Analytické a senzorické možnosti kontroly falšování pravosti révového vína

The diploma thesis deals with analytical and sensorial possibilities of control of grape wine adulteration. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the author introduces valid legislation regulating authorized substances in wine, as well as the wine production processes itself. The reader is acquainted with the means of wine adulteration in the Czech Republic that ensued from an analysis of unsatisfactory samples of wine, collected between 2012 -- 2015 by the SZPI (Czech Agriculture and Food Inspection Authority). The second, practical part of the thesis, describes not only grape wine and SZPI samples imitation production processes, but also methods used for their subsequent sensorial and analytical study. Besides, it interprets measured data, and compares and contrasts the possibilities and appropriateness of the sensorial evaluation and analytical study for the detection of wine adulteration.

Verbální komunikační strategie v angličtině jako cizím jazyce / Verbal communication strategies in English as a foreign language

It is desirable that language learners develop their strategic competence, which allows them to communicate the intended meaning when facing breakdowns in communication. One of the manifestations of strategic competence is the use of communication strategies. The present thesis aims to observe the use of communication strategies by Czech learners of English. It focuses on the types of communication strategies used in learner language and on the relationship between their use and proficiency, fluency and task types. The data were extracted from 14 transcripts of interviews with students of English philology recorded for the purposes of the multinational learner corpus of advanced spoken English LINDSEI (2010). The proficiency of the recorded subjects ranged from B2- to C2. 319 instances of communication strategies extracted from the transcripts were categorized on the basis of an adapted taxonomy, forming two main categories: compensatory strategies (55 instances), which compensate the lack of linguistic resources, and indirect strategies (264 instances), which enhance the effectiveness of communication and keep the channel of communication open. Title: Shell galaxies: kinematical signature of shells, satellite galaxy disruption and dynamical friction Author: Ivana Ebrová Department / Institute: Astronomical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic Supervisor of the doctoral thesis: RNDr. Bruno Jungwiert, Ph.D., Astronomical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic Abstract: Stellar shells observed in many giant elliptical and lenticular as well as a few spiral and dwarf galaxies presumably result from radial minor mergers of galaxies. We show that the line-of-sight velocity distribution of the shells has a quadruple-peaked shape. We found simple analytical expressions that connect the positions of the four peaks of the line profile with the mass distribution of the galaxy, namely, the circular velocity at the given shell radius and the propagation velocity of the shell. The analytical expressions were applied to a test-particle simulation of a radial minor merger, and the potential of the simulated host galaxy was successfully recovered. Shell kinematics can thus become an independent tool to determine the content and distribution of dark matter in shell galaxies up to ~100 kpc from the center of the host galaxy. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to create an overview of analytic CRM systems which are offered in the Czech Republic with the emphasis on systems which can be used for marketing processes of the firms. The overview contains the reflection of new trends in CRM systems and marketing and the development to the future. In the last decade there is a huge development of CRM systems, which are generally known as sales force automation and less as an instrument for marketing management of the companies. Last but not least CRM is mistaken with information systems, even if the CRM concept is known for a lot of years and was developed from marketing, which is very often forgotten. The topic of this diploma thesis is originally view on CRM from marketing perspective and creation of compact view of analytic CRM systems, which are offered in the Czech Republic. Emphasis is put on using of these systems for marketing management and the target is disproving the myths, which are spoken about CRM as well CRM systems. Orientation of this document is mainly on analytic CRM systems, which has the most development in the last decades and can be used very well for marketing functions in companies. There is also a large development of marketing and CRM systems. The target is also making a summary of these trends and makes a hypothesis if CRM systems are developed according the future of marketing, if the CRM systems manage the reaction on this things.

This thesis deals with the issue of social networks in terms of business support and their use for commercial purposes. Based on long-term statistics from the most widely used social networks in the Czech Republic, this thesis describes the main principles of using these social networks as a means of increasing profit or turnover. Particular attention is paid to Facebook, the leading social network in the online world. This study concerns the combination of marketing and the IT world, which nowadays has a key role in the sale of products and services. This study should show the importance of the combination of these two worlds. The practical part of the study is the analysis of the communication of the RunCzech Running League (formerly the Prague International Marathon), including a detailed analysis of one their competitors on the market. For the analysis appropriate metrics were selected, which were measured using special tools. The conclusion includes a comprehensive evaluation and presents suggestions for more effective future communication of the RunCzech running leagues in the field of social networking.
