Optimalizace expedice zboží z regálového systému logistického skladu / Optimization of dispatch of goods from rack system of logistics warehouse.

Chlup, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
The diploma thesis submitted solves problems of optimization of goods expedition from rack system of a logistic store. It concerns solution of a practical task which optimizes a passage route through the rack system and evaluates individual orders for creation of optimal expedition dispatching batch. The existing dispatching system, use of sources and creation of time schedule is being described at the beginning. Description of general practical solutions of seeking the shortest way through the graph through appointed nodes follows. Chosen solution and its practical implementation are introduced afterwards. Comparative tests with existing system and their evaluations are mentioned at the end of the thesis.

Sledování vybraného objektu v dynamickém obraze / Object tracking in videofeed

Klvaňa, Marek January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is a description and implementation of algorithms of the tracked objects in the video feed. This thesis introduces Mean shift and Continuously adaptive mean shift algorithms which represent category based on kernel tracking. For construction of a model is used a threedimensional color histogram whose construction is described in this thesis as well. The achievements of described algorithms are compared in the testing images sequences and evaluated in details.

Modelování přístupových metod datové komunikace po silnoproudých vedeních / Modeling of Medium Access Methods of Power Line Communication

Koutný, Martin January 2011 (has links)
The dissertation thesis is focused on analysis, modeling and optimization of the medium access layer of power line communication. In the first part of the paper, the thesis briefly summarizes a basic information of power line communication. In the next sections, the objectives of the dissertation are placed. A simplification of current models of HomePlug and a optimalization of distribution function in back off procedure are one of the main goals of this work. A detailed analysis of HomePlug technology, which is widespread used in the broadband transmission, follows. The work is focused on analyzing of the MAC layer in this part. The discrete simulation models have been implemented in Matlab. The approximation discrete numerical model has been used for analysis of various distribution functions for HomePlug to optimalize backoff algorithm. The new optimalizations are suitable for large networks. The new approach of MAC modelling is introduced in last part of this work. The new model is not exact as Markov models but it is faster and easier for implementation. The analytical model desribes a system using probabilistic functions.

Akcelerace neuronových sítí s využitím GPU / The GPU Based Acceleration of Neural Networks

Šimíček, Ondřej January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with the acceleration of backpropagation neural networks using graphics chips. To solve this problem it was used the OpenCL technology that allows work with graphics chips from different manufacturers. The main goal was to accelerate the time-consuming learning process and classification process. The acceleration was achieved by training a large amount of neural networks simultaneously. The speed gain was used to find the best settings and topology of neural network for a given task using genetic algorithm.

AeroWorks: Pohybová platforma pro simulátor / AeroWorks: Simulator Motion Platform

Morávek, Martin January 2012 (has links)
This diploma thesis is dealing with the concepts behind the Stewart platform based flight simulation phenomena along with the method of inverse kinematics computation. Further, a washout algorithm to provide appropriate vestibular sensing to the pilot and ensuring that platform will not reach its limits is presented. Digital filters designed to be used in the implementation of the washout algorithm and their characteristics are also covered. The last part describes the architecture of the whole system and the implementation of individual parts.

Strukturní design pomocí celulárních automatů / Structural Design Using Cellular Automata

Bezák, Jakub January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this paper is to introduce the readers to the field of cellular automata, their design and their usage for structural design. Genetic algorithms are usually involved in designing complicated cellular automata, and because of that they are also briefly described here. For the purposes of this work sorting networks are considered as suitable structures to be designed using cellular automata, however, they are not a part of the automata but they are generated separately by modified rules of a local transition function.

Algoritmy pro vyhledání nejdelšího shodného prefixu / Longest Prefix Match Algorithms

Kováčik, Michal January 2012 (has links)
This thesis focuses on algorithms for longest prefix match (LPM), which is the key operation in packet classification and routing in TCP/IP networks. A space for analysis of commonly used algorithms with emphasis on their speed and memory efficiency is dedicated along with necessary theory. Focus is then oriented on IPv6 networks, their typical prefix sets and comparison of suitable algorithms. Afterwards, the optimization for selected algorithm is suggested and implemented in programming language Python.

Vyhledávání kvadruplexů v DNA sekvencích / Quadruplex Detection in DNA Sequences

Sečka, Martin January 2012 (has links)
This master's thesis focuses on search for sequences potentially forming quadruplexes in DNA sequences, their visualization and filtration. For this purpose a web application was created in cooperation with the Institute of biophysics of Academy of science of Czech republic. This application uses a newly created algorithm able to find all possible formations of quadruplex within given input sequence. Design and implementation of this algorithm are also part of this thesis.
