Verifikace vlivu instruktora na zatížení v průběhu lekce jumpingu / Verification of instructors influences upon loading during jumpig lesson

Title: Verification of instructor influence on the load during exercise session of "Jumping". Goals: The main goal is to observe the dynamics of heart rate during the 62-minute exercise session of "Jumping" and to observe the impact of the instructor on the cardiovascular system load, by monitoring heart rate. Methods: During the exercise session of "Jumping" we observe the cardiovascular system load on 38 volunteers aged 18-30 years, by monitoring of heart rate. For measuring heart rate, we used equipment Polar RS800CX. Probands were divided into four groups according to gender and age. Two groups of men and women in each age categories up to 20 years and from 21 to 30 years. Each proband completed four exercise sessions lasting about 62 minutes. The sessions were led by four different instructors. Results: The analysis results show that the average heart rates during 62 minute exercise session of "Jumping" are not significantly different. TITLE: Body styling - Principles and Practical Implementation OBJECTIVES: The aim of this diploma thesis is the search processing of available literary sources associated with bodystyling and the draft and verification of appropriate bodystyling lessons with positive effect on body composition for women and men without previous experience with bodystyling. METHODS: While elaborating this diploma thesis, my efforts were based on literary search, in particular I searched in literature focused on bodystyling and muscular system anatomy. This work shows its descriptive analytical character. Verification of drafted bodystyling lessons reveals, why bodystyling is a suitable form of regular physical exercise or activity. The target group consisted of twelve persons, six women and six men, within the age from twenty to fifty. None of them had previous experience with bodystyling lessons. RESULTS: The proposed physical intervention positively affected body composition interceded subjects that directly affected the body shaping. Body fat percentage was significantly reduced in eleven people out of twelve. The result of percentage of fat for the examined group is (-0,9±0,6) %. This diploma thesis deals with the problems of the children{\crq}s aerobics at the first grade of the primary school. The aim of the research was to find out the level of motoric skills and knowledge of the chidlren according to the observational method. Moreover, I examined the reactions of the children during the verbal and nonverbal communication made by hands and body on the basis of my own methodical plan. I was also interested in their knowledge or ignorance of English terminology used in the lessons of children{\crq}s aerobics. Three exemplary lessons, which can be hepful for teachers or instructors who want to deal with this activity, are part of my thesis.

The purpose of my work is to create and consequently to confirm set of tests for early school age children, which would make easier the selection of children to sport aerobics clubs. The proposed set of tests includes five - point evaluation scales and is divided to the two parts. Both parts for general kinetic skills and specific kinetic skills include six tests. Measured results were transformed into well-arranged tables and graphs and for better statement value an individual contestant test profile was drafted. My work should be of use to trainers who are to select new club members or who are planning to detect the shortcomings of their members by drafting an individual contestant profile.

Title: The effect of the health-compensatory education program of foot position in aerobics-practicing adolescent girls Objectives: This undergraduate thesis is aimed to create the health-compensatory education program and test its effect and influence on the position, shape and stress of the foot of adolescent girls doing aerobics. Methods: It is a quasi-experiment study using a research method of a case study. The effect of the health-compensatory education program was tasted on 6 girls aged between 16 and 18 years and practicing aerobics. The research sample was divided into 2 groups - the experimental group, which completed the exercises, and the control group, which did not complete the exercises. The health-compensatory education program lasted 12 weeks, 4 times a week for 10-15 minutes. This program was including sensory and motor exercises. The methods of data collection during the entry examinations were kinesiological analysis and the examination on the podoscope. These examinations were repeated immediately after the end of the health-compensation program and subsequently two months after the end of the program. Title: Effects of water-based aerobic programme on health-related physical fitness and health-related quality of life level in elderly females Objectives: The aim of this study was to asses the effect of shallow water aerobic programme on changes of health-related physical fitness and health- related quality of life level in elderly females. Methods: 33 women (mean age 67 ± 5,2 years) were eligible for participation for the study. Participants were divided into experimental and control group. The experimental group (n = 17) participated in a 6month shallow water aerobic programme once a week 60 minutes. The control group did not participate in the physical program. Body composition, low-back and hamstring flexibility, hand grip strength, upper body and lower body strength, aerobic capacity, dynamic postural stability and health-related quality of life were determined before and after completion. Results: This study has shown that the training programme caused a significant increase in aerobic capacity (p = 0,01; r = 0,62) and in general health perception (p = 0,04; r = 0,36). Topic: Choreographical strategies of aerobic fitness teams Objective: To find out according to given criteria, which types of transitions from formation to formation in the competition FISAF fitness aerobic, have the highest impression (effect) on the observer. The types of transitions evaluated are; short and simple transitions, combination of transitions and long and complex transitions. Methods: Sequential mixed method was used to obtain the results. Three criteria, specific for the solutions of space and floor pathways, have been designed for indirect observation and quantitative analysis of the selected choreographies. Second criterion was evaluated by twenty experts through participatory observation and the results were quantified. Qualitative analysis was used in the second part of the third criterion and for all results of the quantitative analysis. Method of comparison was used to compare all results. Conclusion: Most effective showed to be the short and simple transitions, followed by combination of transitions. Long and complex transitions were least impressive for the observer. Tittle: Monitoring motorical skills and abilities for girls 8-10 years old in the course of children's recreational aerobics Objective: Method: In order to achieve the aim of the work, the measurement of partial motorical skills and abilities was used based on the Iowa Brace test, the Eurofit test and the Unifit test 6-60. The results were analyzed by using mathematical-statistical methods. Results: Despite the small research set, the result in one test of four, which is quantitatively evaluated, was determined to be statistically significant. The other test results improved or came close to average values relative to the rest of the research population. The results of test exercises evaluating motorical skills, which were evaluated in a qualitative manner, have been positive. All skills have shown an increase in probands who have mastered them. Testing testifies about improving motorical skills and abilities after completing a course of children's recreational aerobics. The thesis deals with the effect of sports aerobics on correct body posture. Two groups of probands will be compared based on testing. One group has been actively practicing sports aerobics for several years. On the other hand, the second group will include girls who do reacreational sports only. The first group consists of girls representing the Czech Republic at international competitions and practicing sports aerobics in the 1st performance class. The second group of probands consists of students of the 3rd year of the Secondary Vocational School, Sedlčany, Petra Bezruče 364. The thesis will focus on the comparison of the effect of sports aerobics on body posture. In addition, compensatory exercises will be designed to help to eliminate muscle imbalance. The thesis will introduce common exercise aids, which can affect the correct body posture and which can be used in exercises not only for sports aerobics training, but also within the classes of school physical education.

Title: Evaluation of the strength of selected muscle groups and the range of motion in sport aerobics athletes Objective: Sport aerobics belongs to group of sport gymnastics, which brings increased demands especially on joint mobility, muscle strength and coordination of movement. Athletes are selected according to these prerequisites the development of which is still supported by training. The thesis follow up the physical measurement of these attributes. The Aim: Evaluation of joint mobility and muscle strength of 12-16 year old sport aerobic athletes and their correlations. Furthermore, the comparison together with the level of the performance group. Method: Measurement of joint mobility using goniometry, hypermobility evaluation using Beighton score, measurement of the muscle strength using HUMAC isokinetic dynamometer. Comparison of measured results with performance group level. Results: During measurement of the joint range using the method goniometry was found, that in flexion of the hip joint had 100 % of the athletes increased joint motion. In hip extension, the joint range wasn't increased at all. Beighton score showed, that 90 % of athletes were constitutionally hypermobile.
