本論文共計六章十一節，約五萬五仟字，其扼要內容如下﹕ 第一章 緒論 本章在說明撰寫本論文的動機與書寫論文的方法。另外對各章節內容做一概要性解釋 與說明，使閱讀論文者能對全部內容有著基本瞭解。 第二章 共黨統戰的內涵 本章分兩節，目的在釐清對統戰紛雜的解釋與說法。 第一節 統戰的定義一從中共自己對統戰的解釋與其他各具代表性的人物中，各自對統戰的觀 點加以融合，最後再過濾出作者本人對統戰的定義解釋，以求瞭解統戰的基本定義。 第二節 統戰的思想根源。從馬克思、恩格斯、列寧、史達林與毛澤東等從上到下一路探討整 個統戰的思想，以求對其一貫性與差異性之瞭解。 第三章 「武力」與「和平」口號交錯運用時期中共對台統戰。本章分三節，其內容從一九四 九至一九七八年的三十年間將中共對台統戰做一追溯性的說明，以求瞭解到各階段統 戰方式有何異同。 第四章 現階段中共對我運用之統戰策略一兼論一國兩制。本章分三節。 第一節 一國兩制蘊釀時期中共對台之統戰策略一從一九七八年中共十一屆三中全會後到一九 八四年一國兩制口號正式提出前，將中共統戰攻勢做一解釋與分析。 第二節 後一國兩制時期中共對台之統戰策略一從一九八五到一九八六年的新情勢做一解釋與 分析。 第三節 一國兩制的析評，對中共所提出的一國兩制口號做一內容分析，以求瞭解真相。 第五章 兩航談判一本章分三節，從兩航談判的背景與經過做一說明後進而對整個談判做一檢 討，從檢討中來判斷談判本身是否為純粹統戰型式。 第六章 結論 本章除將中共對台統戰做一總檢討與整理外，也將預估未來中共對台之統戰走向及嚐 試著提出些因應之道的建議。

The main topic of this thesis is the subjective experience of anxiety. The author has attempted to secede from the strictly psychological level, therefore there are authors dealing with the overlap of human existence included. As a result, the thesis is also a partly philosophical view of anxiety. However, given the focus of the author, the greater part of the work is based on the psychological view. In the practical part, the hypothesis that the consciousness of the meaning of life has a certain influence on the experience of anxiety was confirmed. However, this effect is not as large and as clear as Frankl describes in his work.

