Utvärdering av onlineversionen av MakeItRational – vilken metod som används för att beräkna vikter på basis av parvisa jämförelser?

Syftet med denna uppsats är att utvärdera onlineversionen av programvaran MakeItRational med avseende på metoden som används för att beräkna så kallade vikter (weights) på basis av parvisa jämförelser. Studiens teoretiska del bygger på T.L. Saatys analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Större vikt läggs på tillämpningen av AHP-metoden med tonvikt på beräkning av vikter och hantering av parvisa jämförelsematriser. Uppsatsen empiriska del bygger på två beslutsanalyser utförda med hjälp av onlineversionen av MakeItRational och motsvarande egna beräkningar. Studiens resultat indikerar att onlineversionen av MakeItRational använder högeregenvektorsmetoden för att beräkna vikter.

As the increase of house renters who working in other cities and also the decrease of the number of household washing machine within high price, more and more people choose not to do the laundry at home. For this reason, launderettes have became popular since laundry-helping stores charge considerably more than self-service laundry shops and most customers are not willing to have their underwear washed by others. The demand for launderettes has been dramatically increase for the consideration of the economical expense of doing laundry in the launderette than paying someone else to do the laundry. Therefore, a good location of a launderette would certainly make huge profit under the circumstances. This research aims to assist the potential launderette franchisees to identify correct locations to run the business. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is mainly adapted in this research which classifies the hierarchy as four evaluation factors including business benefit, competition level, base of operation and transportation. Furthermore, twelve guidelines of address selecting deriving from each four evaluation factors which are analyzed and sorted by experts with the weights, scores and alternatives to categorize four districts consisting of residential area, industrial area, school area and commercial area. Once the proper area is determined by first Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the precise address in the proper one is able to be predicted by second Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hence, the launderette locating exact shop address in the certain area would be evaluated the natural conditions. After Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was implemented in the first time, four options and the weight between every hierarchy could be clearly known. This outcome makes potential franchisees understand the proper location they may identify to make more profit in the circumstances. Then, the potential launderette franchisees are able to choose the exact address of their shops in the selected location to increase their revenue after the second Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is conducted. The result of this research provides potential launderette franchisees with a guide to evaluate whether the launderette locates in an appropriate place and a distinct resolution of decision making for launderette location.

This thesis is to study the key successful factors of managing a project of Basic Oxygen Furnace(BOF) slag revitalization ¡V the resource recycling devision of C corporation in the resource recycling industry. By way of orginizing project management body of knowledge(PMBOK) to establish the framework of project management. Then researchs the influence of key successful factors of project management that would lead to excellent outcome of BOF slag revitalization. And proposes a systematic approach of project management to facilitate companies to manage the resource recycling and new product development process. The conclusion is that: 1.BOF slag revitalization project is a synthetically proposal, which combines new product development, engineering construction and process improvement. In the process group of the project management for BOF slag revitalization pro. Executing Process Group would be the most effective process for managing a successful project. 2.Through the whole Project Life Cycle, Project Time Management of the PMBOK is the most important key successful factor for BOF slag revitalization project management, and then is Project Risk and Quality Management.

Abstract Modernized steel plant belongs to high technique and capital-intensive industry. However, the independent ability of domestic industry in supplying steel plant equipment is so limited. Hence, almost all the equipment of steel plant are provided by foreign supplier. How to assure the big investment of project could be successful eventually, the selection of qualified equipment supplier becomes critical. The evaluation of equipment supplier is so difficult due to too many factors to be considered. Today, the evaluation by personal subjective thinking can¡¦t be applied to the assessment of both technique and non-quantifiable factors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a wide, comprehensive and practical approach for the evaluation of equipment supplier. This research adopt AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to construct multiattribute decision-making mode. Then, by using the decision-making process to evaluate the equipment supplier. So that such a decision-making behavior is more objective and integrity, and the sequence of priority of equipment supplier can be referred by decision making level. This decision making model is to be applied to the actual case-China Steel Corporation NGO (Non-Grain Oriented) electric steel project which is currently proceeded on. This research will evaluate and distinguish the priority of potential equipment supplier. The top three will be selected for final run of the bidding. Trust the above-mentioned method for selection of equipment supplier is quite in order. It not only helps to reduce the risk but it also increases both efficiencies and quality of decision making. Through study, we acknowledged that equipment technology management is the most important item. Per priority and weight in whole evaluation factors, the top five are selected. Finally, the top three equipment suppliers in NGO project are selected as well.

