The diploma thesis shows an influence of fibre on fermentated dairy products. The thesis describes technological features of fibre, types of fibre used in food processing and its acqusition for human nutrition. A yoghurt, as the most widespread example of fermentated dairy products, has been chosen for analysis. In the production of white yoghurt and cream, there was used wheat and bamboo fibre in 3% concentration. Fiber was added into raw milk before the pasteurization and then the classical production with maturation in a glass followed. Yogurt cream was consenquently made from yogurt. Evaluators during the senzory analysis evaluated 3 samples of yogurt or yogurt cream, in which one sample was without fibre addition. The results of the thesis is the recipe for milk yogurt product with a fiber content of 3%.

The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of budget systems, especially the areas of public budgets, i.e. the state budget and the budgets of regions and municipalities. This part of the work is characterized by many instances of various budgets and municipality budgets. The state budget in terms of budgetary system is assigned the greatest importance. The central issue of this work is the municipal budget, which also corresponds to the practical part. Furthermore, the structure of both revenue and expenditure, including the ability to cover the resulting deficit, is discussed. The practical part analyses the municipal budget of Vysokov, a municipality in the Náchod district. The introduction is a brief description of the selected municipality. What follow are the horizontal and vertical analyses of the financial statements in a simplified format. The achieved results are compared with the results of the neighbouring municipalities of Studnice and Kramolna for better predicative ability of management. The period over which the financial statements of the municipalities were assessed stretched 2010-2014. In the conclusion of the practical part, a pyramid breakdown of the municipal property of Vysokov was drafted in relation to the total capital.

This thesis deals with developing a business plan which will result in economic evaluation of the newly founded company. The new company will work independently in the market which will be different from previous years, when it was part of R Ltd. Company. The main activity of the new company is floor heating installation with a heat pump. The first part of the work focuses on theoretical data of the business plan and analyses which will be applied to the practical part of the work. The applied analysis of the environment will be supplemented with a financial plan for five years which will be prepared in three versions. The next chapter consists of analysis and the potential risk assessment of the business plan. The conclusion of the thesis includes overall evaluation with feedback on whether or not it is suitable to implement this business plan.

This thesis deals with the issue of a waste management. It does not represent only the current legislation but also the new act on waste. The essence of the thesis is an analysis of the production and waste management in Prague. It evaluates the functionality of the integrated waste management system (IWMS) and compares it with the general requirements for an integrated approach. The new ways of efficiency, including a proposal for an environmentally and economically friendly waste management, are based on the acquired data as well as the data from the investigation. The new IWMS leads primarily to an increase of waste sorting in the region.

The thesis is focused on the benefits of process management in startup incubators. The thesis aims to identify the existing cycle of incubation process and subsequently also aims to propose the optimal incubation process within the incubator Point One located at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Identification and mapping of business processes of this organization should ensure more efficient management of incubated projects in the future. In the first part of the thesis theoretical bases are developed, which were obtained from the literature dealing with system analysis and also with identification and modeling of business processes in the organization. Subsequently the thesis introduces different approaches and developments in business management from the oldest functional management to the process and project management. The second part introduces the incubator Point One, located at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, along with the services offered by this organization. The author together with the manager of the Point One incubator analyzed the current state of the organization and also identified its business processes. Business process analysis is based on the method MMABP (Methodology For Modeling And Analysis Of Business Process). Such analysis clearly defines and maps the processes of Point One incubator. Based on this analysis, the proposals of optimal organizational processes are designed.

Post-project analysis is a key instrument which verifies predictive ability of EIA process. It plays probably the most important role in the improvement of efficiency and usefulness of this process. The main objective of this thesis is the own analysis of the D3 highway connection Tábor - Soběslav and underline the importance of a prost-project monitoring in the sense of terrestrial construction. Thesis is focused on the evaluation of the whole EIA process and verifies if and how the EIA conditions are fulfilled. The monitoring of water quality and appraisal of the present traffic situation in the examined area shows us the present state compared with the predictive ability of EIA process. In spite of a weak cooperation of involved subjects was confirmed how insignificant and small role plays the prost-project analysis in Czech Republic yet. With setting up the secondary targets was achieved complex understanding and implementation of the post-project analysis.Results of this thesis could be used as methodical instrucitons for another post-project analysis with similar focus.

Transportation is a sector that is currently experiencing a great deal of development. Project realization and subsequent operations on a newly built structures may impact various parts of environment. This thesis is inspecting the post-project analysis of the Vamberk motorway bypass. It is focused mainly on the comparison of the EIA pre-project impact predictions and the actual post-project aftermaths. The objective is to examine the EIA process and the assessment of the EIA documentation. Furthermore, the road situation of the Vamberk is evaluated based on the traffic intensity data. The first part of this thesis explains the general concepts associated with the aforementioned issue. The second part describes the characteristics of the examided area - Vamberk and sorroundings. Finally, the process of post-project analysis is described in the methodical section. This section describes the process used in EIA documentation assessment, means by which EIA-based condition performance is evaluated and lastly it presents the statements of subjects involved. Gathered data were compiled into a generalized methodical recommendations for use in further post-project analyses, as no uniform framework for this purpose exists
