This thesis deals with the possibilities of financing housing, in particular savings instrument. The main goal is to determine, what are the differences between building savings banks, especially in the product. Another goal is to monitor and evaluate the options selected housing financing in the Czech Republic. The work focuses on market analysis, building societies and comparison of their products. The first part deals with the explanation of the concepts of housing and savings, including the establishment process of building savings and loan drawdown of savings. Attention is also paid to support housing programs from various government entities. Another part describes building savings banks operating on the Czech market. The last part describes and compares the conditions of products, what conclusions arise that are described in the summary at the end of work. Finally, the work summarizes the most important facts from all the chapters.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the factors which influence the amount of the employee's wage and the tax base for the calculation of tax on personal income. Chapters therefore deal with the conclusion of the employment contract and the commencement of employment, on the rules of remuneration of employees under the Labor Code and related components of wages, then there is also mentioned reimbursement of expenses, which may arise in relation with the performing work, marginally are mentioned employee benefits. Other chapters deal with deductions from wages in the form of social security, health insurance and tax on personal income. Finally, there is an accounting of the facts, which have been mentioned in the course of thesis.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the terms of trade and their impact on the aggregates of the national economy. The main goal was to identify issues of the terms of trade and describe their development from the point of view of total indices and indices for groups of the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) in the Czech Republic. In the thesis were used time series analysis and measurement of dependence between two quantities. The development of terms of trade indices was highly variable, and the resulting models do not describe too much variability. Total terms of trade index was the most influenced by groups Mineral fuels, lubricants and related materials and Machinery and transport equipment. Gains (losses) from changes in the terms of trade influence the values of aggregates of national economy, their impact on the gross national income and gross disposable income decrease in time. There was also the international comparison of developments of terms of trade indices across the European Union, in the thesis. For this was used cluster analysis by SITC groups. The terms of trade index of the Czech Republic was the most similar to the terms of trade index of Slovakia. The contribution of the thesis is based on the detailed analysis of the terms of trade, which has not been performed before, and describe their relationship with other macroeconomic indicators.

This diploma thesis deals with the regulations of the Czech labour market. The aim of this thesis is to describe and assess the development of Czech labour market regulations for workers outside the EU/EEA countries and Switzerland. It also compares the current state of the studied issue with the state and approach of Poland, with the intention of identifying common features and differences in the area in order to propose public policy measures on labour market regulations for workers outside the EU/EEA countries and Switzerland in the Czech Republic. The introduction deals with the influences that affect the labour market. The next part describes the development of labour market regulations in the Czech Republic and Poland in 2012-2020 and how both countries approach the implementation of individual measures. A case study was chosen as the main type of research design. The research focuses on an analysis of primary data obtained during semi-structured interviews with employees of individual ministries and a construction company owner, as well as an analysis of secondary data obtained from public policy documents, strategic and conceptual documents, legal standards, statistics and other relevant documents. The diploma thesis deals with CLIL teaching at primary school with a focus on pupils with special educational needs, specifically pupils with learning disabilities and pupils from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The work aims to compare the work of ordinary pupils in CLIL classes with the work of pupils with special educational needs and to find out whether it is suitable for pupils with special educational needs. The theoretical part deals with CLIL teaching in general with a focus on teaching primary school pupils and briefly characterises some special educational needs. The practical part contains preparations for lessons and their reflections, an analysis of student work and evaluation of the pupils' satisfaction with content and language integrated learning questionnaire. At the end of the thesis, proposals for the modification of educational materials for pupils with special educational needs are attached. The research showed that CLIL teaching has no negative impact on the sample of pupils from socially disadvantaged backgrounds, but at the same time did not confirm, but also refute, the possibility of applying CLIL teaching to students with specific learning disabilities.

