The present apparatus for the technical analysis of road accidents has no well-integrated information, recommendations or procedures of how to solve comprehensively the analysis of road accidents involving vehicles equipped with stabilization system of driving dynamics. The problem in the investigation of a vehicle movement in a curve is the ignorance of the contributions of vehicle dynamics intervention of the electronic stability system. Although some of the simulation software used in the analysis of road accidents makes it possible to take into account the modelled vehicle movement impacted by a stabilization system in the examined process, but the experts do not know what parameters should be entered in the numerical models of stabilization system in a computer programme. Therefore, the thesis investigates the issue of the expert analysis of vehicle riding and braking in a general spatial curve at speeds exceeding 50 kph with simultaneous examining the impact of electronic stability system chassis on vehicle driving dynamics. The thesis first deals with the solutions based on classical analytical methods, then dwells on experimental measurements in real conditions on testing grounds and, finally, addresses the use of computer simulation software in expert practice. Nevertheless, it is important to realize that no computer simulation software can be an absolutely unambiguous solver, and it is not enough to generate a computer simulation, but so obtained results should be evaluated and justified technically. Road accident analyst needs to know the impact of vehicle electronic stability control systems on vehicle movement. The thesis investigated the mutual relationship between the vehicle speed limit in a curve specified by analytical calculation and the vehicle speed in a curve experimentally detected by measuring the parameters of driving dynamics of a vehicle equipped with electronic stability system. The impact of selected electronic stability control systems of the chassis on the vehicle movement in the investigated processes in the curve was detected and quantified by driving experiments. Finally, the input values of significant quantities of computational models of the ESP simulation programs were found consistent with the results of experimental measurements in defined curves for the vehicles equipped with electronic stability systems. The results of the thesis can be used both in the expert and in the teaching activities.

This diploma thesis deals with assessment of weight parameters impact on driving dynamics. History and basic categories of personal vehicles are described in the introductory part. Weight parameters and driving dynamics of personal vehicles are described in the next part. Methodology and results of realized driving tests (braking test, circular test and avoidance maneuver) are presented in the experimental part of this work. Simulation of realized driving tests that was made by simulation software Virtual Crash is devised in the penultimate chapter. Evaluation of results that were found out from realized and simulated driving tests is made in the last chapter. Achieved results are briefly summarized in conclusion.

Studium chování buněk na nanostrukturovaných TiO2 površích / Nanostructured TiO2 as the surface for the investigation of cell behaviour

This thesis deals with the study of cells on nanostructured surfaces of titanium dioxide, which are produced by the electrochemical method called anodic oxidation. The theoretical part is formed by an overview of manufacturing nanostructured surfaces using anodic oxidation method. It mentions the influence of external factors on the geometric parameters of the structure and description of methods of characterization structures. Furthermore there is processed outline of use for biomedical application and the description of interaction of the cell with surface. The practical part includes description of the production of nanoporous and nano-tubular structures made on thin films of titanium by direct method of anodic oxidation on which was studied the influence of external factors. Described a procedure and production of nanorods structures and nanodots generated using alumina template (AAO) which is subsequently carried out the study of the behavior of cells, which includes tests of adhesion, examination of morphology of cells, assays of proliferation and differentiation. Structures are under investigation of the interaction of cells with the nanostructured layer compared with the smooth surface of the titanium dioxide.

