Animační služby v České republice / Animation services in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with animation services as the important complementary service of tourism industry. The introductory part theoretically specifies the term animation and determines its history. It also explains main elements that affect animation. Furthermore, it clarifies the profession of animator and activity of animation team. The next part of the thesis analyses the functioning of animation services of the holders of the tourism offer in the Czech Republic, particularly in hotels, water parks, swimming pools and spas. The final part of the thesis summarizes suggestions that could improve the level of animation services in this country.

Využití animačních programů pro ovlivnění zdatnosti a redukci hmotnosti / Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction

Title: Utilization of animation programs for affecting fitness and weight reduction Objectives: The aim is to determine the effect on the fitness and weight of the individual motion intervention animation programs to a select group of animators, which activities include animation programs during the summer season from June to September and how they are demanding in terms of method, focus, intensity and time. Methods: The main methods are guided interview with animators, observation of animators and course of animation programs, measurements of anthropomethric parameters (weight, height) heart rate and resting heart rate of animators. Results: Animation programs are effective movement programs that meet all kriteria. The programs are versatile, covering all components of fitness. For whole season of four months: 56 hours on flexibility, 88 hours aerobic endurance, 48 hours power capability, 136 hours and 200 hours dexterity more components of condition together. Programs are also long-term, carried out in a time of eight hours per day, six days a week. The intensity of animation programs is the same for the animators whole season. Esta pesquisa, portanto, centrou-se em investigar as possibilidades de dinamização da produção de conteúdo animado nacional em escala industrial. / In view of the government initiatives to promote the creation of an industrial park, combining the independent content and television-paid channels, the domestic production of animated series and feature films reached a solid level, providing a demand for animated content can to create jobs and position the Brazilian audiovisual product competitive in the national and international market. Faced with this latest animated film industry configuration in Brazil and building on the peculiarities of an animated production over one that uses real actors, we sought to investigate and reconcile the different principles and methods governing the creation and writing movement. In the field of dance / theater, Rudolph Laban studies were researched on creating your movement analisys system and labanotation, as well as the characteristics of the animated body language present in the Richard Williams animation film, which defines and exemplifies theoretical concepts and practical. This research therefore focused on investigating the dynamic possibilities of the national animated content production on an industrial scale.

A expansão da Internet e o crescente desenvolvimento de tecnologias para a Web fazem com que um grande número de pessoas com necessidades distintas procurem nelas as informações de que necessitam, utilizando a Internet como um meio de ensino e aprendizagem. Motivado por isso, procura-se atender a comunidade surda com a obtenção de um Animador de Gestos aplicado à Língua de Sinais, o AGA-Sign, disponível em ambiente Web, com o objetivo de auxiliar na prática da escrita de sinais e na familiarização com a língua. Este trabalho apresenta uma aplicação para geração automatizada de animações de gestos aplicado à Língua de Sinais a partir de textos escritos em SignWriting - sistema de escrita para Língua de Sinais que dispõe de expressões gráficas para descrever os movimentos das mãos, dos braços, além de expressões faciais, fazendo com que o sistema possa representar qualquer língua de sinais. Os sinais usados para o desenvolvimento da aplicação foram elaborados a partir da LIBRAS por ser a língua oficial dos surdos brasileiros e as animações foram geradas através do modelo AGA (animação gráfica baseada na Teoria dos Autômatos). / The Internet expansion and the increasing development of Web technologies make a great audience with distinct necessities search the information they need, using the Internet as a mean for teaching and learning. In this context, this work tries to support the deaf community by developing a Gesture Animator applied to the Sign Language, the AGA-Sign, available in the Web environment, which goal is assisting the writing practice of signs and the familiarization with the language. This work presents an application for automatic generation of gestures animations applied to the Sign Language from texts written in SignWriting - a Sign Language writing system that uses graphical expressions to describe hands and arms movements, beyond face expressions, which makes the system capable of representing any sign language. The signs used for the development of the application were elaborated based in LIBRAS, that is the official brazilian deaf language and the animations were generated through AGA model (graphical animation based in the Automata Theory).

The diploma thesis concerning "Experience leisure educators at convalescent events with children with ADHD syndrome" is of a theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part deals with convalescent actions, i.e. legislation, organization and skills and competencies of recreational activities staff. There are also described ADHD syndrome, its symptoms in children and discussed the educational approaches suitable to work with children with ADHD syndrome during convalescent events. The aim of the empirical part is to describe the experience of free time educators with the integration of child with ADHD syndrome who is participating in convalescent event. Empirical part is divided into two parts. The first part consists of preliminary research implemented by questionnaire. The results of the survey are followed by the second part, which is based on structured interviews with selected educators of free time activities. Interview questions are focused on the current practice of leisure educators, the conditions of ADHD syndrome children's integration to recreational activities, educational approaches and benefits of this integration.

V první části jsou definovány cíle a metodika práce, zatímco druhá část obsahuje teoretické podklady pro část třetí, která se věnuje analýzám. Pozornosť je venovaná macro a micro okolí. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy autora, ktoré sú vytvorené na základe výsledkov z analytickej časti. Návrhy se týkají řízení lidských zdrojů, ochrany jména a značky firmy, neustálého zlepšování, kvality ich sluzeb a sdílení informací a komunikaci v rámci společnosti.

The first part deals with an analysis of the contemporary concept of authority; the definition of dimensions, legitimacy, power, bureaucracy, charisma, obedience to authority, authoritarianism, and the definition of the crisis of authority in society. The second part evaluates the knowledge, defines crisis of authority in education, analyses the roots of this crisis, and offers a solution. The final part deals with the definition of animation as a third dimension of education and defines its potential benefits in the issue of crisis of autority.
