Obraz tělesnosti - Tělesnost obrazu / Image of Physicality - Physicality of Image

Slachová, Markéta January 2014 (has links)
In the thesis submitted, I deal with the concepts of human physicality and image and their mutual relationship from the point of view of how physicality can be made present in the image and hence in the very dialogue between an artwork and the viewer. The other part is devoted to artistic contexts. I would like to give examples of various works of art which can be traced by means of confronting the contemporary concept of physicality and the appearance of a human figure coming from the earliest paintings to art actions of the present and contemporary art events. My goal is to try to grasp the relation between image and physicality, especially in the context of art education and possibilities of gallery and museum education. I designed and implemented a large educational project: Painting the flesh - the physicality of painting, that uses elements of visually dramatic conception of art education, emphasizing work with pupils physicality of their own, linked to the contexts of art history and also deals with the theme of interpretation, reproduction and manipulation of paintings. The visual part is called Interpretation as a shift from the painting of physicality to the physicality of painting and is also derived from the topic examined in the work.

Vztah římskokatolické církve ke kinematografii v českých zemích mezi lety 1918 - 1948 / The Relationship of the Roman Catholic Church to Cinematography in the Czech Lands between 1918 and 1948

Hasan, Petr January 2020 (has links)
After the First World War, the Catholic Church intensified its interest in a world that was becoming ever more secular and began to look for new means of actively and creatively taking part in cultural affairs. Cinematography was one of the areas in which this trend became most apparent. It was shortly after the invention of cinematograph that various ideas and plans regarding how to deal with film began to emerge among Catholics. Consequently, the Pope gave his blessing to community-based initiatives and included them in his plan in the encyclical Vigilanti Cura. This study seeks to familiarise the reader with a multifarious mixture of interesting, and often contradictory, voices and opinions that were heard from Czech Catholics with regard to film. Catholic activities in the field of film are divided into three basic areas: production, classification and distribution, with the first area concerning the effort to make their own Catholic films. This study demonstrates the problems faced in this endeavour by presenting the difficulties in the making of the film Saint Wenceslas and the consequent relationship of Catholics to the completed work. The classification of films from the Catholic point of view was carried out systematically and in a coordinated manner. The study deals with the origins of...

Vybraná témata ve strunové teorii pole a fyzice D-brán / Selected topics in string field theory and physics of D-branes

Vošmera, Jakub January 2020 (has links)
We discuss certain aspects of string field theory and its applications in exploring the land- scape of classical string theory vacua. We start by giving a brief overview of various tree-level string field theories, as well as of some relevant mathematical background. As a byproduct of our general discussion of observables, we present a new gauge-invariant quantity for the A∞ formulation of open superstring field theory. Putting particular emphasis on perturba- tive methods, we proceed to review in detail the construction of tree-level effective actions governing the dynamics of a certain subset of degrees of freedom. In light of recent devel- opments, we also discuss efficient methods for evaluating certain vertices of zero-momentum effective actions for open superstring and heterotic string field theories in the presence of a global N = 2 worldsheet superconformal symmetry. We show how to apply this perturbative approach to study dynamics of the D(−1)/D3 system (both with and without a B-field), while also discussing a number of more complicated Dp-brane configurations. At generic points in their moduli spaces, such bound states of Dp-branes clearly cannot be described in terms of simple Dirichlet or Neumann boundary conditions. The rest of this thesis is therefore devoted to developing analytic...

Život sester řádu svaté Voršily v období komunismu / Life of sisters from Saint Ursula in time of communism

Trunečková, Pavlína January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with the relationship between the state and the Catholic Church during the years 1948 - 1989 and its impact on women's religious orders, namely the Union Order of St. Ursula, whose members in 1950 have been victims of internment and as a result of the centralization of the state in the event "Ř". Specific stories of six nuns documented the conditions in which the Order was forced to survive in a time when the activities of all religious orders were prohibited. The persecution of nuns were forced to work in agriculture, industry, and later also worked in psychiatric hospitals and social care institutions. The authentic experiences of survivors help us not only to reconstruct the sequence of historical events, but also give us nuns personal views on this difficult period, during which, regardless of circumstances, they managed to maintain their inner freedom. Individual narrative report in view of the time they experienced mostly match, but we find little differences. The aim of this work is to find continuity in the experiences, to understand and learn the motivations behind the positions of the narrators and on this basis to achieve at least partial conclusions. Otázka rasy v judikatuře Nejvyššího soudu USA : vývoj interpretace principu rovnoprávné ochrany / The issue of race in the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the United States : the evolving interpretation of the Equal Protection Clause

Martinec, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
This thesis entitled The Issue of Race in the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the United States: The Evolving Interpretation of the Equal Protection Clause analyses the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court of the United States concerning Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, in particular the following decisions: Plessy v. Ferguson, Sweatt v. Painter, Brown v. Board of Education, Topeka, Regents of the University of California v. Bakke, Grutter v. Bollinger, Gratz v. Bollinger, Fisher v. University of Texas and Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action. The analysis of the above- mentioned decisions illustrates the evolution of the philosophical background of the Supreme Court. After the Second World War, the natural-law legal philosophy began influencing the Justices and slightly overshadowed the positive-law current that was predominant in the pre- War era, in particular in the 19th century. This new philosophical background of the High Court help to constitutionally entrench the affirmative action policies by Justice Powell's opinion in Bakke and particularly by Grutter. However, the natural-law current has never become as dominant as the positive-law one in the 19th century, and as shown in Grutter's companion case of Gratz...

Další vzdělávání učitelů vyučujících tělesnou výchovu na základních a středních školách v České republice / Further education of teachers teaching physical education at elementary and high schools in the Czech Republic

Hájek, Daniel January 2021 (has links)
Title: Further education of teachers teaching physical education at elementary and high schools in the Czech Republic Objectives: One of the aims of this diploma thesis was to analyse the current offer of accredited educational events DVPP (further education of educational workers) in the field of physical education. We were interested in data concerning the form and focus of events, hourly subsidy, number of expected participants, and participation fee. Another aim of this thesis was to find out what attitude teachers of physical education have in relation to their further continuous education. Among other things, we were interested in how often they participate in this education and what forms of educational events they find most suitable regarding the subject of physical education. Methods: In the first phase, the data obtained from the databases of granted accreditations in the DVPP system managed by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, were analysed. The data in the next part were obtained using an own questionnaire survey, which elementary and high school teachers of physical education have participated in. A total of 700 schools were addressed (25 elementary schools and 25 high schools from all regions of the Czech Republic). Results: Most accredited educational events were focused...

ROZPOZNÁNÍ ČINNOSTÍ ČLOVĚKA VE VIDEU / HUMAN ACTION RECOGNITION IN VIDEO

Řezníček, Ivo January 2014 (has links)
