The diploma thesis is focused on the proposal of the system of strategic management according to Balanced Scorecard method to the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on strategic and financial analysis and Balanced Scorecard methodology. In the practical part of the thesis, strategic and financial analysis is carried out, including the processing of the questionnaire survey. On this basis, business objectives, including their benchmarks and target values, are set. Furthermore, a strategic map is drawn up to determine the strategic links between the individual objectives. Strategic actions are also identified to lead to strategic targets. At the end, the cost of implementing the Balanced Scorecard method is calculated, a timeline of creation a baseline framework is proposed and a model scenario of implementation for similar enterprises in the sector are derived.

The so called 'operation Kulak' and its impact in the districts Chrudim and Hlinsko Abstract The submitted doctoral thesis analyses the problem of a violent phase of collectivization in Czechoslovakia in the 1950's, with a particular focus on the so called 'Operation Kulak.' In the first part, the author analyses the historical background of collectivization and therefore at first provides with significant milestones in the history of Czechoslovakia. He focuses mainly on the development after the Second World War, with a particular aim to inquire into the relation of land confiscation made on the ground of Czechoslovakian president's decrees. Specific attention is also paid to the fundamental regulations, which are connected either with the agricultural production, land ownership, or with the violent phase of collectivization. Moreover, the author introduces 'Operation Kulak' nationwide. He gives a detailed description of the preparation of the most significant events linked to the above-mentioned operation, including pretexts for its implementation known as 'Babice case' (1951). 'Operation Kulak' was prepared in the highest ranks of the Czechoslovak Communist Party with an involvement of closest collaborators of Klement Gottwald. Title: Organization of voluteers at the RunTour running series Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to evaluace the satisfaction of volunteers and organizers with the volunteer program on the running series RunTour and to suggest possible recommendations for its improvement. Methods: As part of the qualitative survey, the method of in-depth interviews was used, which took place with the coordinator of the volunteer program and with the heads of selected sections. Furthermore, a quantitative method of electronic interrogation was applied. The research was complemented by observations made by the author of the thesis, who personally participated in all races. Results: The research shows that most volunteers and organizers evaluate the volunteer program very positively. However, research has identified several areas where there is room for improvement. Title: Financial plan of the golf tournament Automechanika Golf Cup 2021 Objective: The main objective of this thesis is to construct financial plan of golf tournament which is based on the wishes and demands of company Automechanika, a.s. who is the submitter of this tournament. Supportive goals for the main objective are: implementation of semi- structured interview, analysis of annual report of 2020, set up a complete schedule of the day. Methods: This thesis is using qualitative method with the help of interview that are accomplished with representative of company Automechanika, a.s. and Sokrates Golf & Country Club. Detected information will result to organization and plan of golf tournament. Results: Results of this thesis shows Financial position of Automechanika, a.s. thanks to analysis of annual report 2020. Thanks to this analysis is clear that organazing of a golf tournament will not be a problém for this company. Part of results are expenses and revenues roster for hosting golf tournament Automechanika Golf Cup 2021. Final amount of expenses is 205.800,- Kč. This amount was lowered thanks to closing sponsorship contract and the final amount reached 160.800,- Kč. Key words: Organization, management, planning, sports event, budget, finance.

The condition in the approach is not strictly following the established procedures. Rather, it is about reassessing what is essential at the moment.

The Dark Green World. Radical environmentalism in Czech republic after 1989 Arnošt Novák ABSTRACT Since 1970' environmental movement has been an important social actor. However it never has been an homogeneous and monolithic movement, but it has represented conglomerate of different approaches and currents, strategies and tactics which they were often in mutual contradictions too. This thesis focus on czech environmental movement after 1989 and especially on the radical ecologist activities. By using qualitative research it tries to map and to re-construct radical ecologist activites within a framework of international radical environmentalism. The thesis strives to open critical discussion about radical ecology in the czech context.

Participant loyalty and satisfaction with services offered on Street Dance Kemp Goal: Main goal of this thesis is to find a relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction with services offered on Street Dance Kemp. Methods: In this thesis is used questionnaire and structured interview for obtaining data about participant satisfaction with services offered and about their loyalty to the event. Will be also examined the available competition in dance camps in Europe. To find a relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction is used statistical method Kruskal-Wallis non-parametrical ANOVA. Results: Main result of this thesis is evaluation of the relationship between participant loyalty and satisfaction and future possible improvement of the services in order to get more loyal participants.
