Využití genetického algoritmu pro detekci hran v lékařských obrazech / The use of genetic algorithm for edge detection in medical imagesSlobodník, Michal January 2008 (has links)
This work deals with the possibilities of employing a genetic algorithm to edge detection. There is introduced a project which uses enhanced image divided into sub-regions, on which detection by genetic algorithm is applied. To achieving our goals are used individuals in two-dimensional bit arrays, for which are specially adjusted mutation and crossover operators. Cost minimization approach is used as fitness function. The project was created and tested in Matlab environment.

Internetové uživatelské rozhraní pro tvorbu elektronických schémat / Internet schematic editorPopelka, Lukáš January 2009 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with creating of electronic schematics in editor using web interface. The editor generates electrical circuit text file according to Spice netlist specification. The program has been created in Java and takes an advantage of object oriented programming language. The editor is a part of a web page and is executable as an applet. The diploma thesis describes a programming language selection, program layout and implementation. Thesis contains programming code examples, window illustration and component drawings. Depth-first search algorithm has been used for nodes number assignment. An OrCAD PSpice reference guide was used for netlist.

Řídicí systém mobilního robotu Minidarpa / Minidarpa robot - software designKopecký, Martin January 2010 (has links)
This master‘s thesis deals with theme of autonomous mobile robots. In sequence of the bachelor’s thesis its goal is to design a control system of the outdoor mobile robot for Minidarpa type competition. It could be practically used for an autonomous transportation of material. In design of the control system the attention is aimed at planning algorithms which are divided into the local and the global parts. Most of the work is paid to a global planning algorithm, which plans, in help with graph algorithms, points needed to travel to achieve the goal. The global map is defined in RNDF file which must be preprocessed for needs of planning. There are designed classes in C++ language for communication with subsystems too. The control system further contains graphical interface for operation of the robot and a remote control through a wireless gamepad.

Diagnostika ventrikulárních tachykardií z elektrokardiografického záznamu. / Diagnosis of Ventricular Tachycardias from ElectrocardiogramŠrutová, Martina January 2010 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is a diagnosis of ventricular tachycardias, fibrillations and flutters from electrocardiogram. These disturbances of heart rate are ranked among the life threatening arrhytmias. This work presents own method of the automatic detection, which is created for the ECG holter monitoring system. The proposed algorithm is based on the detection in the spectral domain, which is supported by the detection in the time domain. The results show the discrimination of arrhytmias from the normal sinus rhythm and the discrimination from the noise. The method is tested with ECG records from the The AHA Database (American Heart Association) and from The MIT-BIH Malignant Ventricular Arrhythmia Database.

Lokalizace stanic v Internetu pomocí metody Vivaldi s adaptivním časovým krokem / Localization of nodes in Internet using Vivaldi system with adaptive time stepMašín, Jan January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to identification with the principles of logical evaluation of the position of stations on the Internet. Read up on the localization algorithm called Vivaldi with adaptive time step and subsequently to its implementation in the operating system GNU/Linux CentOS distribution. Do one's homework the PlanetLab experimental network (http://www.planet-lab.org/). At selected stations from the network transfer created by the application and verify its function on the real servers located at various places around the globe and assess the accuracy achieved by estimating the distance between stations on the PlanetLab network. In this scope of activity, the application was created to measure the delay prediction using Vivaldi algorithm with adaptive time step which is on principle of operation a client-server where the client performs the steps of the algorithm, Vivaldi and the server only listens, collects the resulting data Vivaldi algorithm and stores them neatly file. Furthermore, the application was developed for direct measurement of the delay, which also functions as a client-server. These applications have been transferred to the selected nodes from the PlanetLab experimental network. Subsequently, these nodes were running, to carry out the necessary measurements. The resulting values were work into tables of using Microsoft Excel. These values were then compared with direct measurements and competitive positioning by the King. Vivaldi localization methods with adaptive time step and the King, were compared based on calculated estimates of both real estate errors and measurement using distribution function of the relative errors of both methods. All this information was evaluated to compare accuracy of both the localization methods and direct measurements.

Rozměření signálů EKG / ECG Wave DelineationŠlof, Michael January 2015 (has links)
This master thesis named “Measuring of ECG signals” is focused on detailed description of resting signals of ECG, which are derived from known positions of the start and the end of the wave P, complex QRS, and wave T. For this purpose we used classic twelve lead in ECG signals from CSE database, which consisted of 250 measurement records. Outcome of this work will be an algorithm capable of classifying chosen heat anomalies, as well as study which will evaluate quality of this algorithm from statistical standpoint. This study will also carry out statistical calculations concerning most common heart anomalies. These materials could be used as a software support for cardiologists.

Generování nestrukturovaných sítí / Unstructured Mesh GenerationRozehnalová, Petra January 2009 (has links)
Meshes based on triangulation (2D) or tetrahedralization (3D) are widely used in applications such as computer graphics, interpolation, surveying, and terrain modelling. Although the most important use is in numerical methods for the solution of partial differential equations. This solution is use for simulation of complex physical processes, which are described by this equations. The main topic of this thesis is mash generation.