Container terminal plays an important role to serve container vessel¡¦s loading and discharging in seaport. Owing to high sunk cost and resource limited in operating ( e.g. rental, quay and yard cranes, berth window, yard and so on ), container terminals are mostly run by government or conglomerate of joint carriers . Practically, there are many container terminal operation types in the world. Among them, Kaohsiung Harbor Authority ( KHB ) leases out all terminals to several vessel carriers and the terminal lessee serves hers own vessels. In such operation type, Kaohsiung port terminal industries are faced with resource limited and berth window shortage problems. Above all, under the prevailing of global alliance tendency and ports serious competition, the terminal lessees will have the pressures of lack in resource sharing advantage and cost increasing. In such situation, the terminal performance and efficiency will be deteriorated in the long run. Thus, how to seek a better way, even changing the operation type, to enhance Kaohsiung port competitive ability is an imminent problem. Therefore, in order to maintain the Kaohsiung port¡¦s competitive advantage in international seaports, this thesis aims to discuss and evaluate the possibility of joint-venture type in Kaohsiung container terminal. We take Los Angeles¡¦s joint-venture case, which is a success cooperation, as an emulating example. And we act the expert investigation by AHP analysis to process this study. Finally, we expect this conclusion and suggestions can provide an opportunity to relating organizations for further study enabling them to come up with a suitable operation type in Kaohsiung harbor.

As a distinctive type of investment, BOT indicates distinct attraction in many aspects. The government adopts BOT¡]Build-Operate-Transfer¡^format to reprieve financial stress, to attract folk enterprise to join grand-scale public construction projects, to infuse the operation of the government department with the spirit of enterprise, to expect efficient build and operation of grand-scale public construction projects, to make bigger economic efficiency and profit for the country. There are some characteristics for BOT, inclusive of long-term build eviction, unreversibility of investment, huge amount of investment, uncontrollable risks on scheme, build and operation, and the privilege for the enterprise. In theory, BOT format can reduce the financial stress and human-resource expense of the public department, raise the economic efficiency on management and disperse the investment risks of the government. Complete experiences are lacking from the operation of development project, bank financing to risk assessment and management because of the enforcement of public construction projects through the BOT format in Taiwan is still in the beginning. This thesis mainly examined Kaohsiung MRT Project, and analyzed foreign successful or discussible cases to explore why the enforcement of BOT format in Taiwan was difficulty, and severely criticized. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the various issues of BOT format by interviewing with the industrial advanced, official advanced and scholar to examine the BOT spirits is implemented or twisted, and hope the government¡¦s development project in the further can be practically benefited by this research. Since there are no limits on the number of non-performing asset management companies imposed by the Financial Firms Merger and Acquisition Act of 2000, total numbers of such companies has been increasing in resent years. Under the circumstances of keen competition and shrinking market, non-performing asset management companies are facing enormous challenges. For this study, experts were interviewed and literatures were reviewed, resulting in a key factor structure of Taiwan¡¦s non-performing asset management companies. Quantified data are gathered and analyzed via questionnaires and AHP methods, and the most important key factors applicable for Taiwan¡¦s non-performing asset management companies are derived. To the large-scale AMCs, the most important key factors are: impact from the overall economic or real estate market condition, assisting corporations in restructuring, employees¡¦ past job experiences, and the accurate estimation for investment return. To the medium-scale AMCs, the most important key factors are: employees¡¦ past job experiences, and bidding in conjunction with large-scale AMCs or foreign capital. To the small-scale AMCs, the most important key factor is the overall economic or real estate market condition.
