This thesis is focused on the reconstruction of the company's accounting system in accordance with applicable law. The literature search will briefly describe the basic law, which must be followed each entity in the accounting treatment, with emphasis on proper preparation of internal guidelines. They will describe the basic requirements for equipment and software in the selection of accounting software. The practical part will be described business entity in which I took during 2011 accounting as an external accountant. Revealing some problems that showed the financial system of this business unit, has motivated me to handle this topic in this thesis. In the practical part describes their accounting methods, software equipment and the main goal of the practical part will apply the correct accounting methods and procedures in the areas in which the company does not properly set up the accounting system. The reconstruction of the accounting system will also find suitable software and its implementation into business operations and in connection with the change in organizational structure. Result of the whole work will be newly created internal directions.

The aim of the these is to compare and evaluace of processing in choice Accounting software. Computer technology can be helpful in the process of accounting. Accounting software are is an integral part of accounting administration. Nowadays a lot of accounting and economic software are on the market. It is necessary to chaose a adequate software for effectiveness of the company. The right choice of software programme can be the first step of firm functioning.

The aim of the thesis is to assess the quality of outputs accounting agenda processing in specific programs to handle the needs of accounting entities. On the market there are countless different accounting software, although to some extent differ in several criteria. Here are two selected published accounting software, which is very different from each other. Accounting software for each entity and a necessary part of the tool for processing of accounting and the right choice is very difficult.

The final thesis deals with computerized book-keeping and accounting software evaluation. The thesis is devided into 5 chapters. The initial four chapters are focused on history of book-keeping, legal regulation of computerized book-keeping, ICT impact on book-keeping and accounting software selection criteria. The last chapter is dedicated to the evaluation of the specific accounting software ACONTO.

Thesis deals with the implementation of a new information system for recording attendance. The first part is focused on the theoretical definition of basic concepts and legislation what is needed for recording the work. The second part describes the various phases of the implementation of ICT system within the company. The main part of this thesis is a practical example of the implementation the system for recording the work in the selected company and its consequent accounting impact.

This thesis is focused on the comparison of selected economic products for the treasury management available in the Czech Republic using the created areas of functional criteria. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described the development of accounting software to current ERP systems. In the practical part there are individual products compared with the system using a particular company. Subsequent evaluation results and findings for the company are captured in final chapters.

Thesis brings process and the election of a comprehensive e-business solutions, accounting software, loyalty program, customer care and storage software for small stores. The first part focuses on the definition of basic concepts such as information systems, ERP and other important concepts necessary for this work. This part of thesis continues to describe information needs, collect and catalog of requirements for small stores. In the last chapters of the first part of the thesis conditions and specific areas of expertise, which is important for companies and the subsequent assessment of economic return. The second part is practically focused on store (boutique) Gentleport and online store www.gentleport.cz. The method of analysis of documents, observation and interviews with management defines the expected reality, needs analysis and requirements for trade. This section is also devoted attention to the description of appropriate systems - a set of independent software compared to implementation of ERP. The third part focuses on the selection of a supplier that meets the requirements of an information system for online store and store Gentleport. The final part focuses on the evaluation of the chosen solution. This section confirms or refutes the hypothesis given at the beginning.