Adhesion of hematopoietic cells to the bone marrow microenvironment is important for their proper development. It is proven that Src-family kinases (SFK) regulate cell adhesion, although their exact role in the regulation of adhesion signaling remains unclear. Since adhesion processes are investigated mainly in adherent cell types, far less is known about hematopoietic cells. However, defects in the cell adhesion accompany a number of hematological diseases, like chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). SFK overexpression is one of the proposed mechanisms of resistance to the first-line CML treatment, imatinib mesylate. Second generation drugs (e. g. dasatinib) inhibit SFK together with Bcr-Abl. Additionally, SFK-specific inhibitors (PP2, Src inhibitor-1) are also available, but there are no studies about effects of these drugs on cellular adhesivity of hematopoietic precursors. To explore the dynamics of hematopoietic cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix, we introduced a new approach using the RTCA xCELLigence DP system along with the well-established method of fluorimetric detection of adherent cell fraction. In biomedicine, the surfaces that withstand accumulation of biofilms are of particular importance. This thesis is focused on development of new plasma-based methods for deposition of bio-resistant (non-fouling) plasma polymers. Poly(ethylene oxide) was the subject material. R.f. magnetron sputtering, plasma-assisted thermal vapour deposition and amplitude modulated atmospheric pressure surface dielectric barrier discharge were the methods adapted to fabricate thin films with tunable chemical composition, cross-link density and biological response. A new insight was gained into the processes of plasma polymerization as well as into composition/structure relationship and its effect on biological properties of resultant films. This thesis aims to design a test equipment for positive change the adhesion contact between the wheel and the rail head. This can be achieved by changing the size of the coefficient of friction, which are eliminated negative effects accompanying the operation of the rail transport (acoustic emissions and excessive wear). Reducing friction must not be compromised traction or braking. Equipment ranks among to Top of Rail systems where as medium is used the friction modifier. The study includes an overview of available types of friction modifiers and applicators Top of rail system. The design of the applicator is built based on the off-board system that is placed in front of the arc track with a small radius of curvature.

Introduction: Actually 0.7-1 percent of all deliveries can be followed by secondary uterine bleeding. There is a residual trophoblastic tissue diagnosed in most of these cases and it is often managed by repeat intrauterine interventions. These operations are connected with high risk of formation of intrauterine adhesions and their early diagnosis and management can be important for next fertility. Material and methods: There were generally 188 patients included into the study. All patients underwent ultrasound examination in 6 weeks after delivery and ambulant hysteroscopy after next 2 months without anesthesia. Described intrauterine pathologies (residual tissue and adhesions) were managed in one step. Results: In cases with suspect ultrasound finding, the retained trophoblastic tissue was diagnosed by hysteroscopy in 66 percent vs. in 96 percent with sensitivity 85 percent and specificity 85 percent. Patients with intrauterine adhesions had normal ultrasound finding in 74 percent and it did not recognized patients with severe adhesions in 94 percent. Clinical signs had generally 72 percent of patients with diagnosed left residual tissue. Problems with musculoskeletal system, such as of developmental disorders, fractures or damage of the bone by age, inflammatory or tumor diseases, are still increasing in orthopaedics. Sometimes the bone tissue is not capable to completely regenerate to exert its physiological function in the organism. For this reason, using the bone replacements is necessary and common nowadays. Despite of an intensive research and testing of a wide range of the potential biomaterials and their combinations, the usage of metal materials for construction of the bone implants, still remains to be the gold standard. Ti-6Al-4V alloy is one of the commercialy used metal materials, which is known for the high mechanical and chemical resistance and a good biocompatibility. For a good biological response of the patient's organism for the bone implant, is an ability of osteointegration into the surrounding bone tissue, the key. This ability can be influenced in the case of the metals, by their surface structure. As it is known from earlier studies, the surface topography of the material is very important for the adhesion and proliferation of the bone cells, which are able to discriminate, very sensitively, between various stages of the material surface roughness. Friction modifiers are a new effective way to control adhesion in wheel and rail contact. The aim of this diploma thesis is experimental study of the influence of the constituents of water based friction modifier on adhesion. Measurement of the adhesion behavior for different friction modifier compositions is carried out on a ball–on–disc laboratory device creating point contact. The introductory part of the experiments describes the effect of individual components on adhesion. Subsequently, combinations of different friction modifier compositions are tested. In conclusion, selected compositions are used for wear tests. The results obtained show that the performance of friction modifiers is greatly influenced by evaporation of base medium.

The aim of this work was to investigate the properties of bonded ballistic materialsBalistic composites are mainly glued to reduce weight while keeping their protective properties. On this basis, the materials used were ballistic steel, ceramics, rubber kevlar, non-gummed kevlar, Dyneema and fiberglass. For bonding used were a one-component adhesive Collano 36.104 and two-component adhesive Biresin U1305. The strength of the joint was measured in shear at tensile loads. From these results, deformation energy was further calculated.
