Resumé The official title of my thesis is Application for an appeal review on the points of law in civil procedure. The main objective of this thesis is to describe the development of an institute of an application for an appeal review throughout the legal history of the civil procedure in the area of the Czech Republic up to current state, with a particular focus on the conditions of admissibility of such application and its essentials. My thesis is composed of three chapters. The first chapter is to introduce the reader to the historical development of an application of an appeal review from the very beginning in the 18th century up to date. In particular, the landmark Constitutional Court decision (sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 29/11) is emphasized in the end of the chapter. The second chapter deals with the actual legislation of an application for an appeal review in The Code of Civil Procedure. Its main goal is to describe this institute as whole. It is also to provide the reader with further analysis of some controversial issues of the actual legislation as the conditions of admissibility of an application and its essentials required by the law. International Telemetering Conference Proceedings / October 17-20, 1994 / Town & Country Hotel and Conference Center, San Diego, California / Testing of airborne weapons systems often requires that a scoring system be placed on the target drone to obtain critical miss distance data. Advanced weapons utilizing directional warheads often require a scoring system which yields vector, miss distance and miss direction, information. Scalar scoring systems currently in use are relatively simple and inexpensive. Vector scoring systems are typically complex and the cost of systems which are currently available or are being developed can be prohibitively expensive. Due to the current military budget decline, development of a low cost vector scoring system is desirable This paper introduces a low cost vector scoring system developed for airborne target drones and based on an inexpensive scalar scoring system currently in use. To meet the low cost criteria, vector operation is achieved via minimal modifications to the existing scalar system.

This dissertation's intention is to deal with the legal demarcation of regions' and municipalities' jurisdiction, with short history excurs from year 1848 to the present. Next intention are individual components of the individual and delegated jurisdiction, regulatory activity and content statutory authorization to authority to legislate and its limits. Continue to be paid to comparison of czech and European legislation contained in the European Charter of Local Self- Government. The aim of this thesis is to compare the definition of regions and municipalities, of the individual or of delegated powers, and highlight some of the differences in this definition.

<p>Bakgrund: Anorexia Nervosa (AN) är en allvarlig sjukdom som påverkar hela familjen. Den sjuke är ofta medveten om att hon skadar hela familjen men är oförmögen att rätta till det. Då orsaken till AN är okänd finns heller ingen konsensus om vilken behandling som är den rätta, men flertalet forskare anser att familjen har stor betydelse i behandlingen. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa</p><p>föräldrars upplevelser av att ha ett barn med AN. Metoden* var en systematisk litteraturstudie. Litteratursökning gjordes i databaserna, Pubmed, Chinal och PsychInfo. Av funnen litteratur gjordes innehållsanalyser som ledde till 3 teman. Resultatet visade att det var mycket krävande att vara förälder till ett barn med AN</p><p>samt att behovet av stöd var stort och föräldrar uttryckte bland annat stor besvikelse på hälso- och sjukvårdens bemötande. I brist på stöd och information var det många föräldrar som skuldbelade sig själva för barnets sjukdom. Till slut kretsade hela familjens liv kring sjukdomen och familjens sociala liv inskränks eller till och med upphör. Även syskon påverkades och de påverkade sjukdomen i olika riktningar. Vår slutsats är att föräldrar är i stort behov av information och stöd, vilket de idag upplever vara brist av. Detta är något som både vårdcentraler och sjukhus måste bli bättre på för att främja hälsa för föräldrar med barn med anorexia.</p>

The research aims to investigate Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of a junior high school Chinese teacher, and to analyze its content, sources of construct, reasoning and action, and its instructional presentation. This research adopted case study that targeted an experienced Chinese teacher (Pseudonym: Miss Huang). The researcher, a main research instrument, entered Miss Huang¡¦s teaching field to collect data for one semester by means of classroom observation, formal and informal interviews and documents, expecting the research findings can be used as reference of Chinese-related curriculum of Teachers Training Institute. The results indicated as follows. First of all, the content of Miss Huang¡¦s PCK, based on teaching belief, and integrates the knowledge of subject matter, of teaching, understanding to the learners and the grasp of context. Miss Huang continuously expanded her content and her PCK presents three characteristics: (1) Teacher¡¦s belief and attitude toward subject affect the development of PCK (2) Teacher adopts appropriate ways to solve students¡¦ problems by realizing their difficulties in learning (3) Teacher¡¦s cognition to context influences the presentation of PCK. Secondly, there are three sources of constructing Miss Huang¡¦s PCK. (1) The practical teaching experience is the most important source of PCK. The novice¡¦s teaching experience plays an important role in learning teaching. (2) With the accumulation of the teaching experience, the source of constructing PCK becomes diversified. (3) The practical teaching and learning experience complement each other. Miss Huang¡¦s reasoning and action is divided into three stages: pre-teaching, in-teaching, after-teaching. The pre-teaching preparation is based on the previous teaching experience, and derives new thought from prior experience. The in-teaching presentation is diversified, and the interpretation is the most common way of presentation. The after-teaching evaluation still adopts paper-and-pencil test, together with other ways of evaluation, such as reports, learning sheets, and activities.
