Ansorgová, Kristýna January 2020 (has links)
The main aim of this thesis is to introduce personality and works of imperial diplomat Franz Philip of Sternberg, who was appointed as imperial plenipotentiary at the court of Augustus III in 1749 and who spent there fifteen years. For those purposes, we are first presenting available literature concerning imperial diplomacy and diplomacy in Poland and Saxony in the 2nd half of the 18th century. Sources regarding other diplomats dwelling in Poland and Saxony by that times are also described. Next, we outlined historical sources available for the study of Sternbergs' diplomatic mission. Afterward, we introduced Franz Philip of Sternberg and his prepositions for his position as an imperial diplomat. Based on historical sources, we reconstructed Sternbergs' stay in Saxony and later in Poland, to where he resettled, altogether with Polish-Saxony royal court, after the reversal of longstanding alliances and the beginning of the Seven Years' War. For the reconstruction, we used mainly official diplomatic sources - instructions and relations, which are subsequently, together with diplomatic sources, subjected to diplomatic analysis. Based on unofficial correspondence, we have shown the social network of Franz Philip of Sternberg during his diplomatic stay in Poland and Saxony. In the end, we concluded on...

Ztráta domova jako krize v životě klientek 3 azylových domů v Praze / Losing Home as the Critical Point In Lives of Women Clients in Three Prague Shelters

Davidová, Romana January 2014 (has links)
The Master's Thesis examines the problematics of a loss of home percieved as crisis by women - clients of shelters. In its theoretical part mainly the findings of professional expertise and materials about homelessness and psychological crisis of loss were used to describe the phenomenon. It also contains a description of various forms of public services available to women who lost their homes as well as a brief introduction to women's shelters in Prague. Research itself was conducted using semi structured interviews with clients of three of Prague's shelters that offer accommodation services to three different target groups of women and forms the practical part of the thesis. The main aim of the research was to answer a question whether or not the clients of the shelters percieved the loss of their homes as crisis. Through several of the questions within the interview it was possible to achieve satisfactory results in providing the answers as well as in gaining some new perspectives on the above mentioned phenomenon as a whole. The research showed that the women who took part in the survey did indeed perceive the period of time when they lost their homes as crisis.
