This thesis deals with the management changes in the company. First, the proposals for change variants that are evaluated by economic and non-economic criteria. After the change processing option is selected. The result is the implementation of the Change option. This thesis uses the method of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction.

Diplomová práce měla za úkol aplikovat vybrané metody managementu kvality a tím zanalyzovat údaje o neshodné výrobě odštěpného závodu společnosti Lamela Electric, a.s. Výsledkem analýzy je zjištění příčin vzniku neshod a návrh opatření pro minimalizaci neshodné výroby.

Práce se zaměřuje na reportingový systém v nebankovní hypotéční instituci. Důraz je kladen na klíčové ukazatelé výkonnosti, které se používají ve firmách daného typu.

Cílem diplomové práce bylo provést analýzu a zhodnocení situace v malé firmě o počtu kolem 10 zaměstnanců a podat majiteli doporučení v otázkách týkajících se dalšího vývoje firmy, organizování a provádění rozboru ekonomické situace. Teoretická část diplomové práce vysvětluje metody, které jsou aplikovány v praktické části - teorii životního cyklu podniku a metody analýzy SWOT analýza a finanční analýza. Při hodnocení finanční situace podniku byly použity metody horizontální a vertikální analýzy účetních výkazů, hodnocení pomocí poměrových ukazatelů, hodnotového ukazatele výkonnosti - EVA a bankrotních modelů.

This diploma thesis bearing title Strategic Plan of the selected Micro-region deals with processing of a strategic development plan for Bojkovsko micro-region, assotiations of towns and municipalities. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part which is literary research follows up definitions of basic concepts including the structure and process of elaboration of the strategic plan. Thesis continues with second part which is socio-economic analysis of the examined Bojkovsko micro-region followed with SWOT analysis. Thesis also includes questionnaire survey focused on the views of municipal representatives on development of the examined micro-region. Lastly the strategic plan of the Bojskovsko micro-region is designed which can be beneficial for further development of the territory.

Thesis on "business strategy" is focused on content analysis of strategic business process and its conclusions to be drawn, which lead to future business development strategy. The main result of this work is the strategy, that would drive the company had overcome the crisis that was triggered by the loss of most voluminous contract. SETJA Company Ltd. In this work through external analysis, internal analysis, analysis of industry and competitor analysis are described in detail and set out the problem areas. These problem areas are the proposed measures, which are summarized in the actual business strategy.

The thesis provides an analysis of German language reading books, which were used for German language teaching in the area of the Czech statě in the period of 1800 - 2000. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part, "Úvodní slovo", defines the objectives and the hypothesis of the work, describes the methodology and summarizes the present knowledge of German mythology. The second part, "Teorie textových materiálů a problém germánské mytologie" is also theoretical part of the thesis. Within the second section, the basic characteristics of teaching text materials are provided together with the content and main objective of teaching the German language and literature. Furthermore, German mythology and approach of Czech people to it is described in this section together with its didactical use. The third part is an empirical part resulting directly from the analysis of reading books of particular periods of time. The main objective of the theses was to describe the knowledge of German mythology which secondary school students were required to have in period of 1800 and 2000. Knowledge of the classical mythology had the principál role in the past. Classical mythology was much more popular than any other mythology, including German mythology.
