71	Novostavba polyfunkčního domu v Tišnově / Mixed-use Building in Tišnov Matoušek, Jan January 2020 (has links) The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a newly built mixed-use building in Tišnov, as well as elaboration a part of the project documentation for realization of the building construction. The designed building is a multifunctional building, which has the task of providing several functions. The building is situated in the South Moravian Region in the northern part of the village Tišnov, which is located about 30 kilometers away from the city of Brno. Recently, in this area new family houses and apartment buildings have been built. The building is designed as five above-ground storey, partially basement incl. a separate underground car park. The first floor serves mainly for commercial use, ie. for the provision of services and for the sale of goods. There is a coffee shop, a houseware store, hairdressers, bakers, butchers, or a gym. On the first floor there is also the main entrance to the building, and through there is further access to the upper or lower floors of the building. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and access to the underground parking. The second floor serves as office space for multipurpose use. There are apartments on the third, fourth and fifth floor, with some apartments on the 4th floor being designed as two-level maisonettes. The architectural design is based on the concept of straight lines and sharp edges, which also presents a flat roof roofing solution and receding storey with terraces. The building is detached, situated in a relatively flat terrain. All entrances to the building are designed as barrier-free. The white-blue color of the building facade alternates with the use of gray stone cladding. The roofing of the mixed-use building is solved on two levels by a single-layer extensive vegetation flat roof.

73	Domov pro seniory / Senior house Fikar, Matěj January 2014 (has links) This thesis addresses building of a new home for seniors with a special care on the street Zahradni in Pilsen. The relevant estate lies on the compound of a former paper mill on the right bank of the Radbuza river near the Papirensky bridge. When the proposition for the building was being drafted, an extra focus was placed on the special care regime. This means continuous home and nursing care with medical oversight including a guaranteed care for patients with special needs, such as those suffering from dementia, Alzheimer's disease or those with psychiatric issues in a stabilized stage. The proposed capacity of the home for the Aged consists of 142 beds in three above-ground floors, which also contain lounges that double as canteens. The underground floor houses the kitchen whit catering equipments, which will only be used for this object, the main lounge, exercise and creative areas, as well as staff rooms including those of the management. This type of a facility is currently in great demand in the Czech Republic due to the insufficient capacity of similar social and health facilities.

The object is designed as a detached building with four floors and with one basement. Floor plan of the building is regular, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated underground garage and technical rooms of building. In the first floor is fitness center and garage for a customers. In other floors are office spaces for private company. Above the roof is a engine rooms of ventilation. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton, facade is designed as a curtain walling. The object is covered with a flat roof.

The underground floor is composed of the storage spaces for the restaurant and the hotel, the engine rooms for the lifts and the air-conditioning system. On the first floor there is a restaurant with the kitchen, a reception office and sanitary facilities for the visitors and the staff. The second above-ground floor is composed of the offices, the conference room and the sanitary facilities for the staff and the public. The third floor is intended for accommodation. There are eight rooms. On the fourth floor you can find two suites. One two-room suite with the living room and the kitchenette. The second one one-room with the living room and the kitchenette. From the suites there is an entry to the terraces.

The relevant estate lies on bulding plot number 2994/27. There aren’t existing buildings. When the proposition for the bulding was being drafted, an extra focus was placed on use of public zone of building. The proposed capacity of bulding consists of 10 living units, with its own internal parking places and basement cells. The mixed-used building has five live floors, there are one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The underground floor is used as parking zone and there are basement cells. The first above-ground floor is used for comercial purposes as a shopping center for public, with its own parking zone. Other above-ground floors are used for living purposes. Living area and public area are separated.

The mixed-used building has five floors, there are one underground floor and four above-ground floors. There are parking zone and technical background of the building in the undergound floor. The first above-ground floor is used for commercial purposes with its own parking zone. Others above-ground floors are used for living purposses. Living area and public area are separated.

80	Řešení dopravy v centru Havlíčkova Brodu / Traffic situation in the city centre of Havlíčkův Brod and its solution Tobek, Miroslav January 2013 (has links) The aim of this diploma thesis is the solution of the traffic situation in the city center of Havlíčkův Brod. Mainly the ground road number II/150 adjustment, which consist in the modification of the two-way traffic to one-way traffic organization in the streets Dolní, Žižkova and Na Ostrově by using the analogy of a roundabout layout, is solved within this thesis. All mentioned modifications simplify the traffic situation, improve the orientation and increase the security and the traffic flow mainly in relation to pedestrians and cyclists. Another part of this thesis is focused on revitalization of the public spaces in front of the community center called Ostrov and junction of existing cycle tracks situated on the both banks of the Sázava river. In relation to this topic the adjustment of rainwater sewerage system, low-voltage above ground network, public lighting, communication electric cables, fire brigade signal lights and low-pressure gas pipeline is also solved.