The thesis focuses on sex education in the lower Primary School. The aim is to map it on the general level, that means its definition and settings for Primary Schools, and then to design the teaching units and to do a partial implementation at the chosen school. The theoretical part describes the development of sex education, inspiration from abroad and mainly its current concept from 1989 until today. There are mentioned its objectives, principles and ethics, legal representation, the negative aspects of human sexuality, the course and content. The thesis also examines the role of family and school. The practical part focuses on the approach of parents and teachers to sex education at the chosen school through a survey and a structured interview. Based on the positive results, there is a proposal of teaching units for education implementation, verification of one of them in practice, and there is also a list of recommended literature and materials for parents. 2-Nitrofluorene is a model representative of nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (NPAH) which belongs to a group of mutagens and carcinogens. Interaction of DNA with genotoxic 2-nitrofluorene was monitored by an electrochemical DNA biosensor made of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) and low molecular weight DNA from salmon sperm. Techniques used are electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square-wave voltammetry (SWV). Using the EIS technique, no damage to DNA, which would cause strand breaks in DNA, was observed, whereas using the CV technique, the intercalation of NF to the structure of DNA was observed, leading to the formation of a NF-DNA complex. The intercalation results in a reduction of electroactive sites which can be oxidized. It was verified using the SWV technique, by which a decrease of the peak heights of adenosine and guanosine was observed. Because of the dangerous effect of NF on the structure of DNA, an electroanalytical method for its determination was developed. An applicability of the method was successfully tested on a model sample of sand. In my thesis I deal with Aleš Holický, a significant representative of the Šternberk clan, in the post Lipany period. On the basis of sources, I am trying to chart especially his political programme, its creation and the fulfilment of the goal he was pursuing. I follow up his political orientation after the conversion to the chalice in the beginning of 1430s and try to describe the basis of his rise including the influence of the political groups which he was a member of. In this context, I explain Aleš's role in Ptáček's and Poděbrad's party and his interest in formulation and enforcement of their demands. On the basis of the evidence collected, Aleš's contribution not just to Czech utraquism, Ptáček's party, Poděbrad's party (later Poděbrad's league), in which he acted, as well as for the whole country is evaluated at the end. Thus, I am trying to revise some conclusions of older historiography in which Aleš's influence in the parties he belonged to as well as his independent negotiations have been underestimated. In Aleš's persistent, purposeful activity and merits I can see the substantiation of his inclusion among the significant personalities of Czech history and politics of the 1430s - 1450s. This work was focused on study of a behaviour of the food additivum butylated hydroxyanisole on modified carbon electrodes by the voltammetric techniques - cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. Glassy carbon and carbon paste electrode were used. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) in combination with three different binders (acetonitrile, nafione or chitosane) were employed for the electrode modification. Carbon paste electrode was unable to modificate with film containing carbon nanotubes and acetonitrile, its active surface was treated only with nafione and chitosane film. All three mentioned modifications were applied in case of glassy carbon electrode. Butylated hydroxyanisole provided a significantly higher signal using electrodes modified with carbon nanotubes with all three binders in contrast to electrodes without any surface modification. The glassy carbon electrode with carbon nanotube / acetonitrile film on its surface appeared to be the most effective for analytical purposes. Voltammetric determination of butylated hydroxyanisole using this electrode provided a better defined and higher analytical signal and lower relative standard deviations in comparison with other ways of modification. In the first part I am trying to present individual income tax in general. Place of income tax in system of taxation and concept of income tax , its function and definition. In another article I described historical evolution of individual income tax and distribution of taxes. To tax is to impose a financial charge or other levy upon a taxpayer (an individual or legal entity) by a state or the functional equivalent of a state such that failure to pay is punishable by law. Taxes consist of direct tax or indirect tax. A tax "is not a voluntary payment or donation, but an enforced contribution, exacted pursuant to legislative authority" and is "any contribution imposed by government. Bc. Monika Pavelková ABSTRACT The aim of the paper is to study closely the influence of spirituality on attitude towards death among people who find themselves in a situation of proximity to death. Due to the fact that spirituality proves to be a significant factor influencing the process of accepting death, increasing attention is paid nowadays to the spiritual component of personality and to saturation of its spiritual needs. Spirituality is understood in a broader sense as relation towards sanctity of either a religious or an irreligious person. Another aspect is the means by which the person comes to terms with own spirituality, whether it is intrinsic and becomes the goal of the person's life-long endeavour, or it can be described as extrinsic because it does not permeate his or her everyday reality. Spiritual orientation of a person is projected into his or her values and goals, it determines the way towards the meaning of life, which exceeds the person proper. V. E. Frankl speaks about reaching the meaning of life through self- transcendence by way of realization of values of creation, experiences and attitudes. The master's thesis Witchcraft and Inquisition in literal and historical context of "El Crótalon" offers a look at displays od the Witchcraft in the literature of first half of the 16th century with special attention on classical Greek and Roman literal models. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the influence of Erasmus'work and impact of the Reformation movement on intelectual panorama as well as on the popular opinion; it concentrates on the evolution of Witchcraft and its growing influence over the social life. It also studies how the changing caracter of the Witchcraft reflected in the literal activity of its times. Second part of the thesis is dedicated to religious aspects of the Witchcraft, its connection with heretical movements and persecutions by the Inquisition.

IN ENGLISH This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the rights of national minorities and their application in the inter-war Czechoslovakia. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze this question in one particular region. For this purpose I chose a linguistic island surrounded by majority of other languae. Yet I tried to provide a view of as much as possible points of view. This linguistic island should therefore contain a people of surrounding majority who create linguistic minority in observed region. The candidate for the appropriate object exploration is some german linguistic enclave in the middle of czech settlements. Or a region of significant czech minority amid german speaking milieu. As the best option I finally chose so called Wischauer Sprachinsel with a German settlement surrounded by Czech-speaking majority. Since the 19th century, the region began to increase the share of Czech-speaking population, which resulted in matryoshka doll consisting of a minority in a minority, the phenomenon typical for Lands of the Bohemian Crown at this time. However, in order to better explain the issue, I chose to compare the situation in the Wischauer Sprachinsel with another sore point for the Czech ethnographic map.
