Main aim of this work is to assess the market for convention tourism in terms of Czech Republic and to explain the organization of a specific congressional event. Theoretical part of this work is focused on convention tourism, its form, specifics and function. Practical part includes market analysis of the meeting industry. Its objective is to assess the status of the industry both in the national economy of the Czech Republic and international competition. Further analysis focuses on evaluation of the congressional potential of Prague and assessment of the impact of economic recession on this sector. Practical contribution of this work is a manual or a handbook that would provide readers guidance for organizing a conventional event. The process of organization is outlined with specific examples.

In the theoretical part compares the behavior of animals and people in the process of courtship, briefly introduces history of dating , the phenomenon of "singles" and deals with today's possibilities of dating. Further looks into the adult education in context with drama education to a general level of communication. The practical part describes the genesis process of authorial project " Dating is a game " and presents an example of three programs which were realized as a dating event for singles by using dramatic methods.

Only a few cultural organizations in the country are devoted to development and continual work with individual fundraising. Many other cultural NGOs stands at the beginning of creating a strategy and planning individual fundraising in general. For this reason, this diploma thesis deals with potential and usable strategies in individual fundraising, donors motivation based on Czech surveys, case studies of cultural organizations with the potential in individual giving and other aspects. The summary should provide basic knowledge framework for the creation of strategies for cultural organizations that may find out desire and motivation to pursue potential of individual fundraising in the future. This thesis seeks to change stereotypes in thinking about individual fundraising as a way of raising funds without the potential and historical context.

The diploma thesis is focused on proposing form strategic system management and performance measurement of the selected company through the application of Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part deals with corporate strategy, business performance, characteristic of the Balanced Scorecard and steps of implementation. The practical part is devoted to assessing the current situation of the selected company through strategic analysis, financial analysis and employees survey. Based on these results and clarify company strategy are derived strategic goals. Then scales enabling to monitor the fulfilment of the strategic business goals are set. Thereafter the strategic actions are identify to achieve the targets. Finally, the proposed timetable for the implementation, quantified costs and created model scenario for companies contemplating the introduction of this method.

Analýza souboru účastníků vybraných běžeckých akcí / Analysis of participants on selected running events

Title: Analysis of selected running events Objectives: The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyse participants taking part in particular running competitions and their relationship to running. Furthermore, to obtain information in relation to their lifestyle, education, employment, age, homelife, financial possibilities and training for particular race. Methods: Analysis of participants of running events is done through questionnaires which were handed out electronically on social websites and personally at the place of a competition. Teoretical base has its origin on personal experiences, studied literature and internet sources. Results: Based on results, I came to the conclusion that promoting running competitions primarily via social websites is the most advantageous. Runners who participated at the running event previously already, share their experiences among themselves. They attract more runners to well-organized running competitions and ensure their success this way. Each running event has its runners who differ slightly, for example by age, running equipment etc. The results may serve as a guideline for organisators of running competitions in creating marketing strategy focusing on particular target groups. Dobrovolnictví na sportovních akcích / Voluteering at Sport Event

Title: Volunteering at sport events Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to identify the most important factors that motivate volunteers in Czech Republic to their participation at sport events. A questionnaire was distributed amongst the volunteers. Detected data should help the organizers to understand what kind of people the volunteers are and help with their future recruitment. Methods: The following methods were used when writing this thesis: case studies, the analysis of the relevant and available documents, written questioning. Results: Results of the survey show that most of the volunteers are younger than thirty years and that women are slightly prevailing among them. Volunteers valued following motives as the most important for their participation: I want to help make the event a success, I want to be beneficial, I want to spend my free time in a meaningful way. In comparison with the foreign studies, which are analysed in this thesis, it showed that volunteers in foreign countries consider similar motives as the most important. Canisterapeutický pobyt jako prostředek sociální rehabilitace / Canistherapeutic stay as the means of the Social Rehabilitation

Using the dogs for the therapeutic purposes is not novelty anyway. Connection to the dog is, vice versa, one of the strongest fixations in the human society. It is know, that many people feel absence of somebody, who they could have a good chat from their joys and troubles of life or only the closeness of some living creature who would love them. Theoretical part of this thesis is focused on explanation of names as zootherapy, canistherapy and recovering actions. One chapter of this part is dedicated the introduction on the Training Centre of Canistherapy called Hafík, o.s. (non-profit civic association). Further, the author concerns explanation of issues with integration and inclusion. The last part of the theoretical section is focused on explanation of the term social skill. Aim of the practical part of thesis is based on describing of researching methods and one is own results of research work. Researching aim of it was describing of the change in the social sphere and social skills of children from the intact society in a course of stay action realization with focus on canistherapy. For realization of the researching part of thesis author chose qualitative way of research. For collection of dates the method of taking part was used. In practice, it was long-termed and systematical observation of children from the intact society directly during their stay action focused on canistherapy. The second used method for collection of the dates was depth interview with the children from the intact society, who took part in the stay action focused on canistherapy. During this interview children were inquired individually in advance prepared, open questions, concerning, above all, their opinion about the handicapped friends, who took part in this stay action together with them. The last method used for collection of the dates in my thesis is the method of structural examination, which was used with the parents of children from the intact society, who took part in the stay action focused on canistherapy. After its ending, among the parents of children, there was realized examination, endeavouring for opinion of them: influence of this stay action to their child. As complementary dates resource, there was used the method of photo documentation. The research was under way in the period from July to September 2012 with the children from intact society, who where participants of the stay action focused on canistherapy and their parents. Camp was arranged with the Training Centre of Canistherapy called Hafík, o.s. (non-profit civic association). Whole of a piece 12 respondents both males and females from the row of the children from intact society took part in this stay action together with 6 parents of them. Results of the researching proved forth coming changes in the social sphere and social skills of the intact children during their stay action focused on canistherapy. The children improved their communication, learnt to establish and keep contact with new people. They became more self-confident, independent and self-sufficient. Further, the children, thanks to the presence of handicapped one´s, have learnt both the correct access to them and the forms of manners with them. At the same time they have got new knowledge about some individual types of disabilities. During the program with present dogs children gained couples of knowledge and skills, concerning with behavior, care and training the dogs. They learnt, how safely and in a responsible way entry to this four-footed friends. Author believes results of her thesis could serve as material for canistherapy in practice and for canistherapy on scientific, researching and educational level too.
