This diploma thesis refers to the topic of personnel marketing focused on graduates' attraction. In theoretical part it describes concepts of personnel marketing, its components, tools and parts, then it focuses on personnel marketing in a context of social system of organization and on specifics of graduates. The empirical part is searching for answers why is it important for organizations to attract graduates, which methods of personnel marketing are used to attract them, what is the strategy of personnel marketing in the area of graduates' attraction and if organizations have problems in their strategies of attracting graduates. The aim of this thesis is to specify focus of personnel marketing in the area of graduates' attraction. The empirical part is composed as qualitative research and it brings some interesting conclusion. The strategy of personnel marketing focused on graduates' attraction is to become the most desired employer and to build up good reputation of organization among students and graduates. To reach their goals in the area of personnel marketing focused on graduates' attraction, organizations use different methods, the most common are job fairs or workshops. The diploma thesis deals with the formulation of the concept of education, examines the development of education in the time between the years 1998-2012 in the context of international research on adult skills (PIAAC and SIALS). The work includes analysis of the dependence of unemployment of graduates without school-leaving certificate (maturita) on the number of university graduates. Furthermore, this thesis provides a number of recommendations to improve the educational system of the Czech Republic in the direction of higher education of its participants and better employability of secondary school graduates on the Czech labor market.

Title: Preparedness of graduates of Fitness Institute, s.r.o. education for entering the profession. Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate, how the graduates of the courses Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Counselor are prepared for the performance of the coaching and counseling profession and to deliver recommendations for innovations in the teaching of these courses. Methods: There is used mixed type of sociological research. The practical part of the diploma thesis uses a quantitative method of electronic questioning and a qualitative method of in-depth semi-structured interview. The respondents are graduates of the courses Fitness Instructor and Nutritional Consultant from Fitness Institut, s.r.o. The electronic questionnaire is processed using descriptive statistics and interviews using phenomenological interpretive analysis. Results: Graduates rate courses positively and they are able to find a job in the labour market. The most popular form of graduates'application in practice is on the basis of a trade licence. Better evaluation was recorded in Nutrition Counselor course. Keywords: education, fitness, health, employement of graduates

V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou objasněny některé pojmy bezprostředně souvisící s problematikou trhu práce, nezaměstnaností, politikou zaměstnanosti a vymezeny orgány působící v oblasti zaměstnanosti. Zvláštní kapitola je zaměřena na absolventy. Praktická část je uvedena charakteristikou okresu Písek, popsáním nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které nabízí Úřad práce v Písku absolventům. Dále jsou zde uvedena zjištění, jaké jsou problémy absolventů a bariéry jejich uplatnění na trhu práce na Písecku a jsou zpracovány analýzy nezaměstnanosti absolventů v okrese Písek. V závěrečné části jsou navržena některá řešení, která by mohla napomoci ke snížení či eliminaci problému nezaměstnanosti absolventů v tomto okrese.

Zaměřuje se na argumenty, které podporují existenci minimální mzdy a zároveň pojednává o argumentech, které jsou proti minimální mzdě. Na praktickém příkladu prezentuje pomocí korelační analýzy působení zákonodárství minimální mzdy na vybranou skupiny obyvatel, která je ohrožena nezaměstnaností.

Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout takové změny v obsahu učebních dokumentů v oblasti ekonomických předmětů oboru Obchodník v dopravě, které přizpůsobí obsah těchto dokumentů potřebám zaměstnavatelů. Cíle práce je dosaženo prostřednictvím výzkumu zaměřeného na potřeby těchto zaměstnavatelů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou porovnány s platnými učebními dokumenty studijního oboru. Použitím gnoseologických postupů jsou učiněny závěry a navrženy změny v učební dokumentaci. Vědeckým přínosem práce je získání informací o míře potřebnosti jednotlivých ekonomických znalostí absolventů oboru pro potřeby zaměstnavatelů. Výsledky výzkumu mohou sloužit i jako podklad při tvorbě učebních dokumentů podobných oborů i na jiných školách. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol.

Ekonomické dopady vývoje nezaměstnanosti absolventů na národní hospodářství ČR / Economic impacts of development of graduate unemployment on the national economy of Czech Republic

The presented thesis addresses the challenges associated with the development of graduate unemployment and its impact on the national economy. Graduates are taken as one of the vulnerable groups in the labor market. Their lack of work experience and low employee morale threatens their possible applicability in the labor market. The underlying data was taken from the Czech Statistical Office and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, which were monitored over a time horizon of ten years. The observation was focused on development of total number of graduates, altogether with total number of vacancies intended for them I have analyzed the state's spending on national employment policy and structure. Furthermore, I examined the number of graduates in relation to the total number of graduates, who should show their adaptability in the labor market. Another outcome was to build an econometric model which I've confronted with economic theory obtained by studying the literature review. The resulting outputs confirmed 3 of 4 theoretical assumptions. The only prerequisite was not met and that the increased number of graduates did not significantly affect the overall unemployment rate.

The aim of this thesis is to make critical assessment of trainee programs strengths and weaknesses as a selection development banking employer tool for the university graduates. Furthermore, the aim is to deduce essential personal tasks for successful operation of the trainee program. The main focus of attention of this thesis is the process of organization trainee program PRIMA in UniCredit Bank compared with the trainee programs organized by Raiffeisenbank and ČSOB. The practical part of thesis is based on author's human resources work experience in a bank institution, participation on trainee program management and on job fairs held at the universities. The main contribution of this thesis is the comparison of the trainee programs, the list of essential distinct criteria as well as the comparable even identical general content and structure of the trainee programs.