Automatische Melksysteme (AMS) sind in weiten Teilen Europas bereits sehr verbreitet und werden von verschiedenen Herstellern weltweit angeboten. Die Gewährleistung einer hohen Milchqualität ist eine der Hauptanforderungen beim Übergang vom konventionellen zum automatischen Melken. Ziel dieser Arbeit war es den Einfluss des mechanischen Stresses, der durch mehrere AMS-Elemente induziert wird, auf die Milchqualität zu untersuchen. Dafür wurden zwei Labor-Melkstände (LMP) mit den melktechnischen Hauptkomponenten zweier AMS entwickelt und die Versuche unter standardisierten Laborbedingungen durchgeführt. Für die Analyse der Effekte einzelner technischer Komponenten oder Einstellungen wurden verschiedene Modifikationen vorgenommen, die zum Teil von den realen Einsatzbedingungen in der Praxis abweichen. Zur Bewertung der Milchqualität wurden folgende Merkmale herangezogen: freie Fettsäuren (FFA), Fett-, Eiweiß-, Laktose- und Harnstoffgehalt, Zellzahl, pH, und Gefrierpunkt. Für einen Teil der Untersuchungen konnte darüber hinaus auch das Fettsäureprofil in der Milch analysiert werden. Der Einfluss der folgenden Komponenten wurde analysiert: Das Pulsationsverhältnis, LMP, die Melkbecher, die Auslegung der LMP-Technik, und die Durchflussrate. Allgemeine Korrelationen zwischen einzelnen technischen Elementen und der Milchqualität festgestellt, signifikante Ergebnisse wurden eindeutig beim FFA- und Fettgehalt beobachtet. Die seit einiger Zeit routinemäßig bestimmbaren Fettsäureprofile bieten einen aussichtsreichen Ansatz für Ursache-Wirkung-Analysen in neuer Qualität. Die nachgewiesenen Signifikanzen in den Änderungen von Eiweiß- und Laktosegehalt sowie des Gefrierpunktes bedürfen tiefergehender Betrachtungen und kausaler Analysen. Insgesamt wurde deutlich, dass mechanische Belastungen von Milch bereits auf dem Weg vom Kuheuter zum Milchsammeltank zu Veränderungen chemischer und physikalischer Produkteigenschaften führen, auch wenn hier unter Laborbedingungen gearbeitet wurde. / Automatic milking systems (AMS) have been common in large parts of Europe and are offered by various manufacturers worldwide. Ensuring high milk quality is one of the primary requirements when transition from conventional milking to AMS. The aim of the present thesis was to investigate whether the mechanical stress induced by multiple AMS elements and settings affect the parameters of cow milk. To this end, two laboratory milking parlors (LMP) were developed to imitate an actual AMS. Under standardized laboratory conditions, the main milking technical components were installed by two different AMS companies for the analysis of the effects of single technical elements or settings on milk parameters. The following parameters were used to evaluate milk quality: free fatty acids (FFA), fat, protein, lactose, urea, somatic cell count (SCC), pH, and freezing point (FP). For some of the investigations, the milk fatty acid profile (MFAP) was also analyzed. The influence of following components: pulsation ratio, LMP, teat cup, the layout of the LMP technique, and flow rate was analysed. General correlations were identified between singular technical elements and milk quality, significant results were observed clearly on FFA and fat content. Milk fatty acid profiles (MFAP) have been routinely determinable for some time now and can offer an interesting approach for cause-and-effect analyses of a new quality. The demonstrated significances in the changes of protein and lactose content as well as freezing point require deeper consideration and causal analysis. Overall, it became clear that mechanical stresses on milk already lead to changes in chemical and physical product properties on the way from the cow's udder to the milk collection tank, even if the work was carried out under laboratory conditions.

The master's thesis deals with actual possibilities of acquisition water from air humidity in order to obtain fresh water, focusing on energy intensity of vapor-compression refrigeration for it is production. There is a basic determine study for Czech climatic zone in selected localities. For graded cooling capacity dependencies describing the acquisition of water from the air, where is the energy intensity ranges on average between 0,3 ÷ 0,5 kWh/l. For the selected family house are set the individual variants of non-potable rainwater management.

This master´s thesis describe actual developer´s project in region Brno. I choose project in Sokolnice near Brno. These are preparing 36 new areas for deveoping a new family Hause´s. I analyssis this project and describe a new draft. This new owner draft have to be more profitable of actual draft. I describe old and new draft´s cash-flow.

Thesis "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THERMAL INSULATION OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING" deals with possibilities of financing the reconstruction of panel house, analysis of offers in Czech market and optimal proposal for financing such kind of reconstruction. Theoretical part contains following kinds of financing possibilities: home loan, mortgage, no-purpose credit and not bank loan. Practical part of thesis compares offers from Czech banks. In last part of thesis I propose the optimal financial plan for this reconstruction on base of requirements of supplier of reconstruction and banks conditions.

This master’s thesis „Financing of revitalization of prefabricated building“ deals with the possibilities of financing reconstruction of the block of flats. Based on theoretical knowledge, carried out the analysis and calculations, includes solutions for specific housing association.
